My stay at Mystic was great. My dogs and I had a great time. They even left a blanket to put on the bed in case your dogs get on it. The cabin was well stocked and spotless. Will be back!

We were there for one night. Our challenges when we arrived after 5 and needed to change sites were offset by employee Steve, who was helping throughout the campground. He went over and above with great patience and humor, to help us get settled.

We LOVED it here. B/t the amenities and the size of the sites, it's amazing. So close to westerly, the beaches! We booked again.

We've stayed at Mystic KOA ever since we've started RV'g. The campground is super nice , super friendly and conveniently located to many attractions. Plus we have friends who have a seasonal now really close who we can visit (Mystic KOA no longer has seasonal). We will definitely stay at Mystic KOA again.

We liked the state park feel of the park because of all the open spaces and places to walk. Our dogs enjoyed the ponds also! What was so appreciated was that we could forward packages since we travel full time in our RV. Val in the office was a joy to meet. What is definitely needed is a much bigger dog park!! Maybe some trails into the forest.

Just didn’t like our spot so close to the highway. And since we didn’t know the area… we didn’t know which spots to pick….but I don’t recall picking a spot that far away.!

great for families, so many activities for kids, great playground as well, staff very friendly and helpful. love that trash was picked up daily, most campgrounds don't do that any more. good wfi. little disappointed that cable was not working, staff blamed cable company but that really didn't help

We stayed just before Memorial Day weekend, so it was quiet. Clean campground. Kind and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our week.

Had a great time if any complaint it is that some of the sites have deep holes in the ground where the table area at the site s are causing people to trip and twist ther ankles please look into this Thank You

Nice kampground, but over priced. I recommend the bathrooms get updated soon. (Shower stalls need bleach immediately!) And the roads and sites are in need or pebble/stone put down.

Friendly accommodating staff, clean site and very family and pet facility. We will be back as a base to visit to the surrounding area.

Kathleen at the office was very professional and courteous. We booked "full hookup" which included cable but there was no cable. Others complained no cable as well. Loved the bus and food options. Wish pool was heated. Pool should have been opened on time. It was our 3rd year and love camping there despite minor issues. Bathroom/shower by office was clean.

Very nice pl. we had a guiet site over in the 500 section. Lots to do for the kids. The meatball truck and frozen drink truck were a nice touch. Only criticism is .The 7mph speed limit is strictly enforced. Which I like. How ever the Koa golf carts don’t adhere to it. They drive around hammer down. Maybe that should be addressed by management. Nice place. Will be back !!!!!

. On our third night the recreation director decided to do an impromptu dance party in addition to the one planned the previous night. It was horrible . Our site was across from the pavilion and we could not hear each other talk. It was louder and longer than the one planned which was fun. It ended at 9:47. I was not a happy camper. Overall most of the employees were pleasant and helpful.

I thought the pool area was in bad shape,not enough lounger chairs, for the amount we paid for a holiday weekend, the activities are pretty sad, the workers in the store don’t pay attention to what prices are, I was charged full price for something that was 25% off. luckily, I caught it. in the food truck that’s parked outside your store,she charges way too much.

Quick stay, close to home. Just wanted to work out the kinks in our RV. Great location, close to Westerly RI and Foxwoods. Wish we had more time to spend at the campsite,great amenities. Pool and attractions.

Our 1st site was in S section which was right next to highway, not recommended for a pop-up, but they were very nice and moved us the next day to different site where it was much quieter!! Campground was very nice and had lots of activities for the holiday weekend. Lots of stuff for the kids. Will have to bring my 8 year old daughter next time!!!

Service is incredible, staff is 2nd to none, it was very busy over the holiday weekend and the store stayed open and the staff stayed late to accommodate the guests. My 2nd time at Mystic KOA. Great job!

We arrived at dark and were waved to an area at the back. Any other KOA would have led us there in a golf cart. The site was not numbered and the map was incorrect. It was not a good start. The place was packed to the gills. Our fire ring was three feet tall and solid, so we couldn’t see the fire. Wood was super overpriced. Cap store closed too early.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and all that was offered. Great campgrounds. We just don't have any small children to enjoy all the amenities.

I don’t understand what all the bad reviews are about - it’s a campground (and a very nice one), so I don’t really know what people are expecting. The bad reviews made me nervous to go, but I am so glad we did because we had a great, relaxing weekend! We will definitely be back!

This is a large KOA. Very spacious. Staff is wonderful. We had a great site near the bathrooms. Very quiet. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the bathrooms. I don't think they clean the showers as well as other KOAs. They are black around the bottom and between the tiles. They locked the other side of the bathroom building, so you only had one side. You could drive up to the main building and use the bathrooms there. Other than that, we loved it. They had a great game room and we played some air hockey. This is such a great place for families with a lot of things for kids. They have a pickle ball court as well. If we are traveling in this area again, we will definitely stay here.
