We had a nice stay. First site was way to small so they moved us to another, but we lost the view. This despite calling twice to confirm the site was appropriate because we googled the sites and realized it was kinda small. We were right… But you can’t have a bad time in Moab The staff was nice, the park was clean. Watch out for black widows under picnic tables we had 7. No biggie just beware.

All KOA employees including Missy and Christian worked very hard to find the perfect site and access to that sight for our oversized BlueBird Wanderlodge and 2 car stacker trailer. Thank you!!!

First time staying there and everything was great. The store was so helpful to have. The pool and hot tub was great to and the staff was always around ready to help! Definitely will stay again.

Disappointing. The paper work given to us at check in included a QR code to scan for a list of TV station available at the park. The list was clearly all cable channels so we hooked up to the cable available at our site. After scanning 3 times I did not find any channels. When I contacted management I got a very blunt, "We don't have cable".

Everybody was so friendly, helpful, polite. The pool was 100 % great... although the spa was broken. Great camp site , although we had trouble with the waste drain outlet. ( it was on a uphill angel ). I would definitely return . Thank you so much for your hospitality.

We absolutely love this campground. It’s just a few miles south of downtown Moab and the views are spectacular. Pull through sites with full hookups, super clean bathrooms, largest pool in the city, hot tub, super friendly staff, this campground’s got it all!

We have a 40’ bus. Paid for the full patio experience, as we like to do at KOA. The site we had was not bus friendly. Trees scratching as parked. Got settled, enjoyed Moab (beautiful and awesome place). Leaving we could not clear the turn out of the site due to the size of the tree and area to turn out. We had to back out. Beautiful park, loads of amenities - just be cautious of site.

Our cabin was terrific. Spotlessly clean and super comfortable . The campground is beautifully appointed and with the outdoor settings at each site makes it a very relaxing place to come back to each day. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We’ll be back again and again . Thank you KOA .

The people there are so nice and the pool area is fantastic! Wish they had better toilet paper, the one-ply stuff tears too easy and falls all over the floor making the bathrooms look nasty even though they're clean :( The campers would like it better too LOL! It was a great stay :)

The cabin we rent was located too close from the road. The window glass was so thin that we could hear the trafic. The air conditionning is a relic. It made a lot of noise. We had to turn it off during the night. It was difficult to sleep. So a beautiful view avertised on the website but also noise from road trafic.

RV site number 105 was long enough but very narrow where we couldn’t put our awning out bc a tree was in the way. Great views of the mountains! I’ve been camping for years at KOA and this is the only one that charges for a fire ring the fire ring. Overall it’s a great location and I would come again.

Staff totaly unhelpfull: on myarrival I asked just "how to get to Arches" ect and a gentelmant told us that he is not a touristic information. I have never seen such a dirty restrooms. Never cleaned (dirty in the morning/ afternoon / and night). Very noisy campground. Peolpe drive and place tents in the night and very early in the morning. lot of car traffic during the silent hours. Dirty pool

The site staff were extremely helpful, but the bathroom was never clean during our stay. I used 4 different stalls at various times of the day and evening and was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness as the grounds were not full. Pool was a nice touch on a hot day!

First of all, the Wi-Fi was good and we had a shady spot; but wee were not close to the bathrooms as I had asked when I made my reservations and when I asked when we arrived. We are older and being near the bathrooms is very helpful to us. We had to walk a distance and uphill to the bathroom. This park was not as accomadating as other KOA’s.

This was the second time we've stayed here. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Great amenities. Could use a bit more shade in the pool area though, but that would be my only complaint

The only thing about our stay is that we wished the A/C unit functioned a little better. Having the the ceiling fan made a big difference. Everything else was amazing!

First time staying at a KOA. Had an amazing experience. The staff was really attentive to our needs, prompt, and extremely friendly and courteous. Our site had power and water which both were uninterrupted. On site showers and laundry less than 50ft away. Pool and hot tub were also very nice to enjoy. If you have dogs there is a dog walking area and a play park for all your doggos. Each neighbor that came and went was always friendly and respectful of the quiet times. I definitely would recommend place 100%. Very safe , very secure and if you have bikes easy place to hit the bike trails and ride back to. They also have a bike mechanic station, rack,air and wash rack.

We had such an amazing time at the KOA. We did have an encounter before check in when we called and asked a simple question and were treated very poorly, others in our group had the same issue. I was a bit nervous but upon arrival I realized we were in good hands. Fawn and Jenna treated us amazing! The grounds are well kept, the pool area is amazing! The laundry facility was a life saver! We stayed in a deluxe cabin which had so much stuff, towels, linens, toiletries, dish soap, and even k-cups for the coffee. The outside patio was nice with a fire pit and propane grill. Our kids enjoyed riding bikes and playing corn hole.
