The Off-Road Duathlon and Triathlon takes place on the Klondike Bluffs Trails, north of Moab. It features classic singletrack including slickrock, red dirt trails, and scenic views of Arches National Park.
Two Duathlon options - the 8k Trail Run and 13k Mountain Bike distance, or the beginners course which starts with a 1-mile Trail Run and 3-mile Mountain Bike ride. Enter as a solo or relay team.
New this year: Add the Friday night swim (first 100 entrants) held at the Moab Recreation Center.

The Delicate Stitchers Quilt Guild will celebrate its 21st anniversary by presenting its 10th biennial quilt show at the Grand Center. Admission is free! Vendors from Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico will offer fabrics, patterns, threads, books, and notions. Vendors will be offering demonstrations throughout the two days of teh show. Quilt appraisals available for a fee.

Racers will run from Grand Junction, Colorado to the world famous Moab, Utah along the beautiful 148-mile Kokopelli trail. Distances will range from day to day between 9 and 43 miles. This is a grueling event that will challenge the most seasoned athletes, yet it is designed so that less experienced ultra-runners can train for and successfully complete the course. The entire length of the trail is stunningly beautiful with jagged canyons and breathtaking vistas.
The 3rd Annual Moab Free Concert series presents a family-friendly free live music performance at Swanny City Park every Friday in July. Featuring a local opening act and a touring headliner performing folk, alt-country, Americana, world, and other popular music. The series runs from 5PM-8PM under the large cottonwood trees. The Moab Farmer's Market takes place at the same time featuring food trucks, local produce, and local craft vendors. Beer and wine for sale at the event.
The most scenic 100-mile trail running race in North America! The Ute 100 is an ultra-marathon in the La Sal mountains of Southern Utah. The race is 100ish miles with close to 36,000 feet of elevation change. The event begins and ends at the Mount Peale Animal Sanctuary and Healing Center in Old La Sal, Utah, about 40 minutes south and east of Moab.

During this one-day event and fundraiser, the Moab Valley Multicultural Center's yard is transformed into a colorful and traditionally decorated cemetery to honor our deceased loved ones. There will be delicious authentic food, kids activities, face painting, cultural information, music, and dancing!
