We were so impressed with the Moab, KOA. From the staff to the grounds everything was great. Very friendly and helpful. The showers in the main building were our favorite. After several nights of dispersed camping it was so nice to come back for hot showers, and laundry. The hot tub and pool were also a wonderful addition. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip. Very dog friendly.

Easy to find my site, loved the overhead cover. Bathrooms were clean (the one I went to use). The view was spectacular!

It was extremely busy as it was Jeep Safari when we were there. However, all the clients were very respectful and friendly to us. We had the perfect site for our van, which is not self-contained, so we were close to restrooms, shower and laundry. For an urban setting, this KOA is very quiet and well-landscaped, with nicely maintained amenitiies.

Very helpful to help us find a site somewhere else when their computers went down. But they came back online and we were able to get a site. Bathrooms were clean and showers had plenty of hooks and the water was hot and not timed with a token. The site was roomy, level and had a shade screen. Nice views! Would definitely stay there again.

The stay was ok. For $400.00, the least that could be done, is clean the mold off the roof of the shower.

Thanks for a wonderful trip! KOA staff were so friendly, amenities were great (pool, camp store, restrooms/showers) and nightly activities were so fun! Situated in a nice spot in Moab!

Everything was great. I have stayed at a handful of other KOAs across the country and they don't disappoint. One area of improvement was the hot tub was only warm, not hot. I was really looking forward to using the hot tub during my stay but did not feel enticed to when I felt the water and it was only lukewarm. So a fully functioning hot tub is the only thing that was a problem during my stay

The staff was extremely friendly, they were out and about working all day and it shows the grounds are beautiful. The bathhouses were always clean and stocked with toilet paper and towels. The pool area was an amazing addition also clean and well kept. The playground was great for our little one, the fire places around the pool and courtyard were a nice touch in the evening time. Kudos!

We won’t be back. Some reasons for that you have no control over or responsibility for- but the deferred maintenance ( ie: pool toilet locks) and employees named Shay will have us passing you by next trip.

Our family of 4 stayed there for 4 nights during our spring vacation. It was in close proximity to downtown Moab and the local attractions and worked as an excellent base camp for daytripping and exploring the area. The facilities were well maintained and friendly and helpful staff. The on-site pool was an amazing bonus for cooling off and relaxing after being out in the sun and heat all day.

What a wonderful experience! We booked 3 tent sites and were able to all be placed together. The staff was responsive each time we called in advance to ask about space and amenities. Upon arrival we noticed that the grounds were very well taken care of. We appreciated the delivery of ice and firewood right to our campsite, and the trash pickup from our site! Wow! Great experience!

would like to see early/ late times for adults only in pool/hot tub (couldnt use due to too many kids) the road noise was very loud, put up sound barriers? tent spots might be more quiet further from road tent sites too close together for privacy. bathrooms good. shower stall could have place to set items game area/ fireplaces awesome. staff was great. nice playground.

The Moab KOA was a stellar operation. Clean, well-run and friendly staff. However, it is situated right next to a busy highway with heavy truck traffic. Lot's of highway noise- too much for my taste.

It was a great base camp. We hiked all day and it was nice to come back to a clean environment. Very friendly staff too.

This is a nicely kept KOA with a great pool and hot tub. It is not good for tent camping. The tent sites advertise sand tent pads , but it's really just rocks and gravel. It's also quite noisy being right off of the highway. Great place for cabins or campers, just not tents.

We enjoyed our time here as well as to the earlier attentiveness of the staff though the final night of their being open a group of six car campers packed into two camping spots and proceeded to make noises until it started to rain around 10:30. Might not care too much except we had hit the hay early for hiking and they woke us up and our kids who usually sleep like the dead.

Everything was great at this KOA except the shower. Maintenance should check it out. I was in there for about 2 minutes, and the lights in the bathroom started flickering and an awful mechanical noise came from the wall, then the water went ice cold. I turned the water off and stood there freezing for a minute or two then turned the water back on and thankfully the hot water came back.

Overall great stay in a great location. If the restrooms had been cleaned and maintained the last two days as they had been during our first two days, I’d have rated a five star. Toilet clogged for two days and no TP in two of three remaining bathrooms…a downer! Expected tent sites side by side but two also immediately behind lowered rating to 4.We’d prob get a cabin next time.Staff was terr

Fantastic choice for us! We enjoyed it so much we lengthened our stay from3 days to 4!!! We loved the friendly KOA folks and the facilities and grounds were excellent! We also enjoyed thelarge/warm fire pits by the pool and in the game area too!

We had a wonderful stay at your campground. The Grounds were well kept and the staff who welcomed is very professional and friendly. The only thing we did not like was the traffic Noise through our the Night. It made “sleeping” in our tents almost impossible. Thanks for having us!

I had never stayed at a KOA and the amenities are top notch and people vibe, friendly! Also thanks to Chris, KOA employee, who helped me jump my car and saved me from being stranded when the storms arrived this week. All the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly!

Hot tub is more like a warm tub and the jets are wierd they pop and so on its not a normal hot tub . Maybe kids so they keep it cooler but 99-100 is not untolorable. Should be there for sure. We were at a tent site was well kept staff was great.

We tent camped right next to the pools and I was a little worried it would be too loud to fall asleep but we didn't have any issues. This is a very nice campground and I enjoyed the fires at night. I also thought it was a nice touch to have a food truck nearby in case you didn't feel like driving anywhere for dinner. The bathrooms/showers were always clean, and staff super nice. I also think it's a nice touch that they have events planned out also.
