Shelley was an absolute legend, and was super informative about giving us info when we were checking in. The grounds and view from pretty much everywhere in the park were spectacular, a d we opted to spring for one of the deluxe cabins. It was fantastic, w/a bathroom and shower, a full kitchen, and plenty of sleeping space. Definitely want to make a trip back out, and will be staying there again!

This was by far the best camp ground I have ever stayed at. The restrooms and showers are clean and in good condition. The staff were all very kind and respectful.

Very unhappy with reservations this time, when I made the reservation, I requested our tailer site and my son's cabin close together and we could not have been further apart. When we complained they put a bit closer but it still meant my 4 year old grandson was running back and forth between sites with cars driving around which what I wanted to avoid.

Stayed in one of the cabins for 3 nights. Very clean and comfortable. People at front desk were just lovely to deal with. Gave us wonderful recommendations. Will be back next year!! Thak You for a wonderful time. KOA's never disappoint!!!

It was the first time we did a cabin and it was super fun. It was nice to have a small heater to right the cold. Would definitely do that again.

cabin was clean and ready for use! check in was easy and quick. Restrooms were keep well. My son really enjoyed the outdoor pool on-site.

Our cabin DC46 was very nice and comfortable. The grounds were nice and well-kept. The only minor issues we had with the cabin was the door latch didn't work very well (door tended to open without deadbolt engaged) & the Keurig coffee maker did not work on the last day - likely the needle needed to be cleaned. The location was great on the south side of Moab and just a few minutes drive to town.

We absolutely loved our stay! We loved our cabin and used so many of the offered amenities. Spent lots of time swimming in the pool, playing in the park, playing games in the pocket park and perusing some of the fun toys and things in the store. We loved having a laundry facility. Going home with clean clothes felt great! 10/10 would stay here again.

WE JUST LOVE STAYING AT KOA !! WE ALWAYS HAVE WHAT WE NEED AND THEN SOME. STAFF IS EXCELLENT. ALL THEEMINITIES ARE FABULOUS.

Overall, the stay was amazing! The only downsides were that the pool was freezing and the beds weren't very comfortable. However, the cabin was cozy and we got a perfect spot on the end of the row.

Staff super friendly cabins and grounds kept very nice. My kids loved the pool and play ground. The only thing I would change is the Jets in the hot tub. They barely worked. Over all we loved it

All of the staff is wonderful and that’s what really makes the stay. The people that work at this location are so friendly and helpful. Plus, they make sure we can make accommodations like for our trailer parking. That’s why we keep coming back!

We only stayed for one night, but I really hope to return someday. The cabin was spacious and super clean and beds were comfy. The view was amazing and the pool/hot tub was perfect. Location is also good - just a few minutes from the shops and restaurants, and about 15 minutes from Arches.

We were very pleased with the KOA Moab campground. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The cabin we stayed in was very clean and we had everything we needed to have a wonderful weekend.

Our cabin was right next to highway which made sleeping hard and impacted the overall experience. Text messages were not responded to for various questions. The one time someone came to check on the heat, he came in and out within 1 minute and didn't explain that the heat took a very long time to kick on, just showed us where the thermostats were.

From the warm welcome at check in to the fond farewell at check out, everyone we came across was so helpful! The kids enjoyed the pool and the cabin was perfect for those of us (ie: mom) who didn’t want to “rough it” for camping. There were so many great amenities that made it a comfortable stay during our vacation.

Super glamp cabin with bathroom was perfect for our cold rainy night stay. Clean and everything it said it was in the description. Grill wasn't great in the wind. It may have just not worked. That's a problem

Cabin amenities were not as expected from website. Smoke detector had been removed. No breakfast amenities. Hot tub was funky green color so we chose not to use. Shower areas were not super clean. Staff was not overly charming. Otherwise as expected

Our stay was great. The cabin was very clean and kept warm when it cooled down at night. The bathrooms need more attention, though.

Overall our stay was good. Staff was friendly but a little scattered. Positive attitudes and friendly though. Being that it was still a little winters the park had lots of “to do” items to get ready for the season. Water line breaks, spa not working and stock in store still coming in. We would stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights at the KOA in Moab so we could spend time at Canyonlands, Arches and other area attractions. The cabin was nice and clean. Disappointed that we did not have a freezer portion in our fridge and that there was not a coffee maker. There was a kuerig machine, but only 2 actual k-cups of regular coffee, otherwise you need to purchase any additional.

It was great! Appreciated having firewood dropped off at my site. The downsides were just traffic noise and a lot of light pollution so you couldn’t see the stars, but the amenities and location were phenomenal. Not sure what could be done about the traffic or light, since those are pretty heavy lifts! I’ll definitely be back!

This one is right up therewith the best of the best when it comes to KOA campgrounds! Pool is amazing! Showers, restrooms, and laundry are clean and well maintained. So much to do in Moab, makes this a great Basecamp for all your adventures. RV sites are slightly sloped in many spots, so make sure you have some leveling blocks. Nicely stocked store has almost anything you might have forgot. We'll definitely be back!

A huge but very nice campground. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. It's a busy place so plan ahead and make reservations.

This was my first time at a KOA and I was skeptical, but this place did not disappoint. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is super friendly. Nice pull through site, would stay here again
