The roads and the sites were not paved. Lots of mud. Hard to exit the campground in our big rig. Staff was friendly.

I haven't given a 1 before but this park didn't live up to what I believe KOA stands for. Our water was unusable due to it being too close to the ground and no matter how we connected it it wouldn't stop spraying out of the connection. The condition of the park felt like no one maintained it. sites were not delineated clearly and showers in need of updated. Dog run way too muddy but pool was nice

Stayed at the Waterloo KOA the night before … what a difference! That probably affects my scoring, Waterloo was twice or three times as good. Sites here were tight and nothing much to see. I won’t be staying here again anyway.

It appears that the campground has been experiencing some challenges with the caretakers lately. Our RV site and the dog pen were overrun with weeds, with no grass. They also had a lot of downed trees that broke through the fence between the KOA and the auto parts yard. I do hope that they can improve the conditions, as this site is perfect for us in terms of its proximity to our house.

We felt your KOA was a bit tired. We had a patio space and you could tell our spot hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Dumpster was overflowing, broken washers and driers that needed to be removed. We were a bit disappointed, expecting better from KOA.

We have been coming here for a few years and always enjoy our stay. Many fun activities for kids. We love the pool and had a nice quiet site in the back of the campground!

What staff that was there were great! Each year there is less staff than the year before. They would drive around on the carts to be noticed and deliver firewood. Now there was only the two carts and we never saw them. Now without the presents of the staff, kids are starting to be more disrespectful by cutting through sites, leaving trash lay around, destroying things, all because noone is around.

Reserved 1 year ago for memorial weekend. Did not get the site we booked. Neighbors next to us sewer was leaking whole time. Also neighbors were ridiculous. Every peep after 8pm they complained. Also fhe pool needs more chairs. We have been coming here for 3 years and every year nowhere to sit. Get more chairs by the pool!!!! I wanna sit and watch my kids swim safely.

Everything went well. My kids loved the playground and the mini golf. Overall a great experience and nice amenities. I rated it a 4 because I had to pay for my 2 year old to go golfing everyday when online it says 5 and under are free.

Campground itself was fine, jammed in like every other campsite. Pool was ok. The pool is inside but covered with corrugated steal, so the sound was off the charts loud. Some more chairs for parents to sit and watch the kids. Bathrooms were decent, although they have only one bathhouse for the entire campground. Also, only a few of their washer dryer actually worked. No change machine by the w/d.

Been coming here for 25 years and the park itself has gone way down hill. Good chance this is our last time here. And the cost keeps going up there.

This is our third time with KOA, each place seems like you are packed in, Keep Ontop Another, found a dirty diaper in shower, left if there, was still there second time, I pulled it out, was gone at third use, people in office area were very polite, felt safe there, just not maintained well, even the grass needing cut.

Staff was very nice. All were new, less then a month there. Campground leaves something to be desired. in a bad location behind a landscaping business so a lot of blowing dirt and dust residue. campsites are small and quite frankly no real room to place your vehicle on the site unless you park sideways which infringes on the next site. Outside picnic table was broken.

We’ve been staying here every year for several now. There has been a steady decline in the maintenance of the grounds, amenities and buildings. Sad to see when compared with other KOAs we stay in

Site 72 is extremely tight the fire ring is approximately 3 feet away from the next sites electrical and their trailer. For the amount that is charged for these sites there should be more space.

Needs cleaned up - could be a very nice site. Buildings are fine. Campground needs cleaned up. Landscaping work and TLC would make a big difference.

In fairness the new manager has only been there for three weeks and doing the best that she can do. The owner(s) need to get their act together. The grounds were in disarray, trash everywhere and many sites are unlevel. None of the washing machines function properly. A real disappointment and the property does not meet KOA standards.

Way overpriced for the condition of this park!! I’d find another campground. The spot was full of broken twigs, rocks scattered all over the ground brick. Needs some well needed grounds keeping! I wouldn’t camp here again. I’ve camped at hundreds of KOA’s and the appearance of this one is at the top of my list of Not staying here ever again!

We love coming to the KOA! There is so much for the kids. Lots of space to ride bikes, a large playground/sand area, and indoor swimming! Perfect shade and sun. It's one of our favorite places to camp and it's close to home! The staff are always helpful and friendly too!

Evverone was so freindly and Brian was awesome guiding us into our site. He went above and beyond helping my daughter and I (with my bum shoulder in a sling) to help get set up as this was our first time camping without her dad! We will be back next year.... with all the kids! Severs Fall Festival is a short drive and a wonderful place to go!

This was our first time staying at a KOA. It was excellent for an overnight stop during our travels. Nice layout of cabins, RVs and tenting sites. Impressed with the activities available for kids, etc. Only recommendation would be to update the restrooms and give them a fresh coat of paint. Thanks! We will definitely look for KOA sites to stay at in the future.

Stayed in one of their cabins for two nights in September while visiting family in the Twin Cities. It's located quite a ways outside the metro area, in a locale with businesses and a four lane highway not far away. The KOA property is okay, with trees. The proprietress was very accommodating and cordial. Our cabin was clean and well maintained. The restroom and showers facilities, and the laundry room, were also clean and well maintained. It took about a minute to walk to the restroom/shower/laundry facilities from our cabin. Most of the time, the wifi was very slow, but one morning at 6:30 it was pretty fast (perhaps someone had been streaming videos previously?)
