Very nice setting but the maintenance on the restroom and Showers is basically non existent. The men’s shower controls were all in disrepair when we arrived and there didn’t seem to be a plan to resolve it. I mentioned it twice which I should not have done so we had a disagreement and our lease wasn’t renewed. No need to visit again.

My only complaint is not very good internet service or TV reception. Had to use Data most of the stay. Also, some trails for walking should be made through the timber for walking dogs. But will definitely stay again.

Very good , quiet, loved the campground manager can’t remember her name, has chihuahua . Grass needed mowed and weeds were bad this stay. But we’ll be back

Staff is great! Some of the sites are really close together. The campground is well kept. The only downside to the location is the proximity to the industrial area, but very easy to get to Minneapolis and surrounding area. The store is also well stocked.

I checked in and did not like any sites or the camp. I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get one but we left anyway. Very disappointed about this koa especially about their policy for refunds.

In town to visit family for a couple of days . . . this KOA campground always accommodates our big rig with a pull through site that is easy to get into. We appreciate the friendly welcome and the trees.

The staff were very friendly. Our location had very nice shade. Bathrooms were generally very clean, except on the holiday weekend. We would stay again if the price was right.

It was terrible. The showers didn’t work for the men’s and the women’s were just like delightful. You know I know you guys don’t have like amenities like you said it was when we had a reservation. The guy took my money for of $76 and you guys charged me twice second time was 167 and the first time was 76 for the reservation so

We stayed in a camping cabin that was very clean, had air conditioner and heater available. Bathrooms were also very clean, plenty of showers. Indoor pool and playground were used, in good shape. Campground was petty full, bit still quiet. Great stay.

We had a great time! Very clean, family friendly facility. The sites were well shaded and spaced nicely. We appreciated the enclosed surrounding which kept the kids safe.

My family has been coming to this location for several years. This year I was a bit concerned with the repairs needed. Particularly the bathrooms. Mens hand dryers did not work. In addition, the showers were missing knobs in which your hands could not turn on the water to use them. Mini golf has broken card -pencil holders on ground with nails sticking out. Workers were kind and helpful though.

Sw koa was enjoyable. Site was clean and had good green space, quiet area, and the public facilities were clean. We are new to RVing and stayed in #36 which wasn't remotely level in any direction, but that may be normal for any campground. Kids loved being across from the playground. Unfortunately the indoor pool was quite cold, to the point where every kid/adult was shivering, kids were bummed.

Mem Day weekend. We had a confirmed 30 amp back in site, reserved back in January. MSW KOA tried to put our 12000 pound class B on to a rain softened tent site with no communication as to why our confirmed site type was not available. We finally were given a tiny, unrentable “staff site” with no explanations, no apologies, no mention of cost adjustment. Sorry, bad experience, poor cust ser

Very pleasant and SUPER nice and helpful staff! Wasn’t fond of candy bingo. Personally I don’t think kids should have to purchase their own candy to play! Thank you for everything!

The cabin we stayed in was very cute and surprisingly roomy for our family. Clean. The dispensers in the shower need to be removed, they’re moldy. The mini golf course needs a complete overhaul. More engagement activities for the kids would be nice. An idea for future guests- a complete list of what is in a cabin and pictures of the cabin interior! A tv with streaming would be nice.

Campground needs work and upgrades. First impression driving in not good. Friendly and helpful personnel. The back right area was nice but other areas a bit trashy in appearance. A little TLC would go a long way.

Had a great time here! The manager was really nice and got me set up in the deluxe cabin after thr camping cabin didnt work out for me. The deluxe cabin was very comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay at this Koa. Very friendly staff. Very nice to walk around the campground. If you had dogs there were many stations with bags and disposable bins. Must say TV reception was poor.I would definitely stay at this campground again. Easy access to Minneapolis

The staff helped us find a camping spot that better suited our needs. Very family-friendly. Just make sure the bathrooms have toilet paper at all times! :)

Such a fun time for the kids. Lots of activities for Halloween. We do wish the campground would stay open later in the season, we would have stayed thru the next weekend

things were pretty good until I had to use the sewage dump. It projects above the concrete and so the hose kept popping off spilling everywhere. And the lid which normally can hold it in place is broken so it wouldn't close right. Made for a stinky review and opinion.

Would be beneficial if folks coming in are aware of pest issues so they can have remedies when they arrive (Asian beetles). Other than that campground was clean and maintained. Thanks.

It was fun to watch the kids enjoy the Halloween activities. A better job on cleaning bathroom/showers. The same bandaid was on the floor of the shower for four plus days. The last day I was there, all bathroom sinks were filled with dirty water. The pool was very nice. The dust was kicked up by maintenance grooming the road on a daily basis but it seem like it wasn’t necessary.

The staff was great.The store&pool was nice.The sites are long&somewhat level&easy to access.The park was a dust bowl. The mini golf course is a hazard & uninviting. For the facility conditions it is over priced at $83.00 a night. I have been at other KOA JourneyKOA facilities that were in much better condition&at a lower price.The site has potential but needs a major facelift & price adjustment.

We have been coming to this KOA for the past 4 years with our grandkids. The grandkids love the indoor pool and all the different activities they have for the kids. We love how friendly the staff is and how clean the campground is. One of our favorite campgrounds!

We had a restful four night stay despite a lot of construction noise around the Kamp. We loved all the trees and green spaces. Our site was a bit tricky with the hookup placement and needed a bit of leveling but the concrete patio and fire-ring and the high end patio furniture was great! We will stay here again.

Stayed in one of their cabins for two nights in September while visiting family in the Twin Cities. It's located quite a ways outside the metro area, in a locale with businesses and a four lane highway not far away. The KOA property is okay, with trees. The proprietress was very accommodating and cordial. Our cabin was clean and well maintained. The restroom and showers facilities, and the laundry room, were also clean and well maintained. It took about a minute to walk to the restroom/shower/laundry facilities from our cabin. Most of the time, the wifi was very slow, but one morning at 6:30 it was pretty fast (perhaps someone had been streaming videos previously?)
