Campground was clean. Our family enjoyed the pool and mini golf. Our kids also enjoyed the activities.

We paid for a premium site. It wasn't long enough for our 38" 5th wheel and our truck. We had to pull the truck in sideways and the RV was so close to the end of our site, we worried that another camper would hit our backend. ISite 1 was at the entrance to the park and the dust was horrible. The "patio" was made out of wood and the two sides didn't line up. Huge tripping hazard.

The staff was great. The only thing that was not the best was the mini golf. It needs some tlc.

Close to Minneapolis. Lots of trees and shade, we had the best weather. Staff was very friendly, level space, we enjoyed our stay.

Staff was very friendly at check-in. The grass around the dog park wasn't trimmed and cause rashes on people. The younger gentleman on the golf cart seemed to be going fast around the campground for no reason. We had a pickup with loud exhaust idle all night long on Sunday night because they slept in.Paid for a pull through site but ended up backing out because of vechiles,trees and narrow roads.

We gave this KOA a try having read poor reviews, and it was MEDIOCRE at best.This is a tired campground that claims to be a KOA Holiday, but it has become swallowed by industrial growth and would struggle to be a KOA Journey. Perpetually noisy from the highway or dump truck slamming tailgates, dumpster overflowing. We mistakenly left 75 mins late but was charged 2 full hours while we rushed out.

Access coming from the north requires a uturn that is almost impossible towing a 32' trailer. Not the parks fault. Concerns noticed was someone's toiletries were left in the bathroom for at least 2 days, and the toilet stalls hadn't been cleaned for 2 days because the same pile of toilet paper was on the floor of the stall and the toilet had not been cleaned. The floor smelled like urine.

Large spacious pull through site. Only 30 minutes to Mall of America. Perfect starting point for visiting Minneapolis.

We paid for the cheapest RV spot, so understandable that these spots had no shade and were the smallest spot I have ever camped at.

Disappointed with this KOA. The indoor pool was not heated and was literally too cold to get in. Poor drainage, mud and soggy grass on our “Premium Patio” site. Weeds everywhere in the grass. The brochure said heated pool. When I asked at the office about the pool, I was told that if I got in the water, I would get used to it. For almost $100 a night, this Holiday did not meet expectations.

Staff was great had me booked into a site that I would not fit in and immediately moved me , but this KOA is very hard to get to if coming from the east towing a car, the worse was this koa is a giant dust ( dirt) bowl. No or very little gravel on the roads or sites , it was pretty much all dirt This was not my idea of a great KOA which Most KOA thrive to be.

Nice park. Road construction made access messy. WiFi never worked, even after seeking assistance at the office. Just got a shrug and “it happens”.

Crowded, vehicles parked everywhere. Grass not cut for days, very unkept. Pool advertised as heated, staff reported pool is never heated. Staff indifferent to our concerns. Makes us doubt using a KOA again.

We checked in after it had rained. The camping spot was. The camping spot was very muddy and stayed that way the entire time even though there was no more rain. Placing gravel would resolve this problem.

Very disappointed. Unkept grounds, weeds & tall grass around seasonal sites, looks unkept. Our fire pit had long grass around it that started on fire when we had a fire. The pool was so cold that my son couldn’t even swim. Not sure why we pay such a high rate for these amenities when we can’t even use these. Staff sped through campsite on the UTV’s rather fast.

Pool was so cold and cloudy. .The kids did use it but not me. It was also so cloudy ( kids could not see the sinking toss rings on the deep end. Bought a diving light up toy. After done swimming the the light wouldn't go off. Took back. Clerk said... we don't back that stuff. Got fire wood at 8:00 pm said we would get at 5am.. my KOA 1st experience was not good. , why did I join before I stayed?

Roads are small, sites are ok but not level. The biggest thing was the lack of internet (we don’t have a star link) and the lack of concern by the staff. We were right by the pole with the router/booster but could not even get the internet to show up on our phone, computer, or tv. We were told to reboot our items as their internet was fine (yes I tried) maybe they should have checked the modem.

It was just a one day stop for us. Sights are clean spacious we were on a corner spot. Didn't get to use the amenities but the pool is small and the campgrounds is very quiet.

The mini golf course was broken and not taken care of at all. Everything was just really worn down and not taken care of for the price you pay to stay here. I can see why there was a lot of open places for camping.

We stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed ourselves. We used the pool and playground while we were there. The staff was helpful and friendly. The showers were clean, and the site was spacious enough for our RV and towed vehicle.

We had a good stay. Wifi was a bit spotty towards the end of the camp that we stayed at but the park was nice and shaded in the morning and evening for the kid to enjoy. We did not try out the pool.

We really enjoyed the grounds, peaceful and well managed. We didn’t get the firewood we ordered with our online reservation and they don’t check their voicemails and they need to maintain the bikes better but we would visit again.

The sites on the side that we stayed at are not setup for motorhomes towing anything. The sewer connection was at the very end of the site and had to run uphill to discharge. The internet had a poor signal and would not work. We were around permanent residence, those site had a lot stuff on them and was not pleasant to look at. It was difficult to get to when traveling south. We left early.

We have stayed at several KOAs and this is by far the worst. It is run down and in desperate need of updating. The grass was overgrown, our picnic table was broken, the 30 amp service at our site didn’t work (luckily we had an adapter to 50 amp). The “rock patio” was so overgrown with grass that you could barely see the rocks. Definitely not worth the $100 dollars per night that we paid.

Tree removal debris on our site that was reported yet never taken care of. The long term lots should have full hook ups. Roads could use more gravel(muddy when wet and dusty when dry). Site 25 is very awkward for tow vehicle parking.

We did have a small complication with an another camper parking their vehicle in our reserved site. It was not the fault of the campground. It was unfortunate, but the management did a great job of handling the situation and we are very thankful!

pool area floor was dirty. Weeds everywhere. Everything needed mowing and trimmed. No gravel on the roads so very dusty. This place should not be a Holiday KOA. Lack of maintenance and no pride in ownership. Way to costly for this unkept campground. Will not ever stay again. Dropped a towel on the floor of the indoor pool and it came up brown! This should NOT be a koa anymore.

The location was great for us to see a concert at the mystic lake amphitheater. The overall stay was below the standards of what I expect from a KOA. 4 out of the 6 washing machines were broken in the laundry and the garbage container near our site was overflowing. Upon arrival I had to back in to my pull through spot because the camper behind our site was parking their vehicle in the street

Well, I’ll start with the greeting. The woman was very course. It was like I was bothering her. The grinds and sites were not groomed at all. The front building was in need of serious repairs. The bathrooms were old and dirty. 4 out of 6 washers were out of order. How does KOA let them operate like this ? Don’t stay here.

First we where barely able to get into our spot. Because everyone parked in the road area had to go up and around almost the entire campground when it would of been easier to back up into our site 2 nd one in. Very unleveled site. Pool was nasty cloudy and smelled inside bathrooms should of been shut down. Bit by a dog and reported it clerk new my site and claimed 2 days later didnt know who I was

Stayed in one of their cabins for two nights in September while visiting family in the Twin Cities. It's located quite a ways outside the metro area, in a locale with businesses and a four lane highway not far away. The KOA property is okay, with trees. The proprietress was very accommodating and cordial. Our cabin was clean and well maintained. The restroom and showers facilities, and the laundry room, were also clean and well maintained. It took about a minute to walk to the restroom/shower/laundry facilities from our cabin. Most of the time, the wifi was very slow, but one morning at 6:30 it was pretty fast (perhaps someone had been streaming videos previously?)
