Very nice personal, laundry facility was very nice and affordable. The negatives are the sites where pretty un level and the dump station could use some work, it leaked around the connections. Overall a nice place to stay.

Love the campgrounds, especially the indoor pool. The mini golf is always a fun challenge. We come annually and will continue to do so.

The site wasn't long enough for a pull through car attached. Also campsite to close together. Heard a kid screaming for hours in the nite...alot of construction and poor instruction to get in..Dog park not maintained very well..

WiFi service was very poor or not available at all. Happened to get there at 1:00 and ended up paying an additional 20.00 early fee, thought about stopping at the office when we checked out over 2 hours early and requested a 20.00 rebate!! This was my first and last time using this KOA! Road construction to the entrance and the staff never explained how to get there or how to deal with the detour!

When we made reservations for a full hook up back in, we were giving a back in water and power only. The desk was able to make changes to accommodate us. We arrived on a Monday, the first men's bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned. (The 2nd bathroom locked). The first bathroom has 3 shower stalls, the 1st one has had a sign on it for 3 years. When your 1 of only a few places in town !

We have stayed there a few times. We like the easy access to the Renaissance Festival. We did, however find a few things that could be improved. The weeds around the store make the place look unkept and rundown. A fresh coat of paint would go a long way. Staff was friendly, but we asked for ice to be delivered. It did not arrive and we had to leave, so they left it ON the cooler.

We were running pretty behind schedule and we gave them a call to let them know we would be there just before close and they stayed up just past close just to check us in. When we got there they never rushed us and answered our questions and even walked us to our campsite so we could look at it before we pulled it (it was pretty dark when we got there.) Great people, would stay here again!

It was okay but it would have been nice if we'd known ahead of time about the road construction. We would have liked to have received an email letting us know the new directions to get to the campground.

RV pull through sites were crowded together like sardines. Our picnic table & firepit were located right next to our RV, and there was no way I would have built a fire so close to my RV. There is absolutely no Wi-Fi available. Unable to pull thru when leaving due to trees. Coupled with highway construction & poor directions on how to get to campground, this is the worst KOA I have ever stayed at!

Bathrooms were not cleaned for at least 3 days and were very very dirty. Electrical poles you could pull out of the ground. Very very dusty. Campsites on top of each other. Very expensive for the shape of campground. No communication on construction therefore had to drive down several dirt roads to get to. Staff was very friendly

Clean bathrooms. Nice pool. Good playground. Friendly staff. Mini-golf in terrible shape. Campsites way too close together. Slow or non-existent WI-FI. Fun for our grandkids but the entire campground needs a re-fresh.

Lovely campground but a bit out of the way. Great indoor pool. Entrance was confusing due to road construction, without any advance notice to guests as to how to access. Would have appreciated that when we got our check in email.

I was unable to get into the campground due to heavy machinery grading the alley when I arrived. CG refused to refund fees. I used to recommend this CG, but now I’ll tell everybody about this poor customer service.

We had a great stay, staff was wonderful, it appears the new crew is working hard to update and improve the grounds. The only thing that we didn’t like was the sewer connections for the sites are about 3 feet from the neighboring site’s picnic table

Very large branch fell from tree on our roof. Neighbor climbed up and removed it. We are having the roof inspected. Trees need trimming The ant hills at our site prohibited us from enjoying sitting outside. Sites need leveling. High price doesn’t equate to poor quality. Internet was almost non-existent. The staff was very friendly

I took the spot based on the website pictures as I was excited to spend the day and have a picnic. We did not get to choose our spots online so I would have liked to know ahead of time. The spot I chose was a pull thru, 50 amp with a patio. There really wasn't a patio, it was unkept gravel, not cement and it was just a picnic table. We had people on both sides and felt very cramped. Paid alot

Clean, freshly mowed, and quiet hours were honored. All dogs were on leash. Attentive staff. Well located and maintained dump station. The new overpass will make getting on Hwy 169 South very easy.

We have been coming to this Koa for over 10 yrs. This is the first year that things just feel off...not as welcoming or friendly. Staff didnt seem comfortable or relaxed. I believe he was newer. We were not escorted to our camping spot. Normally you felt like family and the staff have known you a life time. There were sites open that have normally been packed.

I have been camping at the koa in Jordan for years. This year in particular, the staff was very organized and managed my reservation with no errors which I really appreciate. The campground is always clean, the bathrooms are always clean and I appreciate that there are activities for kids!

Staff there is very helpful and courteous. We reserved a patio site, but were told the patio was a grass strip with a picnic table on it. Other KOA Journey locations have had a patio that included concrete, firepit, grill, and tables/chairs. Also, dump station was in one of the camp site thoroughfares which blocked access when a vehicle was using the station.

a family emergency occurred. We sent an email to cancel and were replied with a 7 day notice to cancel camping spots and that we had to call in. When we called in the phone just rang and rang. Paid 3 days and unable to use. never recommend this KOA. In the past, we changed reservations with KOA. They honored email and charged 20%. Reserve online but no online and no telephone answering.

Rv’s are packed in very close together. Several parts of the park need attention. Lots of “full timers”, which I have no problem with, except their sites are a mess. All of this being said, the staff was amazing, helpful and friendly.

The campground was not well kept. Granted there was a storm a few days earlier but the overall condition did not meet KOA standards. The lady working the desk was very rude. We had a power issue at our pedestal and when I inquired she said she would refund our money and we could go somewhere else. Terrible custservice. I formed us the owner lu Ed in California. Would NOT recommend this KOA!

This was our second stay with Koa Southwest Minneapolis. The camp ground is beautiful, staff is amazing, and the pool is a great way to cool off at the end of the day! We will be back any time we visit the Twin Cities. Thank you!!

The sites were too close together, the Wi-Fi was terrible and it resembled a run down trailer park. Too much dirt and very little grass. Also in an industrial area with heavy equipment rumbling back and forth all day and their back up alarms beeping at 6:30 am. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and lots of large trees providing ample shade. Park needs updating.

STAFF member Paige, needs some retraining in customer service. Also, in how to talk to customers. She continued to search for her phone and everything else instead of fully helping us. This happened on 2 occasions. Her attitude was atrocious and I will not be returning

Our truck was broken into and damaged while staying at this campground. There was a male that walked in on one of us females while in the women's shower house. The campground was not well kept. We have been staying at this campground every summer for 5 years now but will not be returning.

Very misleading pictures on website. All sites were growing weeds. Although the front office was very helpful, kind and thoughtful helping us switch sites do to trees that may have damaged the camper.

This KOA is in serious need of a clean up and updating. Unfortunately, not that we were expecting when we booked a KOA. The bathrooms are dirty and in disrepair, the sites are overgrown with electrical hook ups tipping over, and the sewage dump area was filthy. We wouldn’t come back to this one.

Stayed in one of their cabins for two nights in September while visiting family in the Twin Cities. It's located quite a ways outside the metro area, in a locale with businesses and a four lane highway not far away. The KOA property is okay, with trees. The proprietress was very accommodating and cordial. Our cabin was clean and well maintained. The restroom and showers facilities, and the laundry room, were also clean and well maintained. It took about a minute to walk to the restroom/shower/laundry facilities from our cabin. Most of the time, the wifi was very slow, but one morning at 6:30 it was pretty fast (perhaps someone had been streaming videos previously?)
