Park is extremely crowded. We reserved a large spot but could barely get in because of how narrow the rows are and how many campers were there, with vehicles taking up some of the roadway. Bathhouse was not very clean, hair all over the shower. Only plus about the place was that the two workers that helped us park were very friendly.

The people are very nice, and no complaints there; however the facility is substandard. Three washing machines of seven were out of order as well as 2driers out of 6. Nothing seemed clean. Instead of replacing a piece of artificial grass covered a step, the loose piece was just cut off. The doors to the laundry and store looked old. The store was dismal. During rain we had mudflow in our site.

I almost didn't reserve a space here due to some negative reviews. This KOA to be very peaceful, friendly staff, friendly guest, and access to what I needed. The patio site was great! Separate section for seating around a dining table and separate section for sitting around the fire ring. The RV sites are close together; however, it was not problematic. Wifi is decent.

Pool is very dark. Nothing much to do. Facilities are worn down. I was put in a newly made spot where they are cutting down trees and big machines are running all day. Noisy. No where to put out a chair other than right next to your camper. Pad is loose gravel. Laundry 3-5 washing machines didn’t work and some dryers broken too. Wouldn’t suggest the park.

Very nice store, nice staff and just far enough outside Minneapolis to feel like you're in the country but still close enough to drive to everything like Mall of America and Paisley Park. Definitely would like to return someday to this KOA.

The staff was all very nice and helpful. The sites are all very small and close. This is the first time the KOA online system has let us down. We have a 44’5th wheel and put the dimensions into the site locator system. Found a site and booked it. We arrive after hours. Got our paperwork and drove to the site. A large tree was right on the edge of the drive. Would not even come close to fitting.

Sites are extremely close together compared to other KOA campgrounds. We liked the level site we had (72). Our other family had a moldy water pipe. (71)

I reserved a patio site and owner/Manager was saying they all have a gravel patio, I have stayed here before and never had a problem if I reserved a patio site. I did get $30.00 refund but people should be Honest. I don't think we will be back to this KOA.

We had a marvelous experience, pool was a bit on the colder side and the windows had to stay open for ventilation on a cold windy day but the hot showers felt great when we were finished, definitely would suggest fogging for mosquitoes as it was miserable swatting them from your face all day and night. But the campground is very clean and the workers annd owner are extremely pleasant to talk to.

The campground and facilities were great! Staff seemed a little inexperienced if very friendly. For example, the person showing us to our site insisted on helping line up the rig—in the wrong spot (we had to move it over when he left), and the folks in the store/checkin struggled to come up with a local restaurant. Other that that, everything was wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay but something that happened concerned me. A lost little boy asked for help. I was walking the park with him and past some off duty staffs site. I asked if they remember seeing to boy somewhere. They said no but made offer to help. I realize they were off work but lost child raises a level of need. I located his camper and reunited him with his people.

Overall the facilities are nice and well maintained. The camp site we had was very tight for our 60'ish foot truck and camper. The site was semi level and mostly dirt. We will be back.

It was really nice to find a KOA in this area. we have family in the Cites area so we can visit them and enjoy the area without the hassle of being in the city. The staff were very friendly , kind and accomodating. This is an older KOA , but they are making upgrades and improvements - and like all KOAs, it was well maintained and clean.

I hadn't camped at a KOA in a long time, and I had high expectations, and were disappointed overall. Busted concrete sidewalks, alot of uneven campsites, mini golf course that were dirty, uneven, and needing paint. Landscaping on the property needs alot of work. Pool was fine, again needs some TLC and windows/doors cleaned. Main office was great, bathrooms were clean, but everything needs some TLC

Stayed in one of their cabins for two nights in September while visiting family in the Twin Cities. It's located quite a ways outside the metro area, in a locale with businesses and a four lane highway not far away. The KOA property is okay, with trees. The proprietress was very accommodating and cordial. Our cabin was clean and well maintained. The restroom and showers facilities, and the laundry room, were also clean and well maintained. It took about a minute to walk to the restroom/shower/laundry facilities from our cabin. Most of the time, the wifi was very slow, but one morning at 6:30 it was pretty fast (perhaps someone had been streaming videos previously?)
