We did have a small complication with an another camper parking their vehicle in our reserved site. It was not the fault of the campground. It was unfortunate, but the management did a great job of handling the situation and we are very thankful!

pool area floor was dirty. Weeds everywhere. Everything needed mowing and trimmed. No gravel on the roads so very dusty. This place should not be a Holiday KOA. Lack of maintenance and no pride in ownership. Way to costly for this unkept campground. Will not ever stay again. Dropped a towel on the floor of the indoor pool and it came up brown! This should NOT be a koa anymore.

The location was great for us to see a concert at the mystic lake amphitheater. The overall stay was below the standards of what I expect from a KOA. 4 out of the 6 washing machines were broken in the laundry and the garbage container near our site was overflowing. Upon arrival I had to back in to my pull through spot because the camper behind our site was parking their vehicle in the street

Well, I’ll start with the greeting. The woman was very course. It was like I was bothering her. The grinds and sites were not groomed at all. The front building was in need of serious repairs. The bathrooms were old and dirty. 4 out of 6 washers were out of order. How does KOA let them operate like this ? Don’t stay here.

First we where barely able to get into our spot. Because everyone parked in the road area had to go up and around almost the entire campground when it would of been easier to back up into our site 2 nd one in. Very unleveled site. Pool was nasty cloudy and smelled inside bathrooms should of been shut down. Bit by a dog and reported it clerk new my site and claimed 2 days later didnt know who I was

We paid for a patio site and all we got was a dirt site. It was hard to get our fifth wheel in and out very cramped not well kept up plus we had to pay $10 extra for an extra person when it was just my husband and I for a KOA. I’m very disappointed. I will not recommend this to anyone.

Small sites. Nice store. Staff generally friendly. Hard to make changes using the app. The location is fine if you have events in the area.

1st night electric kicked off when using toaster. Able to change sites. Both sites were level. Tried to use the pool after 7pm, but it was closed. Supposed to be open until 9. Grass was too tall at sites and playground. Was cut during my stay. Was a bit messy at site.

Nice place to stay. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms and facilities. The landscaping is maintained and flowers are planted. We would recommend this as a great place to stay.

Arrived Thursday for 4th of july weekend. Grass was uncut and very long. The whole place hadnt been cut in a long time. Sites are tiny. Our fire ring was maybe 3 feet from our front door. Didnt use it as we didnt want to melt our camper. 4/6 mens bathroom toilets were plugged.

First could not get there easily. There are no instructions on how to enter from 169S. Very tight park. Then to leave. Your chosen are ruin your RV or go 5 miles out of your way..

Koa was easy to find from the east but they took out the middle cross over so it was not able to enter because we had to go to the next road to head back west to get to the entrance. It is a old rv park but easy to drive around and is kept up well. Is alot of old trees to shade the rv from the sun. Shopping is close by 15 minute drive and Mall of America was 30 minutes away

Park could use some more maintenance. Weeds are a little over grown. Over all just a bit run-down.

Campground is well taken care of, showers were good, laundry was ok. Some washers were broken. But our last night there was not enjoyable due to the sewer system backing up and overflowing into our site. Had to put everything away and avoided sitting outside due to the smell. Then the evening before we left workers were making noise to fix the problem. Loud talking unrelated to the work.

The sites on the hill by the park where you step out of your camper are very uneven. Weeds everywhere and lawn really long. Pool chemicals off too as my daughter got a massive rash last year. We have been coming here for 35 years as a family and have never experienced it this bad. Very sad as this koa used to be a family favorite. Did tell them concerns of unevenness and pool in past but no change

It's not a terrible campground. The guy working the desk was very nice, but not very helpful when I had an issue connecting to WiFi. I don't think he was knowledgeable, might be a training issue. It had some nice amenities, but to be honest I've stayed in better KOA Journeys.

It is a nice KOA. Level sites and fairly spacious. The only real issue is getting into the park. There is on turn in from highway 169 from the north. You have to go a couple of miles to the turnaround. The first turnaround is not setup for large rigs so you have to drive to the next town then get yourself turned around so you can head north. I think it is about 6 miles.

Lovely campground, really liked the patio, table and chairs and all the mature trees. The internet service wasn’t great. Had to use WiFi hotspot.

I thought it very strange that in all our KOA stays this was the first one that charged extra fees for the amount of campers. The rate for the campsite was completely in line with other campsites but that extra camper fee was a bit much. Don't think I would stay there again. Also the grass areas were really just green weeds. The staff was VERY nice though!

I would advise anyone to avoid this KOA. Please be advised to take before and after pictures of your site otherwise you could be charged for damages caused by someone else, like they did me. Water was leaking from the water fixture before I connected to it but they charged me to fix it. With no way to prove my case, my credit card was charged anyway. Not a happy camper!

appreciate the staff staying connected and giving help as needed. impressed with the cleanliness of the campground. Can't remember the last time we were escorted and assisted getting into our site. Appreciate the personal attention.

For as much as they charge, the sites are tiny and crammed together. We were parked next to a camper that looked like breaking bad was happening in there. People were nice, location is good, it’s the sites that are tiny and could be better.

Waiting 40 min for firewood never came, all while being placed on a site with a HUGE tree that caused us to be unable to open our awning. Leaving us with 2 feet between the fire ring and said tree. If there were more than 2 of us camping, someone would have had to be sitting in the road to enjoy it.

Good well run campground. Great customer service and friendly staff. The park is clean, organized and well kept. And quiet at night making for a good place to rest up. Not a lot to do nearby but venture out to the regional parks and trails. Stayed 4 nights while visiting local family.

Great staff and clean grounds with new gravel, trimmed trees, etc. Well maintained and fun! The mini golf course does need a refresh, but not a big deal.

Very nice setting but the maintenance on the restroom and Showers is basically non existent. The men’s shower controls were all in disrepair when we arrived and there didn’t seem to be a plan to resolve it. I mentioned it twice which I should not have done so we had a disagreement and our lease wasn’t renewed. No need to visit again.

My only complaint is not very good internet service or TV reception. Had to use Data most of the stay. Also, some trails for walking should be made through the timber for walking dogs. But will definitely stay again.

Stayed in one of their cabins for two nights in September while visiting family in the Twin Cities. It's located quite a ways outside the metro area, in a locale with businesses and a four lane highway not far away. The KOA property is okay, with trees. The proprietress was very accommodating and cordial. Our cabin was clean and well maintained. The restroom and showers facilities, and the laundry room, were also clean and well maintained. It took about a minute to walk to the restroom/shower/laundry facilities from our cabin. Most of the time, the wifi was very slow, but one morning at 6:30 it was pretty fast (perhaps someone had been streaming videos previously?)
