Wonderful stay in our semi rustic cabin. Very clean amenities. Wonderful staff. When we arrived at our cabin inside, it ad a nice up north fall crisp smell.

For a Holiday KOA the cabin location was small and was a joint patio with the cabin next door. It appeared that the cabin was installed to achieve the Holiday Statis. A through clean of the cabin was needed. The upper shelf of the kitchen area was covered with dust. A flyswatter was retrieved for the store and the hairdryer did not work.

Campground hosts are not happy people from check in to leaving. If one tire was on the grass, not politely, they told you to move the vehicle. Charged someone staying there for 3 months 5 bucks a day for a second vehicle. Wont stay there again.

The craft we did with our grandkids was not really what we expected it seemed really a last minute thrown together with very little thought put into it. The sites are very close together and not much room to sit as a group at our site or cabin. Alot of noise from surrounding business early in the morning.

We had a wonderful time! What an AWESOME staff. They made it a lot of fun. We felt like the campground was well-kept, tons of activities were provided and we had everything we needed for a fun camping weekend. We'll be back!

We stayed in a small cabin (pet friendly). There was an AC which was nice however it did not keep up when the weather was 90+. Also, the mini golf course is not very nice. Other than that the staff were very friendly, swimming pool was nice, and loved the pet-friendly environment.

What a pleasant surprise this spot was. My young daughter and I have never camped before and don't know much about it. The deluxe camper cabins were WAY above our expectations. It was literally complete with EVERYthing we needed to make our adventure even more fun. The inside of the cabin is absolutely darling...well-cared-for and comfortable/very quiet. Owners/all staff were amazing! Pool a plus!

The Deluxe Cabin was wonderful, and fully equipped. Had a problem with bathroom sink drain and someone was there to fix it with a few minutes of our report! The grounds were superbly maintained! A large tree branch fell after the office was closed, but the grounds people picked it up early the following morning. Staff is very polite!

Stayed at the 1 room cabin. Liked the air conditioner.everything central located.nice showers. Grocery store could be larger.quiet.

The cabin was good however ceiling fan was covered in dust and there were a lot of spider webs. Most of the staff was super friendly

Overall very friendly staff and great extras like ice cream carts, mini golf, pool, hayrides and go carts. The cabin was very spacious but had the thin mattresses, no refrigerator and was very far from the bathroom.

We stayed in a camping cabin. Incredibly clean. Great campgrounds, good pool, quiet hours were kept by everyone, and we especially loved the Saturday evening hayride!! Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely cabin. Staff was nice but our cabin wasn’t clean and ready for us at check in time. Otherwise everything was clean and well lit. Staff was friendly and polite.

The bathroom sink wouldn't drain, there were so many flys everywhere! The place was clean and cute! The people camping and the workers were so nice and accompanying we would definitely come back we have been there twice! The pool was nice but was a little cold plus there are no steps just ladders so hard to get in and out.

Really well managed and staffed. Our Deluxe Cabin far surpassed expectations, wife was really impressed. Activities for the little ones were much appreciated. Very nice pool. MN largest candy store right down the road. A+

Bathrooms were great. Camp store very nice. Great customer service. Cabin needs a little work. Extra plug in so ac cord doesn't stretch across the table area. Only one plug in for use. Light bulb out in fan. Floors could use a good scrubbing or sanding. Mattress did not lay flat on bed. Cabin had strong odor.

The kids had somewhat fun. There wasn't much to do at this KOA unlike the one in Hayward. Really some KOA. The cabin was very small only room to sleep not do anything else for the price. Price is way too high. Good charged for each kid per night. Kids should stay free. Could have been more amenities or things for kids. We had to pay extra to do and art. In other KOA's craft and other stuff incl

This was an amazing trip! It was so relaxing and we had a blast. I loved playing mini golf and swimming and sitting by the fire. The cabins are super cozy, and we slept 3 people just perfectly. I hope to definitely be back soon!!

Fantastic customer service. The cabin was clean and nice. The site was well maintained. Only suggestion is to update the mattress. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience.

Friendly staff and well kept campground. My only small complaint is that the deluxe cabins could use sone umbrellas at the tables for sone shade as the sites are out in the hot sun almost all day.

Everything was well-maintained. The satellite bathroom near the kabins could use a little attention, but otherwise everything was in excellent condition. Good location; only about 30 minutes away from the city.

Great open area in South Minneapolis. Big pool and playground that my friend's kids enjoyed. Close to outside amenities and casino. I would stay here again if I was passing through!

My stay at this KOA was awesome. The gals at the front desk for check-in had an awesome personality and were very inviting. I would say, it was the perfect place to stay for the Renaissance festival.

The Mn SW KOA was fantastic. We rented one of the primitive cabins for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They were accommodating, clean, and beautiful.

Bed was horrible, so uncomfortable! Pillows, hard as a rock Toilet Paper, so thin, your fingers go though when using Cabin was clean, main items needed supplied Hot water very limited, could not get a hot shower Could rent a nice hotel room for what the daily charge was. Nice patio and outdoor furniture

My cabin was very clean however no linens for the bunk beds 1 towel for 2 nights. The gas grill provided was absolutely disgusting and no brush to clean so now how do I cook. It was all the little things that added up that really made it not so good. I don’t want to forget the bottom of the indoor pool was full of sand.

Stayed in one of their cabins for two nights in September while visiting family in the Twin Cities. It's located quite a ways outside the metro area, in a locale with businesses and a four lane highway not far away. The KOA property is okay, with trees. The proprietress was very accommodating and cordial. Our cabin was clean and well maintained. The restroom and showers facilities, and the laundry room, were also clean and well maintained. It took about a minute to walk to the restroom/shower/laundry facilities from our cabin. Most of the time, the wifi was very slow, but one morning at 6:30 it was pretty fast (perhaps someone had been streaming videos previously?)
