Everyone is always extremely friendly and helpful! It's our third time here and we have made it a tradition to keep coming back every year. We do love the indoor pool, however it was freezing cold this time. I have been in cold pools before but this time...it was beyond cold; even with the heat outside.

This campground has had no investment in a long time! The roads in the campground are filled with many pot holes! KOA should not call this a “Holiday” KOA campground!

Pool was clean, good temp. Cabin was ready to go & loved that it was close to the playgrounds and pool. Also easy to navigate from the highway.

We had a full hookup pullthrough, terrible site. Site was: to narrow, to short, not level, water and electrical hookups weren't straight and were to close to the ground. There were tall weeds around the water and electrical hookups. I just got the impression it was a poorly maintained campground. Didn't leave a very good impression for the KOA brand.

Campground has many amenities. Pool is heated but it felt really cold. We understood that there was alot of rain in the area recently, so the grass/weeds hadn't been mowed. Sites were level, but could use some work, so they stay clean and don't get wet and muddy due to excessive rain. Bathrooms and laundry were clean and well maintained. Gift shop/store area had a wide assortment of sundries.

I did not enjoy it at all. One thing was I was at site 8 and the dumb picnic was busted my wife sat down on it and it almost fell all the way to the ground. And the site was way too small for my rig. Didn’t have hardly any place to park my car. I had to pull it all the way up on my yard.

Water was shut off a couple times and as many KOA we would just leave our garbage at the campsite and it would be picked up after we leave. We were instructed to put our garbage in the dumpster which was so gross almost made me sick.

The biggest plus to this campground is its proximity to the Twin Cities. But as a campground, it's overpriced. The wifi was rather spotty, no cable tv connection, the site I had was very difficult to get my unit level. The staff I met were friendly and the grounds were clean. I would suggest lighting the sign on Highway 169 to make it easier to locate the turnoff in the dark for those unfamiliar.

We stay here every couple years. Friendly staff but place isnt well kept. Our grass was about a foot tall. Buildings, signs and grounds arent being maintained.

The workers were great, and site manager was excellent. My only problem was the internet was not strong enough for me to stream any of my streaming sites. This is the first KOA that I ever had that problem. After water and electricity, Wi-Fi is a must. A guest leaving told me to be ready to use my own service.

This is our second year at this location. Last year's it was great. This year not so much. It seemed under staffed and once we checked in we never saw another worker. The grounds seemed poorly maintained this year also, possibly due to the ridiculous amount of rain we've had in Minnesota the last couple of weeks. All in all it was ok but nothing that would encourage me to stay again.

We stayed here because of Our Granddaughter’s Basketball Tournament that was In Wayzata, it was Very Convenient because of the Location, It was also Extreme Heat this Weekend so We also Enjoyed the Indoor pool!, We will Definitely stay here again!

The staff were all very nice and helpful. The main lodge seems to be nice and updated, bathrooms/showers seemed fairly clean. But for the standards of a KOA campground overall, this place needs updating and clean up, as well as a cleaner nicer dump station. The outdoor pool area is very poorly set up and unattractive. Very surprised with the nightly rate being charged, campground is very run down

Totally different stay here than years back. $100 for a dilapidated one room cabin- AC barely worked- grounds weedy- our grill rusted out at bottom- firepit dirty and full of weeds- no AC in bathroom- picnic table warped and hard to use. Not a comfortable stay and extremely overpriced for what you get

Overall it was great! We lucked out and were in the back corner of the park. Only thing that would have been amazing, was some A/C or a fan in the laundry room. It was like a sauna in there trying to get laundry done, and that was at night. Staff was very friendly and the sites are good sized.

Over the past 3 months, we've stayed at probably 15 KOAs across the US. I'd have to rate this KOA middle of the pack. On the plus side, shady, all washers and dryers working, nice pool and store. However, sites are tight with your neighbor's unshielded dump station/utilities right next to your picnic table, camp roads are narrow. Some trailers seem to be simply stored in the campground.

Staff on site were very friendly and helpful, the office, store and grounds were neat and clean. The sites are close together. We requested a site near family but was given a site at the opposite side of the campground and was told that KOA moves sites at will. Our patio site consisted of 8 patio blocks, the site was extremely muddy (yes it just rained and you can't control the weather).

The staff were all very nice, the campsites are very small and not much grass which makes them a muddy mess when it rains. The other issue is that they allow long term stays for construction workers and some of those sites were an absolute mess and looked horrible! Like they had junk all over and multiple tents next to campers that looked like they hadn't moved in years.

I guess setting a picnic table next to the camper is what you call a patio site. The sewer connection is uphill, it still worked but it wouldn't have been that expensive to pipe it to at least the middle of the site when it was installed to make everything drain easier. Definitely an older and outdated KOA. Most modern KOA's have great WIFI. WIFI is important to most campers.

This is our second stay at this KOA, we’ve came the same time the last two summers to celebrate my son’s birthday. The campground is very kid friendly, and well kept. The staff is always very friendly. The only issue we ran into was the bed in our Deluxe cabin was very worn making sleep difficult, in desperate need of being replaced. Other than that, it was a great time at a great campground.

The roads and the sites were not paved. Lots of mud. Hard to exit the campground in our big rig. Staff was friendly.

I haven't given a 1 before but this park didn't live up to what I believe KOA stands for. Our water was unusable due to it being too close to the ground and no matter how we connected it it wouldn't stop spraying out of the connection. The condition of the park felt like no one maintained it. sites were not delineated clearly and showers in need of updated. Dog run way too muddy but pool was nice

Stayed in one of their cabins for two nights in September while visiting family in the Twin Cities. It's located quite a ways outside the metro area, in a locale with businesses and a four lane highway not far away. The KOA property is okay, with trees. The proprietress was very accommodating and cordial. Our cabin was clean and well maintained. The restroom and showers facilities, and the laundry room, were also clean and well maintained. It took about a minute to walk to the restroom/shower/laundry facilities from our cabin. Most of the time, the wifi was very slow, but one morning at 6:30 it was pretty fast (perhaps someone had been streaming videos previously?)
