Through no fault of KOA. We lost water and power because of a storm. The staff was very informative and helpful throughout our stay.

Great friendly staff. Amazing office. Pool was great for the hot weekend Very narrow small spots. Our family couldn't put out awning at one spot and the other they couldn't have fire at it was to close to camper..... we won't be back

Overall, we had a good stay. Staff was very friendly. Our cabin 4 was not cleaned well. Garbage and some personal belongings were left under the bed. A/C filter was really bad so I cleaned myself. Mini golf course could use some work.

Facilities and cabin where very dirty and not cleaned at all in the two days we stayed there. There were small weird bugs all over the cabin beds and the AC unit leaked water all over our things that were under the table

Very enjoyable. Site however had a very small yard. Very beautiful pool and restroom/showers. Dump station was in an inconvenient spot. We would return. We will return.

A little tricky getting into and out of the KOA as it's at a busy highway. Going south there is no lane to merge onto the highway.

The new manager Abby was fabulous! She was so helpful when we arrived helping us get into our back in site even though it was after hours. We had a package arrive just after we left and she kept us informed about that and gladly said that she would forward it to our home. She loved on our fur baby and advised us on fun things to do in the area. George was great too! Alexa not so much but was new..

We were booked at a county campground and were only planning to stay here for a 3 day gap. We liked it so much that we cancelled our other reservations and extended our stay here. The staff, Abby, George and Ivan were so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely stay here again. Also, our grandchild especially enjoyed the very large indoor pool. The grounds are lovely .

Stayed here for a baseball tournament nearby. The amenities were great, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful! I would stay here again.

1. Wanted to charge extra 20 bucks for an hours worth of early check in. Nope. 2. Placed in back between muddy, rutted paths. Not an ideal camp spot for 80+ bucks a nite. 3. Bathrooms were very dated, kinda clean, with one shower stall non functional. 4. Ivan, one of the employees is a shining star and works his butt off. 5. The park, overall, is kinda grubby

We had no particular issues with our stay. The staff was friendly and great. However, This KOA is pretty tight quartered and the location of the sewer cap isn't very convenient. One must have plenty of sewer hose and a long water hose as well.

Easy in/out of park with our 45' rig. Sites were a little tight but doable. Friendly staff and good communications. Close to sight-seeing attractions. One area of concern is the getting onto the highway out of the park. During rush hour times (both morning/evening) traffic is very heavy and wait times to get onto the highway can exceed 5-10 minutes especially towing a large fifth wheel!

All the workers were very friendly, helpful and considerate. Would definitely stay here again! The bathrooms were the cleanest I've seen at any KOA.

Even though we booked in February when we arrived the spot we were assigned was not big enough. The people working there did what they could to make it work but tried to convince us our spot was 74 feet long, it was maybe 45. The Internet was down due to a lightning strike. Overall we made it work but it was not what we have gotten used to from KOAs

We scheduled this stay about 6 months in advance and was put in the most dusty site in the park which is unforgivable. There is no way this campground should ever be considered with the extreme dusty conditions. Cars even driving by slowly kicked up so much dust we couldn’t even sit outside our RV. We had an absolutely horrible stay.

The staff was very friendly, but the buildings, mainly the restrooms, showers, and pool area, need updating badly. They seem to be understaffed and not putting any money into maintenance or upkeep.

The spots are not made for big rigs and very tight. The park needs to be updated. We arrived and no one took us to our spot and it was not easy to find. The roads in the park need more gravel. I paid for a patio and it is all gravel. Not what I expected. Your pricing is to high for what you get in return. I will not be staying there again.

Very disappointed in no internet. My cell service there was not very good so I could have used the internet. I believe a discount should have been offered. Personnel were very friendly

The only negative part of the campground is the sites are way too small, can’t enjoy family time at the campsites when you’re able to touch two campers at the same time. Other than that, everything was great. Clean, and run well.

I had 3 sites set up 2 locked. all 3 of us were moved into different areas. all 3 of us couples are friends and wanted to be together I had been put into a different one.I get there and another camper was in it. I gave up my full hook up to be with our friends. I get $ 21.80 back? I should have received a free nite for all the BS. Abby the mngr was nice but overwhelmed. She tried hard to appease

Staff is all great. Had several interactions and they were all positive. Campground is quiet and was everything we booked. Pool was nice but could get a little busy.

Nice shade. Kids were disappointed the pool heater was broken and the water was just too cold to swim. However, the lightning strike on the power line and fire trucks were the highlight of the trip. It almost beat out Mall of America. We were sorry you had so much damage from the lightening. I'm sure it wasn't a good week for you. Restrooms were very clean and over all we enjoyed our stay.

Packed in like sardines, the dog park was not usable due to a tree falling in to it. Dryers run hot, the pool was supposed to be heated and it's not. Mold in the men's shower. WiFi was hit /miss. There was a lot of shade.

Stayed in one of their cabins for two nights in September while visiting family in the Twin Cities. It's located quite a ways outside the metro area, in a locale with businesses and a four lane highway not far away. The KOA property is okay, with trees. The proprietress was very accommodating and cordial. Our cabin was clean and well maintained. The restroom and showers facilities, and the laundry room, were also clean and well maintained. It took about a minute to walk to the restroom/shower/laundry facilities from our cabin. Most of the time, the wifi was very slow, but one morning at 6:30 it was pretty fast (perhaps someone had been streaming videos previously?)
