Rv’s are packed in very close together. Several parts of the park need attention. Lots of “full timers”, which I have no problem with, except their sites are a mess. All of this being said, the staff was amazing, helpful and friendly.

The campground was not well kept. Granted there was a storm a few days earlier but the overall condition did not meet KOA standards. The lady working the desk was very rude. We had a power issue at our pedestal and when I inquired she said she would refund our money and we could go somewhere else. Terrible custservice. I formed us the owner lu Ed in California. Would NOT recommend this KOA!

This was our second stay with Koa Southwest Minneapolis. The camp ground is beautiful, staff is amazing, and the pool is a great way to cool off at the end of the day! We will be back any time we visit the Twin Cities. Thank you!!

The sites were too close together, the Wi-Fi was terrible and it resembled a run down trailer park. Too much dirt and very little grass. Also in an industrial area with heavy equipment rumbling back and forth all day and their back up alarms beeping at 6:30 am. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and lots of large trees providing ample shade. Park needs updating.

There was a mix-up in the office resulting in our site being given to someone else even though we paid the extra $10 to lock in the site. The lady in the office was really nice and got us into a different site, which was a bit of a process considering the sites are not very clearly marked on which site is which. The worst part was the mosquitoes, they were awful and bugspray didnt help at all

STAFF member Paige, needs some retraining in customer service. Also, in how to talk to customers. She continued to search for her phone and everything else instead of fully helping us. This happened on 2 occasions. Her attitude was atrocious and I will not be returning

Our truck was broken into and damaged while staying at this campground. There was a male that walked in on one of us females while in the women's shower house. The campground was not well kept. We have been staying at this campground every summer for 5 years now but will not be returning.

Our space was extremely unlevel. We were unable to use our refrigerator because of that. Eventually they moved us to another spot

Very misleading pictures on website. All sites were growing weeds. Although the front office was very helpful, kind and thoughtful helping us switch sites do to trees that may have damaged the camper.

This KOA is in serious need of a clean up and updating. Unfortunately, not that we were expecting when we booked a KOA. The bathrooms are dirty and in disrepair, the sites are overgrown with electrical hook ups tipping over, and the sewage dump area was filthy. We wouldn’t come back to this one.

It was very easy to car camp at this site. The electrical hookups are in the perfect place to park. All the staff were very friendly and the bathrooms were always clean.

Understand that you are short staffed. Consider offering a cabin as a perk to attract more staff!

Everyone that worked at this KOA was very nice, very professional, and very helpful. However the KOA itself was in very bad condition. We have stayed at dozens of KOAs over the years and this was without a doubt the worse one.

The pool is GREAT, especially since the weather wasn't so great during our camping weekend. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The cabins could use a few more hooks for clothes, towels, etc. to help make them more comfortable for guests.

This KOA needs maintenance. The electrical hook up polls are all leaning and our had a hornets nest in it. We were assigned an RV site that was marginal. We requested the site next to us which we got but had 2 electric hook ups which only one was turned on, making it confusing to set up. The over all campground is marginal. Unfortunately there are only 2 KOA’s in the Mpls/St Paul area.

We had a great experience at the KOA. The facilities were very clean. Ivan and Abby were amazing workers who were always available and doing whatever they could to help the campers.

Friendly staff, clean bathrooms. We were disappointed that the dog park was closed during our stay due to a storm that occurred before we arrived. It was reopened the day we left :(.

They just had a storm earlier in the week and a were still cleaning up from it. The staff seemed tired. The bathrooms weren’t clean. Perhaps if there was paper towels in the bathroom instead of blowers people would have cleaned up after themselves. Our cabin was nice. There is an indoor pool that looked nice.

Older park. Dirt sites with lots of mud after rain. Friendly staff but sites are tight. Good location to visit Minneapolis only 30 minutes to the north. This KOA is very average.

No check in until 2 pm. I arrived at 12:45 and was told $20 for early check in. Over 1/2 the sites were empty. Was waiting to visit my 102 year old aunt. Also, storm the night before blocking the way out. Should have been warned not to drive in that direction.

The facilities were in severe disrepair. There were bathroom ceiling tiles missing, broken shower handles, damage to the entrance door, dryer lint exhaust was not cleaned out and was a fire hazard. In the pool area, the windows were filthy and the floors had mud and green fungus. And e were double booked and charged additional fees at check-in because the website had glitches when we registered.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly! The campsites are spacious and well kept. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed in one of their cabins for two nights in September while visiting family in the Twin Cities. It's located quite a ways outside the metro area, in a locale with businesses and a four lane highway not far away. The KOA property is okay, with trees. The proprietress was very accommodating and cordial. Our cabin was clean and well maintained. The restroom and showers facilities, and the laundry room, were also clean and well maintained. It took about a minute to walk to the restroom/shower/laundry facilities from our cabin. Most of the time, the wifi was very slow, but one morning at 6:30 it was pretty fast (perhaps someone had been streaming videos previously?)
