Great people, location on the Yellowstone River and nice facilities but the washboard gravel road to campground is a negative for us.

We were there 5 yrs ago and it seemed nicer. It was very weedy between spots, bathhouse toilet was plugged up all 4 days and I had to contact management. Didn’t get the spot I had requested when I reserved. Pricey!

This campground is absolutely amazing! We wish would have stayed more than just a day on our road trip through Montana. We were fortunate to stay at one of the back in sites on the river. So peaceful. The staff and facilities were tip top! Loved the whole experience.

The campground was so nice and the staff was very helpful. Our water heater was not running hot water and it was our first out with our new travel trailer. 2 male employees came out helping to fix it for us! Hot water came out!! Thank you!

Tiny camping spaces, packed in like sardines. My neighbors came back at 1230am, falling down drunk, yelling, being really load, smoking pot. They were asked to to stop their rude, loud behavior by me, another neighbor and someone from koa. The koa employee never returned to check and the behavior continued. Then one got sick from booze and started throwing up. worst camping experience ever

Area is beautiful. Staff is nice & very helpful. Linens were clean. Cabin in general was gross. Fridge, freezer & sink had food & scum build up. Main glass door had dog nose prints & hand prints all over bottom. Floor was gritty with dirt. I've stayed at a few cabins over the years and this was among the dirtier. I suggest to bring cleaning supplies. For the cost it should be cleaner.

Disappointed. Stayed last year and previously, as well,and felt there was a lots of maintenance needed this year. Laundry room needed cleaning, broken washers, grass needed mowing and the entire place needed to be spruced up. Office staff was accommodating and friendly. Tree fell on our site damaging everything beyond repair including truck, on our first day forcing us to move site and get truck towed. They refused site refund. Staff treated our group HORRIBLE upon arrival. Bathrooms dirty. lady at front desk very short tempered and rude. Manager is only one with customer service skills. Least could do is refund me for having to stay at friends site after tree.

We’ve been staying at this KOA for 15+ years. We’ve been around through management/ownership changes and lots of ups and downs. This year was easily the worst. Bathrooms were always dirty even after the “cleaning times”. Staff were condescending and overbearing, essentially babysitting us. Our group takes up 20~ camp spots. I get we’re a large group but we paid to be there like everyone

Didn't get the cabin requested but since all camping cabins are the same accommodation was the same no matter what. Was close to showers and facilities which was nice. However was close to the playground. Good thing I travel with earplugs to block out the unwanted noise. I stay here every year, and will return.

Rough gravel road to get to KOA. Not true “campsites “ more like “here park on this gravel “. Very dirty bathrooms. New owners took over in April, they have a lot to learn and do to get this a good place to stay. Disappointed.

This stay was over the 4th of July weekend and the campground was packed. The staff are friendly and accommodating and I don't have any other complaint except for the bathroom. The women's bathroom adjacent the main office was pretty gross. It needed more than one cleaning per day. I don't think I would stay at this KOA again during the peak season.

The campground was in a beautiful location! Saw a young bald eagle and a doe with her fawn, all right outside the park entrance. The employees were absolutely amazing from check on to check out. The campground has Yellowstone River access for you and your dogs. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!! Thank you all.

Beautiful campground. Very friendly. I was disappointed. I asked for a back in site, because I wanted the privacy. It was more like a pull through. There were some beautiful back in sites.

The bathrooms were filthy and there aren't enough of them. We have stayed at 6 or 7 KOAs over the last 2 weeks and this is the only one we will not stay at again. The person at the registration desk was mechanical and had no interest in me as a customer.

Since this was a Holiday KOA I expected better then what we got. The bathrooms were worst than dirty. The toilet was disgusting, filthy floor, no wastebasket, make shift bench. Our campsite was fine but over all the grounds were on the neglected side. It’s ok if you just want a fish camp.

This is a beautiful place to park your RV and explore the area. Jordan, Allison, Eric and all the staff are so helpful and friendly!! We were here for a week and everything was seamless and easy with the campground. We were here in October and weathered a freak snowstorm (like a foot of snow!) and they helped us however they could. We would definitely stay here again if/when we head back out this way.

We loved this spot. It was 51 miles from the N. Entrance but everyone else was closed for the winter. The time we spent and the hosts were great. We will stay again when the opportunity arises. Thank you Allison & Jordan for making us comfortable while we were there.
