We adhere to the KOA Corporate Cancellation Policy. There is a $10.00 cancellation fee for canceling your reservation for any reason between the time of booking your reservation until 48 hours (or 7 days for cabins) prior to your arrival. If you cancel within the 48 hours of your arrival (or 7 days cabins and lodges) for any reason, you will forfeit your deposit paid. We require two weeks cancellation notice for holidays for cabins and one week for RV and tent sites (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends). If you are not satisfied when you arrive and wish to check out within an hour, we will refund your deposit. Otherwise, there are NO refunds for early checkouts.

The Registration Desk and store hours are from 8:00 am until 9:00 pm daily during high season. Hours will vary during shoulder seasons. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. We have a well lit Night Registration area next to the front door of the store that makes it easy to check in late. For late arrivals with a reservation, there will be an envelope in the Night Registration box with your name on it and a site map with your site inside. For late night walk-ins, available sites will be left in the Night Registration box. Just fill out the envelope with the site you need and drop it in the night drop!

Check in time is 2:00 pm for RV sites and 3:00 pm for cabins. Check out time is 11:00 am. Please re-register by 10:00 am if you would like to extend your stay. We do offer late check-out or early check-in (pending availability) for an additional $10/hr fee. Check with the front desk for availability.

Our rates include 4 guests and one vehicle. There will be an additional one time charge of $5 per extra vehicle. For your safety and ours, you must check with the front desk prior to your arrival for space availability, as there is NO overflow parking. Additional campers are $4.00/night for adults, $3.25/night for children younger than 12. Visitors are only allowed to visit current campers and are subject to a charge of $5.00 per vehicle. Visitors must leave the campground by 9 pm. ALL visitors are required to obtain a car tag at the registration desk.

Our indoor, heated pool is open from 9:00am until 8:00pm from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. There is no lifeguard on duty. No food, smoking, pets, or glass allowed in the pool area. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

We now offer the "Select Your Site" option for a one time fee of $20. You can "Select Your Site" when making an online reservation by clicking the blue text that reads "Select Your Site" once you are browsing site types. You can also call or email us to request your preferred site. If for some reason we can not accommodate your requested site when you arrive, the $20 fee will be refunded but you will still be put in the type of site you have requested.

Our outdoor pavilion is available for rent for $50 per day for group gatherings. Registered guests only. Please call for more information.

The speed limit in the campground is 5 MPH. Please be mindful when driving and parking. Motorized vehicles such as motorcycles and ATVs must be operated by a licensed driver and can only be used to enter and exit the campground. There is no racing or patrolling within the campground allowed.

Help keep Paradise Valley KOA a little piece of paradise! There is no littering allowed. We have trash bins and recycle bins throughout the campground for your convenience.

Pets are welcome when quiet and attended. Pets should be leashed at all times. Pet clean up stations are located around the campground. Pets may NOT be left unattended at your site or in your RV. They must leave the campground whenever the owner leaves. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. Dogs that exhibit aggressive behavior will be asked to leave. Pets are not allowed in the General Store, pool area, laundry room, the pavilion during breakfast hours, or playground. There is no livestock allowed on the campground. There will be a $5 pet fee for pets in rental cabins. 

Due to our remote location, we have limited Wi-Fi bandwidth in the campground. In order for all of our campers to enjoy our free internet access we ask you to be courteous and refrain from streaming videos and movies, gaming, and Skyping.

Firewood is available on-site for purchase. There is no burning of any construction wood or pallets. No cutting trees or gathering of firewood on the campground. All fires must be contained in fire rings and attended. Do not move fire rings.

Tents are allowed on designated tent sites ONLY. There is a maximum of 6 people per tent site allowed. A max of one large tent or two smaller tents are allowed per tent site. Tents are not allowed on Cabin or RV sites.

The laundry room is open 24 hours with satellite TV, a change machine, and comfortable seating.

The Yellowstone River runs dangerously fast. There is NO swimming allowed in the river. A fishing license is required to fish the river. Licenses are available for purchase online.

We do not allow the use of generators on the campground.
