We adhere to the KOA Corporate Cancellation Policy. There is a $10.00 cancellation fee for canceling your reservation for any reason between the time of booking your reservation until 48 hours (or 7 days for cabins) prior to your arrival. If you cancel within the 48 hours of your arrival (or 7 days cabins and lodges) for any reason, you will forfeit your deposit paid. We require two weeks cancellation notice for holidays for cabins and one week for RV and tent sites (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends). If you are not satisfied when you arrive and wish to check out within an hour, we will refund your deposit. Otherwise, there are NO refunds for early checkouts.
The Registration Desk and store hours are from 8:00 am until 9:00 pm daily during high season. Hours will vary during shoulder seasons. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. We have a well lit Night Registration area next to the front door of the store that makes it easy to check in late. For late arrivals with a reservation, there will be an envelope in the Night Registration box with your name on it and a site map with your site inside. For late night walk-ins, available sites will be left in the Night Registration box. Just fill out the envelope with the site you need and drop it in the night drop!
Check in time is 2:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am. Please re-register by 10:00 am if you would like to extend your stay. We do offer late check-out or early check-in (pending availability) for an additional fee. Check with the front desk for availability.
Our rates include 2 adults, 2 children 12 & younger, and one vehicle. There will be an additional charge of $5 per night for an extra vehicle. You must check with the front desk prior to your arrival for space availability, as overflow parking is very limited. Additional campers are $4.00/night for adults, $3.25/night for children younger than 12. Visitors are only allowed to visit current campers and are subject to a charge of $5.00 per vehicle. Visitors must leave the campground by 9 pm. All visitors are required to obtain a car tag at the registration desk.
Our indoor, heated pool is open from 9:00am until 9:00pm from Memorial Day Weekend - October 1st. There is no lifeguard on duty. No food or glass allowed in the pool area. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
We cannot guarantee site numbers. When making your reservation you may request a specific site and we will try our best to honor your request. We reserve the right to move reservations as needed up until your time of arrival. The type of site you reserve is guaranteed, however. For example, if you reserve a full hook-up pull-through, that is what you will get and we will not move you into a full hook-up back in.
Our outdoor pavilion is available for rent for $50 per day for group gatherings. Registered guests only. Please call for more information.
The speed limit on the campground is 10 MPH. Please be mindful when driving and parking. Motorized vehicles such as motorcycles and ATVs must be operated by a licensed driver and can only be used to enter and exit the campground. There is no racing or patrolling within the campground allowed.
Help keep Paradise Valley KOA a little piece of paradise! There is no littering allowed. We have trash bins and recycle bins throughout the campground for your convenience.
Pets are welcome when quiet and attended. Pets should be leashed at all times. Pet clean up stations are located around the campground. Pets may NOT be left unattended at your site or in your RV. They must leave the campground whenever the owner leaves. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. Dogs that exhibit aggressive behavior will be asked to leave. Pets are not allowed in the General Store, pool area, or playground. There is no livestock allowed on the campground.
Due to our remote location, we have limited Wi-Fi bandwidth in the campground. In order for all of our campers to enjoy our free internet access we ask you to be courteous and refrain from streaming videos and movies, gaming, and Skyping.
Firewood is available on-site for purchase. There is no burning of any construction wood or pallets. No cutting trees or gathering of firewood on the campground. All fires must be contained in fire rings and attended. Do not move fire rings.
Tents are only allowed on designated tent sites. There is a maximum of 6 people per tent site allowed.
The laundry room is open 24 hours.
The Yellowstone River runs dangerously fast. There is NO swimming allowed in the river. A fishing license is required to fish the river. Licenses are available for purchase online.
We do not allow the use of generators on the campground.
