I have always loved staying at the Livingston KOA. The staff works hard and is friendly. I am concerned that the facility is going downhill The n situation now with no laundry room and limited bathroom and showers is concerning. Good business practice would be to either give a discount on site fees or perhaps a voucher for laundry services in town. The reputation of KOA is being compromised

Very poorly signed the 3 bathroom stalls were very dirty yes their main bathroom were not in operation they should be cleaned every hr

Sewer smell issues. Grounds totally brown and not kept up. Previous visit last year was well groomed. Disappointed in visit, canceled 2nd day stay.

This site needs a little work, mainly on bathrooms and showers.

Peaceful and the staff was amazing

Our stay last weekend was awesome. Housekeeping went over and beyond, made the cabins for our friends just like home. So comfortable our friends sleep like baby's. Thank you so much. Rich was rocking the office and his staff were busy with the grounds. And everyone the road is not KOAS problem, call the county. Thanks guy,Cindy and Gus

Very rundown and out of date. The main bathhouse/bathroom was down and has been for some time. Most of the grassy areas were dead and dirty. The working bathhouses were outdated and well used. Either a remodel or a deep clean is in order. The RV sites are not very flat making leveling difficult. The rates are pretty expensive for what you get. I would not return until they get better.

Lovely clean Cajun. Very friendly staff. Great location.

With a reservation, we were assigned to a very small lot next to the "playground". All the swings and other equipment have been replaced by a bouncy mat which hummed air constantly, relentlessly, and ruined the atmosphere of sitting outside. There was little grass in our camp, cigarette butts and dog poop on the ground when we set up. Bathroom/shower facilities connected to the office were clos

Great location. Enjoyed our cabin night immensely. Only bummer was the laundry and multiple bathrooms out of order.

The pool and the staff were nice. The bathrooms and showers (you stated you were having issues with them) left much to be desired. Maybe it would have been a different atmosphere if they were in working order. Hopefully you are able to resolve those issues soon.

dirty! although they did come clean it after I said something...poop on toilet and the inside bowl was disgusting, dust an inch thick on the walls. Very deceptive....it is NOT a half kitchen but a microwave and refrig...this is not a kitchen at all.Was suppose to have full linens but had to ask for them....and then ask for towel! the bathhouse was filthy...shower floor duck taped. not worth 190$

Great location in the valley, the camping cabins at this KOA don’t have AC ( the last two we stayed at , they did ). Also, with the bathroom maintenance, the private shower bathrooms were pretty gross and not as clean as in my past stays. At about 100 bucks a night, this was a bit of a bummer. We do like the location, and the staff are always great.

I ave only bad things to say about this location. The employees just ride around on their golf carts and don't do anything. The restrooms were disgusting, gas station restrooms are cleaner. There was trash and cigarette butts all over our camp site. I don't think I will ever stay at a KOA again.

Nice clean campground, great views.

For One Night Really Enjoyed
Aug 18, 2025
Quiet clean campground. Great views. Sites very small.
Aug 18, 2025
Sites are extremely tight! 11miles off the hwy and last two miles gravel road that is horrendous!!!! It is a must to get directions that keep you on a paved road! Huckleberry ice cream very tasty.

Will never stay there Sites are not level for a 50’ RV 5th wheel Trees need to be trimmed!! Or remove around the complex camp ground Set pictures to corporate office in regards to the issues that we had with the trees and getting into the site This KOA needs to be looked at and evaluated to see if they are up to the KOA standards

This KOA did not meet typical standards. The showerhouse bathrooms were tight, dirty lacked basically necessities like hooks on the wall and the floors were constantly very wet. Over a 2 week trip, this was by far the worst campground we stayed in for bathrooms. Very disappointing as it was also one of our more expensive stays, and definitely was not worth the price we payed!

That bathrooms NEED an update! The staff was awesome!

The campground itself is very nice and peaceful, and people are friendly. The road in is terrible, and that would keep me from recommending it only.

Laundry unavailable made it a bit challenging
Aug 15, 2025
The main bathrooms were out of order, which caused long waits as others were showering in the all-in-one facilities. Additionally, quiet hours were not enforced. A group of intoxicated out-of-state guests played loud music through an external speaker and smoked heavily throughout their stay. Never had that in 16 years of visiting this KOA

Beautiful location and friendly staff. The bathrooms need maintenance and more cleaning. Hooks broken with no where to put your clothes. Thanks
Aug 15, 2025
everyone was super nice and helpful! -only negative was that the washers and dryers were broken!
Aug 14, 2025
Broken patio furniture. Uneven sights. No cable. "Indoor pool" has no patio and surrounded by cinder block walls. Not 1 operating washing machine. Bathrooms near office out of service. Dirt road from rt89 will shake the paint off your camper. Asked a staff member about local activities and his reply was, I don't know. I'm not really into those things."

Great location! Loved being on the river. Staff was super! There is a lack of bathrooms for the number of campers, however. And they could use some updating.

Our original vacation plans did not include a stop in Livingston KOA however we had unexpectedly a mechanical issue with our pulling truck. This caused us to modify our journey and look for a campground in the Livingston area while our truck was being looked at by a GMC dealer. The KOA staff and especially Angela really went out of there way to accommodate us with a camping spot. 5 star service!

Grounds staff were rude. Campground is too compact with little room between sites. Main bathrooms not functional.
Aug 13, 2025
I was only there for 9 hours (and most of it sleeping) but the location is gorgeous and easy to find, the communication is clear and helpful, and the bathrooms clean and well-lit. I would definitely car camp there again!

It’s a nice area, and unlike many KOAs it is far from the road and therefore peaceful. However, maintenance seems to be sliding. One of the two bathrooms we had access to had a constant puddle covering the floor. The sites used to have a great deal of shade from cottonwoods, but many of these have been cut down, so it’s substantially less shady. Access road from hwy 89 has crumbled to washboar

Very quiet clean facility

It was good, it was our 1st experience at a KOA. I was a little surprised how close we were to our neighbors. I didn’t like how close our sitting area was to our neighbors’ dump area for their camper - that was a bit gross. Also for the ice cream social, I wished that they would have notified us a half hr to an hr earlier b/c we had just left the campsite for ice cream or else we would have st

I can't wait to come back to Linvingston/Paradise Valley KOA! They staff were amazing. The entire place was very clean and up kept. All the tent sites have great tree shelter for wind block and shade. 10/10 recommend staying here.

Always a great time at my favorite KOA in Montana!
Aug 12, 2025
The road from highway to the campground is terrible. Complete washboard rattled tow vehicle and camper the whole way. You should know before coming that the laundry room is nonexistent as all 4 of their washers are broken and on order. No timeline was given for replacement. Many other RV parks in the area and I’m a frequent KOA traveler.

1st time here and we’re planning to return. Beautiful location, extremely clean campground, staff super friendly and hardworking. Thanks for a great getaway weekend.

Definitely NOT up to KOA Holiday standards! Dog park had no lights, full of poop and big rocks (dogs can't even run), narrow roads and sites (NOT big rig friendly), 4 dirty bathrooms/showers (that need updating - the main ones were closed) and 10 mi off the highway (the last 1.5 mi over a "washboard" dirt road with holes that will tear up your rig! If you have a big Class A - pass!

Great location! Needs cleaner shower / bathrooms.
Aug 10, 2025
We disliked the site from the start. We hope that it would get better after we got past the mile and a half of washboard and pothole filled dirt toad . But it only seemed to get worse with extremely tight quarters with very little room for big rigs , no privacy and the smell of sewer .This sight has a lot of potential if they paved the road, landscaped and reduced the number of campers by 60%

Sites were a little difficult to get in. We had a pull thru but still tight to get in. Loved the duck though.
Aug 10, 2025
The cabin was good except outside needs trimmed up. There is a stump in area to drive car. Not enough room to have picnic table and car. Bathrooms need to be repainted and updated.

Perfect cabin for a show at Pine Creek. Waterfront, dog friendly and a cute getaway. Next time we will do two nights and do a Yellowstone float right from camp!

Great campground. Follow staff directions to the park don't follow the maps they send you down a rough road that'll shake everything loose, including your fillings... Excellent friendly staff, good well stocked camp store.

Over all positive experience. With that in mind we would stay here again. Pros and cons list below. We stayed in an rv backed up to the yellowstone river. PROS Views and location are INCREDIBLE. This immerses you into the Montana country side with stunning back drops of majestic mountain ranges to the east with snow capped tops. Grounds are well maintained but natural looking. Everything for rv hook up was easy and functional. The service was excellent, everyone was always asking if we needed anything or if they could be of service in anyway. Very friendly staff. Variety of sites with varying cost and ease of access. Amenities are very nice with almost every site having seating with a table and fire pit. Cons Showers/bathroom is a bit outdated but not run down. But even more so inconvenient is if any one turns on the hot water at the sink in the ladies room some of the showers get instantly icey cold. Other than those 2 small grievances, we 100% would return again and do reccomend this camp ground!
