Awful staff to deal with. Never dealt with people who hated the people so much that gave them business. Watched an employee lie to people multiple times and when called on it, no apology, just gaslit the people. Great location, awful staff.

Overall, the stay was nice. This is my first time camping in this area and the multiple trains in the middle of the night with their blaring horns made getting a peaceful rest pretty difficult. The restrooms and showers were nice and when the trains and semis took a break, it was very nice.

We arrived late but no problems because the host left a note for us. Site was clean and great for the tent. Loved being next to the river. Only struggle was the bathroom—the door had a sign saying “laundry” but nothing to indicate it was the bathroom, so we were a bit confused at first.

Great place to stay. Showers were absolutely amazing. Single room all to yourself. Entire KOA was beautiful and very well maintained .

Staff and facilities are all very professional. This particular KOA loses marks due to its proximity to the very busy highway (lots of truckers using compression brakes) and the railroad. Very small window early in the a.m. when the area was actually quiet.

Very nice staff, immaculate facility n cabin. Pretty river setting, although most of the cabins were really crowded together. Short walk to the Hot Springs and town. Shower in the cabin was great, beds could be better. Queen bed was very soft n the small bunk beds were very hard. Overall nice stay, would stay again, in a more deluxe cabin.

Great RV park. Supper close to the Lava hot springs. Great walking path. Loved the river. Would definitely stay again. Front desk staff young and could use some customer service training. Only con, park maybe had 10 rvs in one that holds about 100. Asked if we could have an extra 30 min. (Had an appointment) Due to the crazy construction at the entrance and to turn left was VERY difficult. Was told no. Then asked if they had suggestions on where we could park due to said construction going on on the HWY entrance. No, suggestions at all. Couldnt even give us suggestions on places that were okay to park to go into town. Not helpful at all. (Most of the parking lots/streets in town say no RV or trailers. Said no worries we will just check out now. (Around 8am) When I left the office I was told if we stayed 1 min extra they would charge for another day and we would have to leave. Um, we already said we would be checking out early then. So what was the point? But again great park and in my opinion just needs a bit of training and knowledge of the area.
