First time ever that I have been charged to have a pet in my own RV. That is honestly the most ridiculous thing.

Excellent surroundings, easy to get to and close to everything. They do a great job keeping the grounds in great shape! It was a pleasure to camp at KOA East Hot Lava Springs, ID.

Our site was perfect, right on the water. We sat and mindlessly watched the waterfall while enjoying the sun. place was very clean. Showers were awesome. My only complaint is the road and train noise which KOA can’t control.

This KOA wasn’t a favorite of ours. While it’s closer to the hot pools, the trail to get there feels unsafe especially when walking it at night. It’s very close to the road and no lighting. We will go back to staying at the KOA West.

We were in the upper part of the campground. There was really not much shade or view, but we did like the quiet. The site was really hard to back into because of the way the road was in front of it. The laundry and restrooms where we were were down. We were fine. There was not many amenities included.

This a stunning campground with trees, a river and all the amenities. The hosts were so accommodating as we rolled in later in the evening. Restrooms & showers were clean and well maintained. The only drawback was the railway situated above and the lights & noise from the highway.

It was great! All the amenities and an easy walk to the hot springs and into town. Only downside were the loud trains that went by through the night, but I think anywhere in Lava Hot Springs would be impacted by that.

Nice campground! Liked the spot next to the river. Staff was courteous and responsive to our needs. Would certainly stay there again. Highly recommend.

Nice, clean area. I love how close it is to the hot springs. My only dislike is that it has a train track that runs all night very close to it that is very loud when trying to sleep. I wish there was a disclaimer somewhere to bring my ear plugs.

Arrived late but found our spot and had a good night’s sleep. The location is lovely with lots to do. Hope to return sometime and stay longer.

Love this KOA, it is very clean, fun & the staff is super nice. We do wish they would put gravel or something at the entrance of the dog park so it's not always muddy.

It was good. I sent a review for Livingstone and had the two mixed up.. It was Lava Hot Springs that didn't have nature type trails. But everything else was nice.

Personnel at check-in were on top of what they were doing creating a welcoming environment. The KOA clean and orderly, people friendly. Great stay see you all again. Thanks for the awesome Hospitality.

The camping sites are great! A little close together, but otherwise okay. The problem you have is the fire pits that are buried in the ground. They are a hazard and a liability! When it’s nighttime and dark, you cannot see them. We almost tripped and fell in one. This is an accident waiting to happen! The kettle type are much nicer and much safer!! You have a liability issue!

Great sites. Appreciated the extra room for our truck. The only negatives (and they’re unfixable) is proximity to highway and train traffic. Made it less enjoyable to spend time outside.

Beautiful landscaping, great site. Easy walk to the Hot Springs Tubs. A lovely oasis in an unexpected spot. Visitors should be aware of road and train noise - however, we could also hear the flowing river!

What a beautiful campground! It’s located in a narrow Canyon so you are very close to the highway and the railroad tracks. If you don’t mind the noise, which we were fine with, you will enjoy your stay tremendously.

Your dog run was one of the best of the KOA campgrounds we stayed. Your showers could use slip guards and more places to hang or put ones clothes.

Great place, great hosts, everything was enjoyable. Only drawbacks were the trains and rail line work going on (noise) across the highway, and a bit of highway noise. But those are nothing anyone could do about, and common in the west if you're in a canyon. When work calms down, there'd be NO negatives! I would definitely stay here again, and in fact are planning it already for the spring !!

We had a one night stay. Very clean park, clean bathrooms. Very short walk to the Lava Hot Springs. Down side is that there is quite a bit of traffic noise at night, but we would definitely stay again!

We stay with you several times each year and thoroughly enjoy it. However, this time we purchased Premium WiFi and found it not viable for more than one device, which was a bit disappointing.

온천까지 걸어서 5분 정도의 거리에 있어요. 가본 캠핑장 중 가장 멋진 샤워시설을 가지고 있고, 깨끗하게 관리가 잘 되고 있습니다. 오피스와 약간 떨어져있는 자리는 나무가 작아서 그늘이 아쉽긴 해요

Really nice campground and staff. Just know that if you camp in the spring on the west side of the campground the cottonwood trees just dump fluff all over and tons of pollen. All of our stuff and inside of our trailer was covered in it. Also note that you will be right by the trains that go all night and blow their horns. Also the highway is really loud right there. Even inside our trailer we woke up multiple times from the noise. Nothing against the campground, just be prepared for sleep disruption.
