We had a great time. Only concerns were - Price of the Cabins. A little pricey especially when you rent 3 of them. Would love to see them be a little cheaper, but I'm sure you have no problems getting them rented for the summer. Location is noisy especially with the trains, but what can you do about that? Nothing. We had great time and will be back. Customer service was to notch. Thank you

Who was really nice, but our shower did not drain very well and our barbecue we were supplied was very wobbly and the whole bottom of it is rusted out. The bed was super comfortable and it was nice having a coffee pot and microwave. And fridge.

This was our first time staying at a KOA campground and this property was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly. The river that runs along the property was very nice and the sound of the water was very pleasant.

Just wanted to say we have enjoyed staying here over the years and love the campground. When we showed up on Thursday June 19th only to have a big dirt pile and a hole in our campground I had to ask if we were going to be able to use the common space and were told yes it will be done today, nothing was done until end of day on June 20th. Was told to be getting a discount brat did not happen

Our cabin (L49) was nice, but the tub did not drain properly. I requested maintenance on our third day, and again on our fourth day. The maintenance man showed up at 7 PM after my second request( over five hours after the request) my family and I were in bed so I declined the service. I was surprised that I was not offered a discount on the nightly rate given this condition. I could go on but why.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin with a queen bed and bunks. It had a full bath and kitchenette. It was very clean and comfortable. We were very impressed with the accommodations and pricing. Will recommend to friends and family and also book for future visits.

Staff and facility was very nice, clean and well taken care of. Not much space between regular cabins, but we had a great river & waterfall view. Cabin was immaculate and shower was great. Large bed was very soft and the bunk beds were very hard, but a great stay overall.

Overpriced. Plus very loud construction that started at 5 am just a few feet from our cabin. We weren't made aware is this beforehand and we would not have stayed here with our infant child is we would've known.

Amazing stay! Beautiful campground with cabins that weren't scary and mattresses that are completely zipped up, so no creepy crawlys. Everything is in walking distance and the amenities are fantastic!

Cabin was new and clean, mentioned it slept 6, more like 4 to 5. 2 people could not sleep on futon. Liked the space between cabins, and little private areas. Family had a great time

It was very good. We really liked that we had a use if to wash my pans and others. We liked that you have fantastic workers. Our person who did the beginning of our stay. He also told us about the road issues. It made us know that we need to be thinking about knowing that we have to be careful. We also were the clear in the bathroom so clean! The only was that we were not told about the train...

We loved this KOA! It is in the most gorgeous setting, with lots of shade trees, and with the running river providing the most amazing white noise in the background. We stayed in a tiny house lodge, along with the triple tent site, and it was the best cabin and tent site we have EVER stayed in; and we've stayed at a lot of KOAs. The staff here go above and beyond, and it shows. Highly recommend!

I paid $233 for just one night in a deluxe cabin at Lava Hot. I find it in very poor taste to pay for an exclusive cabin, only to find that the dishes were dirty when I used them. I had to wash them before using them because they were in their place in the cabinet, but they were covered in grease. I leave all the dishes washed in the zinc, when it's not my job.

Fantastic stay! Great location, walking distance to town with a path along the river to get you there. Cabin was new and very clean. Beds and temperature were perfect and comfortable. The camp store also had everything we needed! There was a very nice dog run, kids playground, and kitchen area (for tent camping) We had a great time and can't wait to go back.

Such a great group of ladies in the office so helpful and friendly. A special request for my granddaughters birthday was made and they accommodated us with no problem. Would definitely stay again the campground is so clean and beautiful. Cabin L49 was clean well maintained and well stocked. So glad we came here and will be back again. Thanks!�

We enjoyed it very much. Great , couldn't get the cabin gas fireplace to work. Kinda wish there was a locking front gate as partiers and late night ppl from hot springs drive in and outconsistently weekend nights.

Please, please never hesitate to call the front desk if you have any issues. Office staff are trained to explain the steps to light the grill and would have immediately called maintenance and/or a manager to respond.

I'm sure you have heard the positives. Negatives: many of the blinds We had to open and close them by moving each individual slat. No light switch for the kitchen and sitting room as separate. The kitchen appliances WERE FILTHY DIRTY AND DISGUSTING. Frying pan, toaster and hot plate all dirty with food on them. Buy new ones yearly. Embarrasing and not in line with what we paid. Discount requested

온천까지 걸어서 5분 정도의 거리에 있어요. 가본 캠핑장 중 가장 멋진 샤워시설을 가지고 있고, 깨끗하게 관리가 잘 되고 있습니다. 오피스와 약간 떨어져있는 자리는 나무가 작아서 그늘이 아쉽긴 해요

Really nice campground and staff. Just know that if you camp in the spring on the west side of the campground the cottonwood trees just dump fluff all over and tons of pollen. All of our stuff and inside of our trailer was covered in it. Also note that you will be right by the trains that go all night and blow their horns. Also the highway is really loud right there. Even inside our trailer we woke up multiple times from the noise. Nothing against the campground, just be prepared for sleep disruption.
