Easy to find, clean/neat, great extra facilities in and around the bath house. Helpful staff whenever we inquired. The easy walk into town was so helpful.

The cabin we stayed in was very comfortable. I felt safe and warm with freezing temperatures outside. It was close to the restroom building. I like the individual restroom combo with shower, not stalls. If the weather was warmer, I would of used the outside stove and grill. We had our soak in the Lava HotSprings nearby. We will definitely stay longer next time. Definitely family friendly

Had a beautiful site. We only stayed one night but enjoyed it very much. The lady that checked us in was very pleasant and professional. It was wonderful that you stayed open later as we arrived after 7:00pm. Thank you for staying open after 7:00 pm!

Nice, clean place. Some sites are right by road/tracks, and the nose is considerable, but not much to be done about being in a canyon. Prices aren't cheap, but reasonably and easy stay walking distance to hot springs.

Loved the Lava Hot Springs KOA. I wish the weather had been a bit better, because we were looking forward to tent camping on the little beach next to the river. Fortunately, we were able to upgrade to a sleeper cabin for our two night stay to get us out of the weather, which was also awesome. The mattresses were very comfortable. And the best part is it is a quick walk to the hot springs.

First time ever that I have been charged to have a pet in my own RV. That is honestly the most ridiculous thing.

The cabin was cozy and clean. Could have used another roll of tp and some soap for the bath area. There was a very deep andj dangerous crack on the back patio slab and we were afraid to walk on it as we thought it might fall and we didn't want to get hurt. It also made the area a bit more confining as we had to move the metal furniture around. We enjoyed being near the river and waterfall ,

Our site was perfect, right on the water. We sat and mindlessly watched the waterfall while enjoying the sun. place was very clean. Showers were awesome. My only complaint is the road and train noise which KOA can’t control.

This is our second time staying here. We absolutely love it here! The cabins are spacious and clean. They have great amenities for the cost. The patios are so relaxing with the sound of the river right next to you. We were certainly be back!

This KOA wasn’t a favorite of ours. While it’s closer to the hot pools, the trail to get there feels unsafe especially when walking it at night. It’s very close to the road and no lighting. We will go back to staying at the KOA West.

We were in the upper part of the campground. There was really not much shade or view, but we did like the quiet. The site was really hard to back into because of the way the road was in front of it. The laundry and restrooms where we were were down. We were fine. There was not many amenities included.

Nice and quiet, except for car and train traffic which can't be helped. It was the off season. Best time to be at a KOA. Friendly staff.

This a stunning campground with trees, a river and all the amenities. The hosts were so accommodating as we rolled in later in the evening. Restrooms & showers were clean and well maintained. The only drawback was the railway situated above and the lights & noise from the highway.

It was great! All the amenities and an easy walk to the hot springs and into town. Only downside were the loud trains that went by through the night, but I think anywhere in Lava Hot Springs would be impacted by that.

The location was conveniently close to the hot pools and the cabin was warm and cozy and very nice with a really good view. We’ll definitely stay there again and recommended..

Cabin was nice. Frustrated that I was charged for having a service dog even though the website states service dogs are not considered “pets.” We were honest at reservation about having a service dog. We stated having a service dog at check in. Sad that this was not honored and we were still charged.

The cabin was great and would be very nice in the summer or fall when it is warm enough to enjoy the back patio.

Despite the cold weather in January the hot springs were great and just down the road from the little cabin we stayed at. The cabin itself was fun and different from a regular hotel or motel. Genuinely we had a blast staying there.

온천까지 걸어서 5분 정도의 거리에 있어요. 가본 캠핑장 중 가장 멋진 샤워시설을 가지고 있고, 깨끗하게 관리가 잘 되고 있습니다. 오피스와 약간 떨어져있는 자리는 나무가 작아서 그늘이 아쉽긴 해요

Really nice campground and staff. Just know that if you camp in the spring on the west side of the campground the cottonwood trees just dump fluff all over and tons of pollen. All of our stuff and inside of our trailer was covered in it. Also note that you will be right by the trains that go all night and blow their horns. Also the highway is really loud right there. Even inside our trailer we woke up multiple times from the noise. Nothing against the campground, just be prepared for sleep disruption.
