The park was absolutely immaculate. The springs were wonderful. The restroom facilities were fabulous. Our only problem that we incurred was this was the first park ever that charged us six dollars per day per pet and we had four pets other than that it was wonderful.

I booked my stay online. I booked a spot that was $59. When I checked in I was told there was a fee for my dogs no problem understandable. Then she gives me my total. My pet fee was $20! I stay at KOA often & never have i paid a 40% increase for my dogs. When I questioned her she said it's the rules. It is a nice campground but be aware if you have dogs.

The cabin we rented was clean and the space was exactly as described. I’d give five stars if the water actually got hot and beds were even a little bit comfortable!

Great campground, river is beautiful and peaceful. Nice little patio with table and chairs and fire pit. Super clean restrooms. Wish we stayed longer, loved it!. Train track close by but we didn’t mind it, plus we have a toddler who just thought it was a riot! 5min walk to springs and town.

Such a great group of ladies in the office so helpful and friendly. A special request for my granddaughters birthday was made and they accommodated us with no problem. Would definitely stay again the campground is so clean and beautiful. Cabin L49 was clean well maintained and well stocked. So glad we came here and will be back again. Thanks!�

Property features and amenities are fine. Simply to close to highway and railway tracks, results in unacceptable noise levels. There are several campsites in the area and this one is no doubt the worst for noise levels.

Stay was great. Only couple other campsites occupied. Very clean. Need to retire frayed American flag.

We enjoyed it very much. Great , couldn't get the cabin gas fireplace to work. Kinda wish there was a locking front gate as partiers and late night ppl from hot springs drive in and outconsistently weekend nights.

Please, please never hesitate to call the front desk if you have any issues. Office staff are trained to explain the steps to light the grill and would have immediately called maintenance and/or a manager to respond.

I'm sure you have heard the positives. Negatives: many of the blinds We had to open and close them by moving each individual slat. No light switch for the kitchen and sitting room as separate. The kitchen appliances WERE FILTHY DIRTY AND DISGUSTING. Frying pan, toaster and hot plate all dirty with food on them. Buy new ones yearly. Embarrasing and not in line with what we paid. Discount requested

We stayed in one of the small cabins. It was perfect for a little getaway. Super cozy and walkable distance to hot pool and restaurants. We loved our stay!

The only thing that I don’t like is so close to road with no wall to dampen street noise. Cars driving by 24 - 7 @ 55mph. The train also runs a lot at night but not a deal breaker. Everything else was awesome, including the staff.

We stayed overnight, the Cabin was nice and the back deck was an added bonus. We enjoyed the Gas grill and the fire place.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Everytime we stay here we have a wonderful experience. My daughter stayed in a cabin and it was extremely clean and nice. I would totally recommend this place to anyone!

Very nice location, large mature trees, I believe it’s Fish Creek running along campground, close location to town without being in town. The 3 O’clock checkin is way too late in the afternoon, the $6.00 fee per pet was a surprise. People please clean up after your pets

We stayed in the vacation loft while the family had their RV's. What a wonderful location with a great overlook on the river and a gas fireplace. Hot shower and restroom. It was more than we expected and was a great stay. We look forward to returning and enjoying the amazing views and location.

We visited this KOA in early fall after the summer rush, so the camp ground was pretty quiet and not full of campers. Check I was a breeze and the employees were friendly and helpful. There really aren't any bad sites here. Some are right on the river. The camp sites are all clean and level and the park was easy to maneuver in. The only con to staying here is the highway and railroad noise. Personally it didn't bother me at all, but if you're someone who needs quiet to sleep you're probably not going to get the best sleep here. Overall, this is a great KOA and I would highly recommend staying here.
