I paid $233 for just one night in a deluxe cabin at Lava Hot. I find it in very poor taste to pay for an exclusive cabin, only to find that the dishes were dirty when I used them. I had to wash them before using them because they were in their place in the cabinet, but they were covered in grease. I leave all the dishes washed in the zinc, when it's not my job.

Thank you for your feedback. Your dirty dish encounter is definitely not our standard. Cleanliness is our top priority. We wish we would have been given the opportunity to address the issue during your stay. Our team immediately would have resolved the situation had we been notified.

Always a well kept park. Owners take pride in their investment and are very accommodating. One of the best KOA’s we’ve parked our motorhome.

we had a tent site and i liked it but we could barely get our tent up with minimal room .we had a large mobol home on one side and a tent on the other we had no room to sit in front of our tent to relax it was like being in a parking stall for tents . anyway the employees were nice but they had no knowledge of the construction had blocked the trail to town off so we walked the highway to town.

Very nice campground. Well maintained and clean. Love the private dog runs for some of the RV spots. The only complaint I have is the railroad tracks next to the location. Trains were very loud and ran all night long.

Thank you for sharing your experience. The train is essential transportation in our region. We acknowledge the impact it can have. Unfortunately, the noise amplifies due to the natural geography of the valley. We are always open to ideas and exploring feasible ways to mitigate the noise.

If it weren’t for the trains and Hwy 30 traffic, it would’ve be perfect! The scenery was beautiful. Our site was basically level. The showers had hot water very quickly and were clean. We were able to sleep through the traffic & trains. It would’ve been nice to know about it in advance. We did extend our stay by one day and didn’t move to another campground, so it wasn’t a deal brea

Check out time is way too early. Didn't even have time to make breakfast on our last day. It was not relaxing to leave by 11 am. Campsite was clean. Will probably stay somewhere cheaper next time.

We appreciate your feedback. The 11 am check-out may seem early, but it is necessary for us to prepare the site for the next arrival. Your river frontage patio site included pitching a tent in the base price. We have more budget friendly options available for those looking for a less expensive stay

It was very noisy due to the construction and we had to check out a day early because you lost your power and water

We apologize for the inconveniences. We are monitoring the construction project and trying to keep guests as far away from the construction site as possible to help alleviate disturbances. The power outage was due to downed lines caused from wind that day. It was restored within 2 1/2 hours.

I stayed 2 weeks. Maybe a little too strict on charging for an extra Hour for checkout. I stayed 2 weeks, and needed an extra 2 hours to do something online for work. I was charged $20+. The campground was empty as well. Spoiled the ending of as good time.

Power & water went out about 2:00pm Sunday and were restored within 2 hours. An email or text notification regarding the outage and the restoration, would have been appreciated. Very few guests obey the speed limit, which creates more dust on the unpaved sections.

It's a nice place. $56.00 is bit much for a tent spot, especially when I slept in my car. I was grateful I had a bathroom and water and electric. I felt safe. I was traveling alone. Thank you.

I was disappointed that our site did not have a grill. All other spots had the elevated grill. The whole park is extremely nice. We had a 17’ trailer and car…..there was no place to put car……if park would have been crowded we would have had a problem. That should have been communicated to us. Coming into Lava from the west we have always gone through town…..the road is closed….commu

We had 15 people in our group. Some in RV's and some needing cabins. The place was spotless and the ladies that help with our checkin were amazing.

The staff changed our trailer site to a pull through instead of a back-in that was also close to a tent site for another member of the family making it convenient for us. The grounds were clean and we loved the mature tree's and being next to the river. The proximity to town made it easy as well. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The gift shop was well stocked and even had some RV supplies that we were in need of. The campsite was extremely clean and there were a lot of amenities.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. All hookups worked without issue. Some highway and train noise but nothing crazy. Overall it was a great stay. Town is wicked close which was nice.

Love this KOA. Everyone is friendly, the camp and the facilities are top notch, the only issue... the road noise is extremely excessive. So, if you do not mind tons of traffic noise take a look at this place.

Very nice campground! Clean, updated and large. We had a great space with lots of room. Only negative is train noise which every campground in the area could hear.

Fantastic stay! Great location, walking distance to town with a path along the river to get you there. Cabin was new and very clean. Beds and temperature were perfect and comfortable. The camp store also had everything we needed! There was a very nice dog run, kids playground, and kitchen area (for tent camping) We had a great time and can't wait to go back.

The park was absolutely immaculate. The springs were wonderful. The restroom facilities were fabulous. Our only problem that we incurred was this was the first park ever that charged us six dollars per day per pet and we had four pets other than that it was wonderful.

온천까지 걸어서 5분 정도의 거리에 있어요. 가본 캠핑장 중 가장 멋진 샤워시설을 가지고 있고, 깨끗하게 관리가 잘 되고 있습니다. 오피스와 약간 떨어져있는 자리는 나무가 작아서 그늘이 아쉽긴 해요

Really nice campground and staff. Just know that if you camp in the spring on the west side of the campground the cottonwood trees just dump fluff all over and tons of pollen. All of our stuff and inside of our trailer was covered in it. Also note that you will be right by the trains that go all night and blow their horns. Also the highway is really loud right there. Even inside our trailer we woke up multiple times from the noise. Nothing against the campground, just be prepared for sleep disruption.
