I’ve stayed at several koas even used to work at the koa on grand island. The bathrooms left something to be desired all could use a deep cleaning. Not sure who fixed your dump station. But, someone should look at it the dump point is to high and the water is plumbed backwards.

The only thing that wasn’t great was that the tv wa broken! We were trying to get coverage for the former Presidents shooting and it wouldn’t work

This was a beautiful campground. The activities provided were top notched. The campfires that provided SMORES, and the arts and crafts were fun for the kids. Olivia and Kyle that directed at the activities were so friendly and accommodating. They were great representatives for your campground. The new facilities at the top of the hill were amazingly scenic and so attractive. A super experience.

really steep rutted hill from rain washout to get up to the camp sites , sites are not level in the new section , could not use 50 amp plug as we had to park trailer too far away so trailer was level , lawn maintenance woke us up at 7AM . site conditions may improve over time but at present not up to koa standard. lower campground looked much better

Staff is very friendly, helpful, accommodating-LOVE! Love all the things to do there(had other things planned, but loved options, games, loved the pool, definitely NOT have enough golf carts to rent, maybe adult bikes? Sheets in cabins, horrible-they just absorb moisture.Bathrooms in am were never clean.Must install screens on bathrooms!Beetles inshowers were worst.

I want to thank Jimmy Le for all he has done to accommodate my husband *(Charlie George, sr. and Shirley George). He went out of his way to make us comfortable. He was very professional and personable. It was for him that we will definitely return to Herkimer Diamond KOA in 2025 and will also tell our friends and family. It is people like him that go above and beyond his duties.

The cabins are incredible. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to make sure you're comfortable. I love this place!!!

Bathrooms were disgusting in the middle of the week. Only cleaned once a day and not very well. They were the worst I’ve ever seen. Summer camp kids came in and used the already busy pool, leaving little to no room for the people who paid a lot of money to stay at the KOA. Duck poop by the door to the store was never cleaned. We love the duck but the care of the KOA is not up to par and lack

Great spot and fun thing to do for mining. Quiet time is until 8 am but guy started mowing at 6:50 in the morning? Also the sewer connection pipe is bent into the ground and made very hard to connect and messy to disconnect which I did not like of course.

What a lovely campground & experience! We stayed in a glamping pod and it was absolutely adorable and perfect for our stay. We tie-dyed shirts at the garden and mined for herkimers. It was such a great experience. Highly recommend it to anyone!

The nature surrounding the park is wonderful. The staff is courteous. In my opinion, there could be fewer activities to help lower prices.

The people were all very nice, friendly and helpful. We have had sites 80 and 81 for several years and although the sites were clean there is a low spot near the road on site 81. My friends had to park their truck over the spot so the kids would not get into the stagnant water.

We had a great time! Spent most of our time in the river! It was extremely hot the days we were there. Wish the smaller cabins had A/C. Sleeping was a bit uncomfortable but we managed!

Extra activities for the kids are great!! My kids loved every minute. My only complaints are - bathrooms. Clogged toilets my entire stay so using the bathroom was icky. Shower floors could use a cleaning. Also, trash overflowing the dumpsters my entire stay. It got really smelly to camp across from and was a real eyesore.

We had a nice stay and Harold thank you for making us feel welcome!! All the staff in fact were very nice!! The river sites we had were great although a bit small. The pool, bouncy house for kids and river tubing were highlights as well as a day of prospecting at the mines! We loved the ice cream and pizza available. We appreciated the always clean bath house. Great fun for 3 generations!

We had made a mistake with our reservation. The staff gave us some great options to solve the situation. Plenty of activities for kids and adults. New mountain side sites looking very tempting. Definitely back again soon!

I enjoyed the stay only downfall was no remote in the cabin for the TV but other then that it was nice. I should have brought a fan I didnt realize how hot it was in the cabin it felt like 100 degrees. Also you can tell they dont have staff cleaning the bathrooms especially near cabin 8 those bathrooms were very dirty.

We made a last minute reservation over the 4th of July and were put on the mountain. A few opinions on the new area: the sites are beautiful, spacious and the grass is luscious. The road up the mountain is terrible. It really needs to be paved. It is rutted and dusty. If towing, disconnect before going up the hill because is very steep. Need amenities up top. Too far away to use pool etc.

Some amenities are good and have been added to every year. However, the cabins never get upgraded and I had a cold shower 3 times in a row. The live musicians never showed up and-after repeatedly asking-the staff never informed everyone waiting. There is no more complimentary coffee or lemonade and the price has skyrocketed. I’ve been going for 30 years but may not return due to price gouging

Overall a nice stay. Staff are SUPER friendly and helpful. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was too many unsupervised kids running around! Literally a group of boys chasing after people on their bikes yelling insults, kids spitting pool water at people in the pool...this is not the camp's responsibility just bad parenting, but definitely took away from our stay.

The Herkimer Diamond KOA was so much better than we hoped for! We knew it has a nice pool, cabins, firepits, and Grills, but what we didn’t realize is how fun the river next to our site would be! We've never been river tubing before, but we will definitely be doing it again!

We were on the mountainside new sections, all the camping amenities were on the other side of the road. Way to expensive for this section. No firepit and table on our site when we arrived. The sewer pipe was clogged on our site so I had to move my trailer to another site to empty my tanks before leaving.

Site 100 was littered with trash on the ground including paper towels off near the brush (toilet paper). I cleaned the entire site during my stay and again before checkout. I have stayed here for many many years and this was my worst experience. My grandson got a human bite in the bounce house (there is a report). Neighbors up past 2am loud music every night. My tent was thumping. I got zero sleep

Loved everything about our stay at this location. Right on the West Canada creek. We stayed in a rustic cabin and it was more than enough. Fire pit and charcoal grill on our site. Bathrooms and shower nearby. River access. Loved our stay and can't wait to return.

We had a creekside tent spot with electricity. It was an amazing experience! Next time I'll get a dog friendly cabin! Went tubing, so awesome, watch your butt tho on the rocks! The garden, the activities, the food spots, the bathroom/showers! Everything was amazing!
