Had a back in site along the river. It was so pretty. Only stopped here for a few days, on our way to Niagara Falls. Did a few nice hikes in the area. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful campground well maintained and neat. Stayed for 4 nights in a 45’ Motorhome. Wished we had more time to explore the mines

We love camping here. It has clean bathrooms, lovely office/gift and supplies. They have some groceries, but if they dont have it, its only a 15min ride to Walmart. There is activities and crafts planned. fish I ng, tubing, large playground with a volleyball court, a 2ft tall chess /checkers. They 6have a community idea, w cornhole set up. Laundry room. Several bathroom/ showers.

I enjoyed it! Our cabin was very cute and simple, and had everything we needed. I do wish there was something in my registration email letting me know about the after hours check-in procedure as we arrived late at night and it was a bit challenging to figure out in the dark. My 5yo is already asking if we can come back next year!

Our second stay this season, we stay up at the rop in 351. When we stayed in the beginning of the season the homes were new. There is definitely a difference in just a matter of a few months. In addition, it was creepy the owner or manager kept coming up to the other house next door to us. We felt invaded as if she was keeping an eye on us. We aren't that type of family.

It is a beautiful place. The reason for the low rating is we paid ahead. Upon arrival the gentleman at the office said we owed. He told me to contact corporate. Well, that did a whole lot of good, NOT. I showed him the email confirmation that we were paid up, AND our bank acct showing funds were taken. Apparently the manager does not come in until later in the week. Totally frustrating.

1st time here. Site was absolutely beautiful. Campground was very clean and well maintained. The office staff were professional and informative. Thank you, can't wait to come back! Keep up the good work.

It was a very good stay only thing I would recommend is pushing for a speed limit couple people were going to fast for a family oriented place.

The bed was super soft in the glamping huts. Like sleeping on a cloud. And I loved the orientation of them facing the river. Was a wonderful view when opening the doors and relaxing out front.

Nice campground. Didn’t use the facilities. Food truck at weekends. Clean and well taken care of campground. Dog park could have had the leaves blown out of it.

Loved our stay here. We were in the Mountain View section in a 42' fifth wheel. Site was level and landscaped very nicely. Plenty of space between you and your neighbor. The mine was so much fun and they have a great food truck on site. Beautiful walk along the river as well. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome campground, very peaceful along the west Canada creek, best sleep I’ve had in weeks. They have everything you need right there on site. We would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful park and friendly staff. The facilities are super nice and my wife and I absolutely loved all of the natural landscaping and flowers. These “soft” touches truly added to a relaxed and enjoyable stay during our travels. We would definitely come again!

We arrived later than planned and the Office was closed but the Staff had put out our envelope with the map and our location clearly indicated which was great - facilities were clean and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. The Canada Creek running through the back of our campsite was awesome and loved hearing the running water. Great spot!

I stayed in the Glamping pod with my dog and loved it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This glamping pod had a bed with linens, electricity, and a bathroom! The setting is beautiful.

We were there for a weekend of relaxing and knitting, not expecting too much. From the time we arrived to the time we left we had an incredible time! The staff is all super friendly, the cabin we stayed in was perfect, and we had a blast at the mine. We are planning to make this an annual trip! Thank you for exceeding our expectations.

We brought 3 BSA Scout troops. The campground was amazing. The price was even lower at checkout. The staff was amazing and accommodating the fact we added 10 more people the day before we arrived.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The sofa bed was completely worn out, and my two children couldn’t sleep all night because of the springs digging into their backs. Additionally, we ran out of hot water after the first shower. The pans were so warped that they couldn’t even sit properly on the stove. For $500 a night in Canadian dollars, we are extremely disappointed.

Just a quick overnight while traveling. Campground staff was friendly and accommodating, clean area, sites were very spacious, common areas for music, ice cream, karoake, etc, were exceptional.

There were two small problems with our site, but the wonderful staff fixed them immediately - with a smile. We love this campground, and our experience this weekend reminded us why we do! Great place to stay!!

Good stay. We enjoyed the cabin however sofa bed was a little hard and tight quarters for 5 people. View was amazing. Diamond mines were lots of fun. Loved The Garden area. Would come back with camper definitely.

I received your message and am really disappointed in koa. Our family has held a reunion in Herkimer for over 15 years, bringing 70-80 cousins together making countless memories. It now includes four generations.I found it necessary to cancel some reservations due to family reasons. I was told I would be charged $25 each. Customer service is the key to successful business operations, this is an extremely poor example of that skill. The amount of $25 for each reservation cancellation adds onto an already large amount of money I spend there .Koa would not miss this amount, in my financial life, it matters. It also says a lot about koa and their lack of appreciation for loyal customers

The entire experience was amazing. The cabin was clean. They provided everything needed from dishes and pans to towels and shampoo. Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant. The mine was a great found some great crystals. Will definitely be back!
