It was nice, but the music next-door was very loud. Understand you don’t have control of that but past couple times I’ve been there that fair grounds has had just way too much noise.

Nice KIA. Clean with nice sites that offer a grass pad, a paver area for the picnic table. Some have small shelters over the tables. Gravel level sites.

My stay was very pleasant and the management was very helpful. They keep their ground looking nice and provide activities for families and kids with a nice playground area. The area was safe, the only bad part was the traffic noice from the highway.

We were there one night, spur of the moment due to RV electrical issues. There was no problem getting a pull through site allowing our tow as well. The site was well maintained, had mowed grass, and had a nice fence between sites. Friendly, helpful staff had ready for us, RV repair cards.

Very nice campground! Centrally located for our needs. Plenty of shade. Very clean restrooms. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

On the one hand, facilities and staff and organization for reservations are excellent. But if I say it out loud everybody will want to stay there and I may get crowded out. On the other hand, I want them to stay in business for the next time I travel through the area. Keep up the good work!

It was super fun for the kids. They loved the pool, playground and mini golf. The only negative I can think of is how close it is to a busy road.

Sites VERY close together. Our dump was literally a few feet from the next site's picnic table - inconvenient because we needed to dump while they were sitting there eating (we waited until they were done).

We had an inaugural trip on Memorial Day for our new travel trailer and the KOA was wonderful. There are a lot of amenities, but we used the dog pens a lot! They are long enough to play ball, and let the dogs roam a bit, and they also provide clean up bags. We love the full hook ups, friendly staff, the activities around the area, and we will definitely stay here again. I recommend it highly.

A very nice KOA. The staff was great. Location to attractions was good. Highway noise is the only downside.

The KOA Holiday in Grand Junction, CO is by far the best RV park in Grand Junction, and there are a number of them here. We have family in the area so we have stayed at all but two of the other parks but once we tried the KOA we had found our second home. We have stayed here multiple times through the years and the owners remember us every time and even remember I've had some health issues. They are just the nicest people you would ever want to meet. This year when we came in for the holidays a snow storm was chasing us and we were one day ahead of it. The owners agreed to let us come a day earlier than our reservation and we got in and set up before the snow started to fly. Our grandkids love coming to stay with us here and enjoy all the amenities (the pool, the game room, mini golf and the bounce pad). The place is maintained meticulously and every year we find new improvements have been made. The wifi was upgraded this year and it's even possible to stream on your tv now. The hookups are great all year long, even water. Cable tv is, like many rv parks we've stayed in, not the clearest but it works and we get tv over the antenna as well. All the rv spaces are spacious and have a paved area with a table and grass for our dogs and the pull throughs are long enough for the largest rigs. There are two dog parks as well. The spaces have a good amount of gravel and upgraded spots are awesome. They have covered picnic tables, large grassy areas, a bench and a gas bbq. I just can't recommend KOA Holiday Grand Junction enough.
