Whole campground was clean and landscaping was maintained. Site was gravel pull thru and very level, hook ups were newer with no issues, bathrooms were clean, excellent heated pool and all amenities were in great shape & not old. Definitely on our list of KOA’s to visit again

The owners were so helpful and friendly. The park was beautiful and had loads of stuff to do! I was very pleasantly surprised that the laundry room was well equipped and very clean. Would highly recommend this campground!

We met the owner when we checked in and he seemed very pleasant. However, in the days that followed he was very rude with us. Our children were singled out and asked not to do thing other children were doing. Also, there weren't many additional activities for the family like we've seen at other KOA campgrounds.

Great because it’s close to Presque Isles State park which is so beautiful. Also has a nice pond to fish in . The negative is that they won’t let you bring in any wood and have to buy theirs. You are greeted with a Hugh negative sign NO OUTSIDE WOOD ALLOWED !

It was just for one night. But it was wonderful the staff was friendly and it was a beautifully done. We didn’t have kids but the campground had lots to do for children.

What a wonderful, clean, quiet campground. My grandchildren loved the recreation room, the fishing pond, the pool, and the balloon launch. The owners are very nice and do anything to make you feel welcome.

Great camping spot!!! Owners nice people and really care about proving a great family focused experience for all ages: 1) updating camp sites and kids play area. 2) LOVE the quite hours after 11pm. So nice to camp somewhere where you can stay up by ur camp fire and enjoy night nature sounds &/or get a good nights sleep.

They have made many site upgrades since we were there pre-covid. and are still upgrading sites to include patios, and other amenities.

Construction underway a lot of mud puddles on campground roads. Campstore needs more and larger variety of merchandise.

This is our 2nd time at this KOA. Our kids LOVE the fishing here. As long as the fishing pond is stocked, we will be back!

Very nice park. Could have used more gravel at site 42, kept stepping into water puddle at table and my entry door. They are working on a lot of new sites and water park so things a bit hectic.

We spent 3 nights on a Patio Site # 017 unfortunately it rain every day but our site was very nice no mud. We noticed that they were doing a lot of upgrades putting in more of the patio sites will definitely stay the next time we go to Erie.

Had site #1 which sits on the sewer system and the occasionally smell of sewer is nauseating. Lots of traffic noise in the campground.

We spent two nights at Erie KOA and enjoyed it. It’s a very pretty campground and very well maintained. The camp hosts were wonderful. They helped us with our RV tire issues and saved us a lot of money. Extremely kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again when passing through the area.

When we pulled into the Erie KOA we were surprised at the well extremely well landscaped area at the office building. This set the tone for how well kept up the rest of the campground is. Everywhere I looked, the bathroom/showers, the pool area, the pavilion, new water game area for kids, gaga ball, etc. are first rate! We only stayed 1 night but we'd definitely come back!

This was our 4th year visiting the Erie KOA. We were with a small group of RVers and we all had a great time. I would recommend a stay here if you're passing thru or visiting Erie PA. They are constructing new sites and seem to be making improvements every year, making the park better each year. My grandson loves this park!

This is a beautiful campground conveniently located to an Interstate without the noise. They have great amenities. We would have rated higher had the woman at check in not been rude. Yes, we arrived 30 minutes early (12:30) and there were open sites, not an issue. But the way we were treated was unprofessional. As a VIP member & over 1000 camping nights, this is the worst service I've ever had.

Quiet, family friendly, great proximity to Presque Isle, and level and clean patio site. Owners doing great improvements to this campground and loved every second - we will be back again this summer!

Not the first time staying here & will not be the last! Well maintained; clean rest rooms; nice store & friendly staff, including the owners. However, if you have a problem following rules, beware as the rules are enforced, much to most campers delight!!!!!

Water pressure was too low to allow my tankless water heater to work. Had to take showers at campground showers. Site was under a tree - which rendered my satellite TV reception to be blocked. Arrived at noon and had to wait an hour to check in. Park was very clean - lots of construction in progress.

We had a wonderful time at the Erie KOA everyone was just wonderful. The bathrooms were clean the pool was very nice and clean. We will be coming back and bringing more families.

Only stayed one night. KOA extremely friendly and helpful. Our RV cord was too short to reach pedestal KOA employee was quick to let us borrow an extension cord and helped us connect.

Honest Review… after reading many of the negative reviews I was a bit nervous to book this campsite and worried the owners/ staff would be rude and argumentative. But we booked anyway and I'm glad we did. We had a great experience with staff and had no problems at all. We stayed in a cabin with our dogs and had a lovely time. The dog park was awesome and we loved walking around the lake. We kept to ourselves and just enjoyed the amenities and being outside. Based on the other reviews, it sounds like the owners do not want rowdy/ obnoxious people not following the rules but who could blame them. In my opinion I think as long as you are being aware and considerate of others you won't have a problem either. The campground is kept clean and I plan to book again for my next trip to Erie.

I would like to say to the owners, Jamie & Sharron, you both are doing an exceptional job at running this campground. We love it here and always come back to have even more fun than the last time! You both treat everyone with respect carry yourselves with such grace!!!!

Very clean, neat grounds. We love this campground and enjoy being able to have a campfire. Owners are very nice. We were impressed with this KOA and plan to return.
