We had another great week end ! Even though the weather was cooler than we would have liked, bonfires in the evening and the smell of fall was enjoyable. The cabin was toasty warm after the bonfires ! Thank You again and look forward to seeing you next year !

Campground was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. We rented a cabin next and an RV site that were next to each other so to accommodate our large party. The Cabin was very clean and in good standing. We will definitely be back to Erie KOA

The campground itself is great, but the new owners aren't very pleasant or accommodating. I know they are short staffed so I understand things are tough and they’re doing their best, but the most important thing is being kind to people even when asking them to stop doing what they are doing. Also, we stayed in one of the expensive cabins and the hot water in the shower lasted max of 30 seconds

we really enjoyed our stay in cabin 87 everything was very clean and well thought out with furnishings inside. Do hope handicapped accessibility provisions will be added in the future for new cabins including easy access larger shower and raised toilets and ramp entrance to cabin. Congratulations to the new owners as this has been a trying time through out covid and shortage of staff.

Beautiful park like setting. Cabin 83 would be perfect if there was shelving ing bathroom and nightstands at headboard for us folks who wear glasses and enjoy reading before falling asleep. Also a screen door for air flow on those days air conditioning is not needed.

We have been staying regularly for the past decade. Always HAD activities for the children and ran a happy, fun, clean place to camp. We are respectful campers and used to have a blast. All has changed now that new owners took over. Awful stay. Bullied, stalked and harassed by them. No children activities. Forced in cabin at 11pm. Not clean. Weekend was ruined. Will NEVER return.

This was my first return to this campground after the new owners had taken over. The cabin I rented had a problem with the A/C unit and within minutes the owner was there to address the issue. The cabin was neat and clean. The grounds well maintained. The bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. I will definitely return for future vacations!

Never did like that the check in time is so late and that the store closed early and it would be nice if there would be more outlets in the cabin, not for appliances but things like phone chargers. Other than that it was great!

The owners where amazing and so personable. They knew us everytime our paths crossed and had genuine conversations with us. They also went above & beyond for us. Our cabin was SO CLEAN! The atmosphere was relaxing and family friendly. We can't wait to come back.

VERY RUDE OWNERS. Sharon has zero people skills and speaks to customers as if they are so below her. Our family was made to feel like a major inconvenience to her. 3 stars because the campground is overall very nicely kept. Clean restrooms & showers and nice spots.

My teenage grandkids were chased out of the pool because there was no legal guardian present, even though they are excellent swimmers and over 6 feet tall. No DJ Saturday night and no pancake breakfast Sunday morning (as advertised on the web page). Other than that, we had a great camping experience.

We didn't think it was a very fun campground for kids. The park is not toddler friendly. We got in trouble for sitting around the fire conversating at 11:30. Our dog was not allowed at the park. The 1 in pads were super uncomfortable to sleep. Very clean facilities. Would recommend for elderly who want peace and quiet, but not for families who want to have fun on vacation.

Very clean! Alot for the kids to keep busy! Very very very friendly! The owner even took time to talk with us several times even though he was super busy because they are short handed! We had a great time and the staff was very friendly. On our last night there I woke up early to a mouse crawling on me. After it running back and forth several times, we got it trapped in a vent that wasn’t securely shut. We quickly packed up and left the campground by 8am. The grounds are lovely, so I might recommend this KOA for anyone not bringing kids, not having visitors and not planning to have campfires past 11pm. The owners were extremely rude to our party on several occasions. I have never felt so disrespected by staff in my 20 years of travel for work and family trips. We will never be back.

I won't be back! My impression of this campground is they have no interest in creating a friendly atmosphere for their patrons and have no interest whatsoever in repeat customers. Please read the many recent reviews of this campground on TripAdvisor and Yelp before making reservations. Sharron (the manager) has the personality of an Army Drill Instructor and appears to be on a power trip!

We come every year, our kids love it here. Things to improve- the curtains in the deluxe cabins are super thin and basically see-through. They also don’t cover the window completely on either side.

New owners are crazy ! Especially, Sharon. Don’t bother sitting by your fire past 11pm. You will be asked to go to bed or kicked out like we were. Find another place ! Sparrow pond is close and really nice !

We have stayed at this location multiple times and have never had a bad experience. If there is an issue with a cabin or camp site they get it taken care of right away. We typically have a few cabins and a camper site when we stay since it is a family vacation. They are super accommodating and so nice. The grounds are very well maintained and nice. The fishing lake is amazing! It is very large and very well stocked. The pool is not huge but is nice and well maintained. The activities at the pavillion are fun. Well kept grounds, nice spots, clean cabins and friendly staff. You can't go wrong.

Two great visits here this summer. Great pool, nice sites, Enjoyed our evenings by the campfire talking and enjoying a milky way sky! Will keep coming. We had several good nights enjoying campfires under the stars well past midnight even at locations close to the owner's residence. We have never had issues with the owners or staff. On our last visit, an unplanned emergency visit to Erie, they made special accommodations for us that were helpful. Most of the bad reviews are from covid campers that took to camping when nothing else was open during the pandemic. They are generally rude and self centered, not long time campers. If you read many of these reviews the words are exactly the same and pretty unbelieavble as well as having been posted by brand new profiles on almost every social platform - Can you say vendetta? The only improvements I would suggest is more chairs around the nice pool, and lose the faucets on the bathroom sinks that you have to hold on to get water. We will be back in 2023.
