Within the same year, I had lost my 26 year old son to suicide. I had also recently lost my father also. I'd been working sixty hour work weeks with no rest or personal time. I booked the cabin, feeling extremely uncomfortable, as I'd never made alone time for just myself. This KOA setting and atmosphere was absolutely everything in which I personally needed, and then some. Thank you.

As previously stated to the manager we love the Glamping site. The tent heater was inadequate but forgot to mention the grill needed to be cleaned or supply a scraper to do so. Everyone is so friendly and personable. Loved our stay.

Thanks for the feedback on the heater. Other guests have told us that it works well, so we will take a look at your unit specifically. We are also sorry that the grill brush that we provide appears to have disappeared. Despite these things, we are glad you enjoyed your time with us.

Firewood is 10 times the price of what it could have been if we brought our own. We ordered 20 bundles that cost almost $200. Also, the kitchen had no sponge to do the dishes which made it challenging. Service is top notch and cleanliness was also great. Looking forward to next year visit

We only carry kiln-dried hardwood and our team delivers it right to your site. This high-quality product burns clean and hot, and is better than less expensive unseasoned wood. If you can get firewood for less than $0.80 per bundle, we would like to know the name of your supplier.

Staff was friendly at check in. The cabin we stayed in looks as though it had some recent cosmetic upgrades including a very nice fenced in patio and new kitchen. We were in the area for an event so we didn’t have a chance to experience the trails or other amenities, but it is a very well maintained campground from what we were able to explore!

We are glad you enjoyed one of our pet-friendly deluxe cabins. In order to make your stay more comfortable, we have indeed made some improvements this year both inside and out, with the most recent addition of enclosing the outdoor living area with a Paw Pen. Come again when you have more time!

We love staying at KOA Coloma/ St. Joe! It is always clean and staff goes above and beyond for you. We love seeing smiling faces throughout the day! The grounds are also so nice and easy to navigate. We enjoy the walking trail each morning.

Very nice deluxe cabin, it was like a small home experience. The front office staff were very helpful. Nature walk was very short but did allow for quick calming experience.

First time staying in a cabin (I usually tent). Cabin was clean, a/c was great. Bed was uncomfortable due to slats under mattress. I wish there was a power outlet on the outside. I felt the step was too narrow, easy to miss the step and only catch the corner. It would be safer if it was the width between the posts. Concrete patio was nice. Campground is beautiful. Staff is great!

We really wanted a glamping tent but there were none available. It was amazing we got to experience the little cabin our first night and the wonderful Mark from koa coloma came to our site and I told him I liked the cabin but But I’m cloister phobic really wish we had our glamping and one just had a cancellation and let us move. So wonderful. He will go out of his way to make everyone happy. Koa

The only thing I would add, sure not much you can do is in the deluxe cabins we rented came with a pretty good ‘aroma’ drifting over from the restrooms. Fortunately we were renting three cabins so we moved our main table to the one furthest away. For the nightly rate , I would also add some Arborvirus to ultimately screen the view from the deluxe cabin area up to the restrooms.

We have been very intentional about adding landscaping, fencing and carbon filters to help make the septic tank area less noticeable. While high use on busy weekends is inevitable, we will look at whether anything further can be done.

This was our yearly reunion at the Coloma/St Joseph KOA with our son and his family. As always the accommodations were excellent. This year we stayed in the deluxe cabins which we all highly recommend. Another plus is the friendly staff who are always willing to answer questions. No matter one's age there is something for everyone at this KOA!

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and loved it. This KOA actually has a running kitchen with nice items like Pizza, wings, and breakfast. The staff were fabulous and the resort in clean and well cared for We will be back.

This particular KOA was simply awesome. Bathrooms and cabins were sparkly clean (no spiderwebs or spiders at the shower, floors in perfect condition!); staff composed of very honest, hardworking people. I left my wallet at the cabin & got it right back ���. Lots of amenities for kiddos & a charming beach with white sand and clear waters very close to it. We were in a glamping tent. Exceeds ex

I stayed in Dc108 had an issue and the staff took care of it immediately and then continuously checked on the cabin. So pleased with the prompt and professional service. I will definitely return. Thank you Mark and the rest of the crew who helped!

A wonderful well kept clean property. I stayed in a glamping tent which i loved very much. The pizza is delicious and they bring it right to your site. My only suggestion is that they put a handrail on the steps going up to glamping tent closest to pool. I highly recommend this treasure to every one. So much for kids to do.:)

Loved all the new upgrades this year. The only complaint is the beds are not comfortable. But it’s worth dealing with for a weekend

Everything was great!! We had a family anniversary party in the clubhouse. Every person in the office that we talked to were very nice. We have been to other koa camps that were terrible. This koa was super fun for kids!! Pleasant experience! Thank you to all of the staff!! PS Beds in cabins were not comfortable (understandably) Just bring padding :)

This was our second year to come with our whole family for a stay at your campground. Our grown children and our grandchildren looked forward to it for a whole year. Every one of us had a great time again this year, and we hope to be back next year!

Nice pull through site with a patio. We travel with our two dogs and two cats. The campground is dog friendly. There is a fenced in dog play area. Nice camp store. Everyone working there was very friendly. We met some friends that stayed in a deluxe cabin. They really liked it. Fully furnished.
