My husband and I have been to many KOA Campgrounds across the country. We choose a KOA because we know the campgrounds are always clean and staff are very knowledgeable about the area. We found the bathrooms at KOA Boston to be dirty, trash cans overflowing and dirt on floors. The staff was very pleasant but just told us to look online in regards to restaurants and train station/schedule.

Well, been finding that this KOA seems to be rapidly devolving over the three years we have been coming. When I booked I spoke with them and also told them that we would be in Europe for 20 of our 26 days and they never mentioned that we could possibly put rig in the storage area. Paid full pop. It also kind of sucked that when we got back from Europe I asked to extend and they refused

The Internet was spotty and we were close to the office. It is under construction adding a new pool and water area. The noise bothered my dog. She can be skittish with noises but I understand they were making it better and for that I am happy. Overall our stay was easy and very pleasant.

We were placed in an annexed area. We had to drive to the bathhouse. Bathrooms were adequate. Laundry was expensive.

Excellent location for visiting friends on Cape Cod or in the Boston area. Very clean with excellent amenities. Beautiful, wooded sites and ours had a patio, gas grill and comfortable patio furniture (table & chairs). Highly recommended!

The stay was great. But they do need to replace some of their furniture. The sleeper sofa mattress was disgustingly dirty. We were not able to use it.

We were pleased with the facilities. The tent campsites were nicely shaded and offered decent privacy from the adjacent site which was nice. We really appreciated the laundry facilities and the washrooms were always nice and clean. The only glitches we noticed were the showers could be better maintained as they leaked and the washrooms didn't have the garbage emptied for the first three days.

Me and a friend paid $25 lock in fees 2 days before arrival, as we were told the campground was sold out and it was the only way to be next to each other. The entire weekend we had 5 surrounding open sites all side by side. My family rented a cabin and asked to be near us, I again was told the sites were sold out and they put my cabin far away while 3 open cabins across from us never got used.

All the staff at the KOA were great. Lori and Jean at the front desk were absolutely the best……really appreciate them! Very nice and helpful. They were the highlight of our stay. thank you.

Most sites are not level. Stones need to be leveled or concrete pads installed.

We've stayed here more than 35 times over the past 30 years. We do King Richards Faire which is 20 minutes away. Plymouth is 30 minutes away so location is fantastic as are the people that work there!

After a completely understandable mix-up during check-in, I was upgraded at no charge to a higher class of cabin. Can't say enough good things about this site. The staff are as friendly and professional as you could ask for. The kids love it every time we go.

Reserved site with power and water. Paid for sure with power and water. Power and water was not available at the site. The neighboring site would not allow access to the post in between the sites. Made it a difficult camp experience for a child with autism who requires night lights. Used lanterns and battery powered lights as backup. Ended up leaving early because, too dark for child.

Very Friendly staff. Updated bathrooms and showers would be nice. I did not like having to download an app to get the washing machine and dryer to work. Should have coin machine for change. Had to charge $25.00 to begin the process and did not use the full amount. This is the first KOA that I have visited that uses this system. Now I have a credit for $13.00. Hope to get it back to my card

We had an absolute wonderful time at this KOA. You just can’t go wrong with any KOA. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The grounds were immaculate and inviting. I look forward to vacationing there again someday.

I am a seasonal camper. The grounds are amazing and very well maintained. The staff goes way out of their way to be accommodating to insure that your stay is special. Bob the manager is awesome. He works tirelessly to make sure everything runs as close to perfection as possible. He cares about the needs of each camping family. He should surely be regarded by KOA as a very valuable employee.

Awesome camp ground! Grounds were kept up so nicely! Lots for everyone to do, a nice park, basketball court, lawn checkers and jump pads, two dog parks, clean laundry area, bathrooms and shower areas. Excellent place to stay to see Cape Cod and Boston! Train station to Boston very close by!

Everything was great. Yea for two dog parks. My only complaint would be that the sites are to close together. Nobody wants to step out their camper door and be looking right at their neighbors sewer line. Wider spaces

We arrived late after a storm came through. Finding our key and cabin was very easy. The ladies that checked me in the next day were phenomenal. They were friendly and understanding. They upgraded us because the other cabin was surrounded by standing water. I truly appreciate them checking before we got there. I would highly recommend and look forward to going back when we can.

Check in was good. Sites are narrow and mostly grouped together for the season. It seemed as there was limited staff on the premises and this impacted restroom cleanliness. The facilities remained the same for our one night stay.

We stayed in site 712 with our 37' fifth wheel for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was super convenient to take the train into Boston, and driving to Cape Cod, Newport, and Plymouth were a breeze. The RV sites are tight, but it didn't bother us. We were there for the Memorial Day weekend and it got packed, but after everyone cleared out on Monday, we had a little nook to ourselves. The staff interactions were helpful and pleasant. The laundry room is a nice size, with 5 or 6 washers and just as many dryers. A little pricey at $4 per wash and $3 per dry.

I visited KOA Boston/Cape Cod this weekend, and we absolutely loved the experience. The space was cozy and well-organized, the service was exceptional, and we received a very warm welcome. (I can't recall the names of the specific people we interacted with), but we want to thank the entire team. I needed a spot to store my travel trailer and was able to make a reservation with them in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend it—it is very well located.
