Stayed 4 nights. Nice area, near the ocean. Clean restrooms and laundry facility. Wish there was a path to the store and restrooms, had to walk through sand or grass.

We just bought a camper and decided To go to the KOA up the street to make sure everything worked before our long trip down south. Check in person was amazing, friendly and gone above and beyond. The maintenance man…. I can not say enough about him. We had a water issue so I called the after hour number and he came immediately. Friendly and got it fixed above and beyond, both total assets to KOA

A nice campground but the area they parked us in was undeveloped --did have water -sewer - electric but other than that was dirt- some grass and mud. NOT what we expected for what we paid . Staff was fairly friendly and courteous. There were other nice sites - We should have been told about our site when reserved - we would have looked elsewhere. If it gets developed would consider it again.

could have used extra attention to detail when cleaning. The toilet was dirty & under the pull out couch were items left by previous guests. The comforter in the main bedroom clearly hadn’t been washed all season as it was covered in hair. There were 2 separate police incidents on the campground, one of which included racial slurs my child. Also felt the text messages were a little out of hand.

Our Cabin was so quaint and immaculate! We had an excellent time and loved playing Bocce with friends at the court!

Needs more gravel on site pads, Fire rings are not repositioned after campers leave and were so full of leaves you could not see it after dark. I fell into it while hooking up hurting myself pretty badly.

We paid over $80 for a narrow, un-level gravel pull through by the maintenance shed. Just not worth the money. Location is convenient off of 495 but really isn’t near any Area attractions.

We stayed almost 3 weeks. Staff was friendly and property was clean and well kept. The seasonal spots tended to be a little trashy. The bathrooms need updated, not as aesthetically. Just that some of the doors don’t Lock, and the showers are super moldy.

My family and I have been staying for the Halloween weekend for years now and have enjoyed it so much We look forward to it each year but this stay sadly was less than exceptional. Our cabin when we checked in could tell was not cleaned there were fake fingernails that were taken off all over the top bunk, the lights in the main bedroom didn’t work, and the dresser drawers were all fallen apart

I love the fact the cabin is so clean. This is our third time at your site and each time it has been well kept & clean. The staff is always so kind and helpful. We will be booking our next trip very soon.

Listened to leaf blower outside our camper for 3 days. Site was dark and too close to each other. For a November stay, WAY OVERPRICED for that site. Will not return any time soon.

Very enjoyable. Friendly staff and people. Things I loved....The dog parks were nice. The dog poop stations across the campground was a great idea every campground should adopt. Garbage pickup was convenient. Concierge service bringing to site at check in is awesome. Loved the pull thru. Things I didn't like... The site we were on could have used grading for ease in set up. Nice campground.

The cabin is starting to show its age and the gas grill insides were all rusted out could not use.

We had a wonderful day Halloween weekend at the middleboro KOA. Every employee was extremely helpful and friendly. I will say however, that one employee delivered our wood very early in the morning and I saw that same employee working the "haunted trail" that same evening at 7 pm. I jokingly made the comment that she was working overtime and that must be a good paycheck. She informed me that she worked her 8-hour shift and then was sent home. Only to return for a second shift without overtime. I recommended that the employees unionize. I think it's really sad that In this day and age, corporate businesses have not caught up with the rest of the country. If you have a good worker you should pay them overtime, not send them home to avoid paying them what they are worth. I hope that will change in the future for KOA employees.

We arrived late, and someone was in our spot (they were nice). A worker came and cleared them out, only for us to discover we were on a hill too steep for our camper. Moved in the morning, ended up next to a guy with 2 large unfriendly dogs on long leads, and he didn't clean up after them. The staff handled this quickly and amazingly Last night was peaceful. We were rushed out of the nearly empty site, but that just got us home quicker. Bathrooms were clean on the 2nd and 3rd nights. Jump pillow was a big hit with the children, who were all well-behaved and quiet. The store was well stocked. Most of the people seem to be regulars and were super awesome. They have regular activities. Overall, we had a great time and hope to visit again. The staff was great.
