The campground personnel were friendly and helpful. The grounds looked nice but there were places that maintenance lacked. my wife and I like to shower in the evening at the camp facilities. Unfortunately the auxiliary bathrooms were not cared for - dirty with mold piles of hair and debris. Broken toilet and showers and doors that would not lock. The cleaning crew missed things for days

Wifi was included and we didn’t receive working wifi our entire trip and there’s no service at. The two cabins on the side of us were vacant but all the lights in the cabin remained on the whole night, we never had a dark campsite due to that.

We stayed for 5 nights at this KOA. The shower/bathrooms were clean and good size. The space was a nice size & well maintained. The office folks were great to work with!

We loved the location but the upkeep of the park was the downfall for us. The amenities were awesome but the cleanliness was lacking. We were there for 4 days and it looked like the bathroom near the pool was never cleaned. The water pole was shard between 4 spots and we had to buy another hose just to reach from our rv to the hose attachment. On a good note, the staff was amazing!

Cabin was decently surface clean but in need of a deep clean for dust & mold as we have several family members with high dust/mold allergies. AC units very moldy.

Had to drive to bathhouse because it was so far away. Highlands area needs a bathhouse. Showers not the cleanest. Expensive washers. Office staff was nice.

There was lots of empty campsites that it would have been nice to place campers every other site instead of all on top of each other. They need to take care of the sites better also. Maybe grade them with more gravel.

The camp grounds was nice and easy to navigate. My only complaint I have is with the shower houses, the showering stalls were too small with one of the stalls out of order the entire length of stay and one shower that had very little water pressure.

great lot. office staff were great. They just need to let the staff know there is a speed limit and it's not flat out. There are children playing and riding bikes. Staff need to abide by the rules as do paying guests I would have thought.

Purchased a length of sewer hose from the campground store. It had a leak & the KOA manager refused to refund the money or allow me to return it. He was also very abusive when I tried to plead our case. Told me "I'm not taking back something that had your sh*t run through it". We have been KOA members for the last 5 years - first time we were ever treated so disrespectfullly.

Didn’t spend too much time as we were visiting family and attended a hs graduation. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very nice lady. Love the gift shop! Site was clean and quiet. Didn’t use any facilities. Will definitely return!

We arrived the grill wasn’t clean ran out of propane while cooking had to wait until It was refilled to finish cooking trucks and cars in our lot looked like a junkyard

The bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold. There we large black ants constantly coming out of the top of the shower. Small baby ants all over the counters so we couldn't leave anything on them. The wifi was terrible. Of the three tvs in the cabin only the one in the living room worked but it searched for wifi every 10mins. Best part was the hay ride, playground, jumping pillow and pool.

I came with my two kids this weekend &we honestly had a blast! It's amazing that this KOA has so many amenities & kid-centered activities. I understand that camps are more simple, primitive & bumpkin, but it appears that this KOA is turning crude and unkept. It just needs a little love and it would be perfect!

For the past seasons we received text alerts for activities but this trip there were no alerts. Also the entrance into our site has Major issues and needs to be leveled.

Good staff. The ladies in the office were very helpful with information on the area and suggestions on how to get the most out of our day trips. The site could use some gravel to level it out.

Great atmosphere for family. The only disappointment we have is that the pool was not open until the day we left. But, all in all we will definitely be coming back for another visit!!! Thank you for your hospitality and hope to see you all soon!

Nice facility in the nature with individual camp places. In the night sometimes noisy motor vehicles, from the street(s) nearby, well maintained and clean. I enjoyed my stay and can recommend the KOA!

We are on our cross country adventure and stayed at this KOA for a week. The staff is friendly and helpful, the grounds are well kept and the property is very spacious and pretty. I would recommend staying here.

Stay was great, staff was great. Only complaint is no holders for soap and bottles in showers, and no handicap shower stall or toilet. Also bath house could have been cleaned more often. Still had great time.

Pool closed the entire time we were there! The heated pool was the main reason we stayed there. We should get a partial refund for you not having what you advertised.

We had a wonderful stay but the only thing about our site was that the sewer hook up was going up hill which made it very difficult to empty the tanks.

We stayed in site 712 with our 37' fifth wheel for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was super convenient to take the train into Boston, and driving to Cape Cod, Newport, and Plymouth were a breeze. The RV sites are tight, but it didn't bother us. We were there for the Memorial Day weekend and it got packed, but after everyone cleared out on Monday, we had a little nook to ourselves. The staff interactions were helpful and pleasant. The laundry room is a nice size, with 5 or 6 washers and just as many dryers. A little pricey at $4 per wash and $3 per dry.

I visited KOA Boston/Cape Cod this weekend, and we absolutely loved the experience. The space was cozy and well-organized, the service was exceptional, and we received a very warm welcome. (I can't recall the names of the specific people we interacted with), but we want to thank the entire team. I needed a spot to store my travel trailer and was able to make a reservation with them in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend it—it is very well located.
