The office staff is great, however our "rig friendly" site was not great. Long enough but you sre right on top of the next site. Also, the sites are mostly dirt. It rained and was a mess. Lastly, the outside worker drive pretty fast and seem like faster than the posted limit. They also come flying down the hill and slide into the dirt road which stirs up the dust. $$$ Expensive.

There are small pieces of litter everywhere. I cleaned up our spot but I should not have to. Secondly the campers obey the speed limit in their vehicles but kids on bikes and electric scooters do not. Even more blatant are staff in their carts/work vehicles speeding and kicking up clouds of dust.

Love the camp site in the back of the campground.wish there was a coin machine in the laundry. Forced us to spend $25 dollars to do a few loads of laundry.

Great campsites with fun activities for the kids. We had a wonderful stay and found the staff to be very pleasant and accomodating, We definitely would return here!!

We love bringing our Grandkids to the campground. We really enjoy the activities, pool, and playground. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. Having laundry onsite is the best amenity. Delux cabin is the way to go.

Bathrooms were dirty, men’s room needed toilet paper for 2 days. Trash over flowing. Many sites had lots of glass chips mixed with rocks/dirt.

We had a wonderful stay! Nice, roomy, quiet campsite with trees. Good cell service and WiFi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A couple of suggestions to make it even better: Have a dumpster up in the Highlands area for throwing away trash in the evening and put in restrooms/showers in the Highlands. It's a long walk to the other area.

First time renting a cabin. Surprised by lack of supplies. One toilet paper/paper towels for 6 and two trash bags. One towel per person for 3 days. No pots and pans and dirty plates/silverware. It’s odd to have camp trucks parked at the cabin and be chastised by an employee for walking near them. Insulting as she yelled “that’s company property,” implying adults would damage anything. Not

Woman showers has non working door locks. Men’s bathroom always out of toilet paper and shower floor plastic grates broken and hard to stand on. Walls about to fall. Highland section does not have a bathroom. Too long to walk to closest one. Really needs a remodel. This is not a KOA that I have stayed at elsewhere and price is high for campground conditions. Maintenance needs restructuring.

We had Black mold in our cabin ( bathroom). The floor was very dirty. Not mop. Things were broken. The pool was dirty not clean. Front desk service was nice.

Bathrooms were filthy with no toilet paper. Cabin was dirty. If anyone is witnessed traveling in any way including a bike or little kid scooter over 7 and 1/2 mph (yes, 1/2…) the family will be ejected immediately with no refund. We witnessed 3 employee golf carts chase & box a child in riding a bicycle. I have never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable in the last 20 years I have stayed here.

We had a great stay. We stayed in upgraded cabins. Bathrooms were cleaned regularly and any issues that came up were address quickly. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Our kids loved the jumping pillow and nicely shaded play park.

We stayed here because of it's convenient location and loved it. Clean park, friendly neighbors and KOA staff. We have friends just north of the city that came to visit one afternoon and they said they'd definitely stay there as a fun staycation.

We have stayed at several KOA’s over the years. This was our first time staying in a cabin. It was perfect for us. We loved that we could bring all 3 of our dogs with us. The property & campsites are well maintained. The heated pool is clean & spacious. Plymouth Rock & the beach (we went to a dog friendly beach) are within a 20-25 minute drive. This was definitely our favorite KOA stay.

The campground was very clean and the staff was VERY friendly! Only downside was the pool was on the chilly side, it said heated - but not sure the heater was working! Otherwise, the sites are VERY clean and very spacious!

Won't be coming back. Staff is less friendly now save for the gentleman at the entrance. Got texts and spoken to about not speeding while several staff were flying by kids at way over 7mph with often loud golf carts quite early in the morning. Also, huge parties of people being rather loud while numerous guests walked through our campsite to save a few steps.

Nice campground, helpful staff. Clean bathrooms. Pull through RV sites were nice with a patio, including a small gas grill, and good quality table and chair set. My only issue was the sheer amount of continuously barking dogs at multiple sites. Periods of quiet broken by any movement or walking by sites- dogs start barking again. Also barking at 6:30 am. Probably won’t go back.

This KOA felt run down and overpriced. We had a back in site for our TT. At 21 feet we felt right on top of our neighbors. Our sewer drained inches from our neighbors picnic table and our other neighbors sewer drained in our seating area. It felt invasive. The pool had chipping paint. The firewood was expensive- $40 for 3 bundles. Bathhouses were tired. Laundry was $7/load. Stay at Normandy farms

We as a family booked 6 cabins & 1 rv site #222. As a group wr met for dinner daily at my site which was wonderful. We shared grills, tables & chairs. Kids played in the grass area on an air mattress. Dogs were also good a little barky lol. But hey that’s what they do. My problem was cabins. My cabin tv didn’t have any channels available, curtain fell was not hung properly& ac filter smelled

Stayed in cabin DC-18. Floors were dirty. Both AC units full of mold and very bad mildew odor, made us have cold like symptoms, turned 1 off. Found a soda bottle under bed-we didn’t have soda. Sink leaked and dish dryer was full of algae. We enjoyed being with family and friends but the housekeepers need to clean better and the maintenance personnel should check these units and treat the AC unit

We loved it here. The jumping pillow was a hit with our little gymnasts. Deluxe cabins had everything including shampoo, conditioner and shower gel! I way overpacked. Bring your bug spray for the evenings. Great time and we will come back for sure. The kids didn’t want to leave!

We had some sour moments with 1 staff member. This pink lady mumble some not so nice comments to my elder mom when she was passing by, something to the sort of "I hate old people". I did see the same lady talking nicely to other old white people, so that made me think it was mostly because we are latinos. After that, I noticed the subtle differences in treatment towards my kids vs other white kids

this is not my first KOA stay. In other places we can stay and use the facilities even after checking out. I was told it's an insurance thing. I know insurance. you can always negotiate and get a different product that will allow your campers to stay after checking out. Consistency of the KOA brand is important when going camping here. If this KOA is different from others, it should be very clear.

All was well. The only issue I had was that the grass needs to be trimmed around the electrical and sewer connections. I actually had to pull the grass away to connect.

We stayed in the Highlands, H27. It was nice & quiet even though Christmas in July was happening! All staff were helpful & friendly. Would have preferred a longer, more level spot, but we made reservations just a few days prior to the trip. Would we stay again? Yes! Thank you

The staff at this KOA were wonderful. The playground and the jumping pillow were great for kids. The park is small so it’s good for a family. The cabin we stayed in was ok. It wasn’t overly clean but it was good for our stay.

We came as a family vacation to visit Salem,Boston,Plymouth, and Cape Cod. Salem was quite far and an agonizing drive twice but the T Commiter train to Boston was close and comfortable. I would probably choose something even closer to Boston in the future. Great site in the Highlands was larger than most. I liked the space between the campers. Our view was of two yellow Koa broken trucks-yuck.

No shade, packed in with sharing water source. Plenty of same sites available with shade and own water. Also no children or pets and put near playground and pool. Plenty of sites available elsewhere. Not impressed with "Highlands" due to sites not marked, one site near KOA patios was unmowed and looked bad. Also KOA vehicles seemingly abandoned at cabin end of Highlands.

We stayed in site 712 with our 37' fifth wheel for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was super convenient to take the train into Boston, and driving to Cape Cod, Newport, and Plymouth were a breeze. The RV sites are tight, but it didn't bother us. We were there for the Memorial Day weekend and it got packed, but after everyone cleared out on Monday, we had a little nook to ourselves. The staff interactions were helpful and pleasant. The laundry room is a nice size, with 5 or 6 washers and just as many dryers. A little pricey at $4 per wash and $3 per dry.

I visited KOA Boston/Cape Cod this weekend, and we absolutely loved the experience. The space was cozy and well-organized, the service was exceptional, and we received a very warm welcome. (I can't recall the names of the specific people we interacted with), but we want to thank the entire team. I needed a spot to store my travel trailer and was able to make a reservation with them in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend it—it is very well located.
