New KOA Campgrounds To Visit in 2020

Every year, new campgrounds join the Kampgrounds of America Family of Campgrounds bring more great camping experiences to United States and Canada. This year’s KOA Directory features over 500 KOA campgrounds for you to visit including 14 brand new locations throughout North America. With so many new places to explore, we introduce you to some of these new KOA campgrounds below. Later this year, we’ll visit the rest of our new KOA Campgrounds and you’ll still be left with plenty of time to plan a summer road trip or two.

Lebanon KOA Holiday on Salmon Falls River

Located in beautiful Maine, Lebanon KOA Holiday on Salmon Falls River offers premium amenities in a secluded, natural setting. Pull your rig into a beautiful waterfront KOA Patio Site or try a cozy, well-appointed safari tent. No matter how you choose to stay, you’ll be sure to enjoy the many activities and amenities this KOA campground offers. Get your thrills on the giant waterslide, unwind in the hot tub or hop in a tube down the Salmon Falls River. Helena North KOA

Montana’s newest KOA, the Helena North KOA sits in the shadow of Mount Helena in the state’s capital. It’s convenient location halfway between Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks make it an ideal stop for travelers experiencing the greatest sites of the American West. Comprised mainly of pull-thru RV sites, you’ll be able to get in easily and start exploring! Use this campground as a basecamp to enjoy historic Helena, the Gates of the Mountain, the Missouri River and other sites discovered by Lewis and Clark.

Brandenton / Hunsader Farms KOA

Just a short drive from some of the nation’s best beaches, Brandeton / Hunsader Farms KOA is located amidst Florida’s farmland. In fact, here you’ll be camping on a more than 50-year-old family owned farm. Really want the farm experience? Camp out in their refurbished silo complete with kitchenette, bathroom and comfortable beds for the whole family. You’ll also find a Conestoga Wagon and Camping Cabins ready for you to check-in. RVers will love the convenient and spacious Pull-Thru RV sites. On the campground enjoy a scenic fishing lagoon, stop by the petting zoo or hop on the train – good luck getting bored here!

Door County KOA

Situated perfectly on 58 acres of beautiful, wooded land, Door County KOA is your Wisconsin camping oasis. Bring your fishing pole and bathing suit to enjoy the outdoors, and don’t worry about packing all your food, the restaurant and bar will have you covered. The perfect place to settle in, the Borden / Summerside KOA is just a short drive from the Confederation Bridge. Enjoy the world-renowned scenic beauty of Prince Edward Island from this conveniently located campground. Whether you wish to see parts of Charlottetown, Cavendish, or Summerside, all are just a short day trip away. And during the evening you can enjoy our pool, get caught up on laundry, participate in the scheduled activities, walk the Confederation Trail, or just relax in your RV or a cozy cabin. The campground is also just a few minutes from Chelton Beach where you can enjoy the warmest water around the island for swimming for all ages.
