Hurricane Florence Update

With the impending landfall of Hurricane Florence, KOA campgrounds have been preparing to weather the storm. Some campgrounds have been evacuated at this time for the safety of our guests and employees.

The following campgrounds are evacuated or considering evacuation. If you are planning to be in the area, please visit this blog for the most updated information on campground closures and openings. If not listed, all other campgrounds are open and welcoming guests.

Wilmington KOA Holiday, NC: Planning to reopen Oct. 1

New Bern KOA Holiday, NC: Closed at noon, Tuesday, Sept. 11.

Cape Charles / Chesapeake Bay KOA Resort, VA: Open to campers.

Enfield / Rocky Mount KOA Journey, NC: Open to campers.

Myrtle Beach KOA Resort, SC: Some cleanup underway. Open to campers.

Cape Hatteras KOA Resort, NC: Open to campers.

Mt. Pleasant / Charleston KOA Holiday, SC: Open to campers.

Point South / Yemassee /  KOA Journey, SC: Open to campers.

Charleston KOA Holiday, SC: Open to campers.

Lumberton / I-95 KOA Journey, NC: Closed, Wednesday, Sept. 12.
