This was our second stay, and we loved it just as much. The park is well laid out, so it never feels crowded. Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the text updates about food vendors and events. The Friday night concert was a highlight. One of the best campgrounds we've visited!

The only complaint is the people walking through our site. And it was Adults who should know better that you don't do that.

had a problem with the cable and it was taken care of very quickly. also needed to borrow a ladder to remove a branch that had fallen on top of camper and your staff helped me out with hesitating.

One of the cleanest camp grounds we ever stayed at . Plenty of staffing and a great pool area. Would definitely recommend it .

As a return customer (yes, last experience was 5 stars), my kids and I had a blast! I would like to recognize the staff, engaging people and expressing top notch customer service! we had an awning break due to rain one early morning. The on call/emergency number staff Tyler(?) was awesome �. Stood and worked in rain for 2 hours to help me - Thank you KOA ���

We always enjoy coming to the VA beach KOA. Everything is clean and everyone is nice. Our last stay, Jake was amazing in helping us get in the campsite correctly and helping us find things.

A great experience. Staff helpful. Clean area, even though it rained most of my stay. Surrounded by many activities as well as stores. Great location. Will definitely be returning.

The Virginia Beach KOA is a GREAT place to stay. The pools and lazy river are top notch. Our kids greatly enjoyed their time in the pools and in the lazy river. There was plenty of games for the kids to play in the playground area. The store and main office had a lot to offer. Staff was always friendly. The trolly to the beach was a nice amenity. Bathrooms and laundry area were nice and clean.

The Virginia Beach Holiday KOA was wonderful. The campground was well maintained, well organized, and the staff has amazing customer service. The daily food trucks were a surprise treat for us and they rotated daily. I would highly recommend this location and stay again!

Great staff, probably better for younger families with kids, grandkids, but they spend lots of time planning bands, food trucks, kids playground but very quiet during quiet times. Very nice

Great campground, love that there is plenty to do including the amenities and planned activities! I would recommend staying for more than a weekend to enjoy the campgrounds and the beachfront.

We had a nice time even though it rained 4 of the 5 days we were there. Even though it rained there was someone mowing the grass area at our site early every day. That was very aggravating considering we had our granddaughter with us and she was woke up. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the pool area was nice and clean.

The camp store is awesome and even has adult beverages and great gifts! Pool and lazy river very clean and warm. Wave bus is great way to get to the beach and a 3 day pass cheaper than one day of beach parking! Staff very nice. Would definitely stay again!

Site was nice, bushes impede ease of pulling out. Nobody monitors or stops kids from whipping football around pool from end to end hitting unsuspecting people or it dropping down into the water right by someone. There should be activities throughout the week, not just weekends like food trucks or planned things.

We stay here every summer and every summer I write the same review. What a great, family-friendly RV park. The pools and lazy river are perfect for a hot summer's day. The staff is excellent. The park is clean and there are literally tons of things for kids to do.

This campground is one of my favorites! The staff is always so cheery and helpful and the bathrooms and showers are kept cleaner than anywhere else I’ve stayed. I’ll definitely be back.

Je dirais que c’est un très beau camping, très propre et amusant pour les enfants avec toutes les activités. Toutefois, l’énorme point négatif, c’est que les clients comme les employés roulent beaucoup trop vite dans les rues pleine d’enfants! Personne ne fait respecter la limite, ni même l’équipe sur place.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The campground is very well-kept. We love the pool and the trolley is so convenient. One of our favorite campgrounds!!!

This is one of the nicest campgrounds we’ve been to. For families, there is a zip line, climbing structure, golf carts, large soccer field, and 2 beautiful pools! Staff is friendly and there are scheduled events like a coffee truck and traveling animal show. Laundry is convenient (by the pool) and showers clean. It’s really close to the waterfront (about 2 miles) and there’s a shuttle.

This was one of the nicest campgrounds we have stayed in. While we are 2 older adults and didn't take advantage of all the campground had to offer, if you have kids this is the ultimate spot! Everyone was so nice and friendly. It was a real pleasure staying here.

campground was nice and amenities where nice.As A parent of 2 kids i was not happy with the speed ppl were traveling around the park lack of ppl stopping for intersections and plan disreguard for traveling threw open campsite instead of using the roads this was with car,golf carts,bikes,walking. the amount of cursing i heard from kids at the gaga pit and pretty much everywhere there were groups

The only thing we found was seating at the pool. Very difficult to find a seat, then first thing in the morning people come and cover chairs with their towels and leave. Then you don’t see them till later in the day. I would say the golf carts kicking up dust on the gravel roads thru the camp site area is the other. Half were camp employees on the camp carts. It was a dry weekend I get it .

We absolutely loved it there. It was a little pricey for the spot I got but other than that it was an awesome place and the staff were amazing. Great place for the little kids to have fun at.

We had a good time at this KOA. The pool and Lazy River were great except I wish there were more umbrellas to provide shade. Also, parking under large trees proved to be a bit hazardous since 2 large branches fell on our rig while we were there. Otherwise it was nice. Staff were friendly. We’d like to come back another time. The grandkids had fun.

This is a great campground, well maintained area and facilities. The traffic is probably what gets people but I don’t mind. I know it’s a military area, we’re also military so we aren’t bothered by what some may call noise. Our family really enjoyed our stay and I would return!

Been using my RV for 6 years and have never needed an extra sewer hose and an extra water hose. I have 25 feet and neither one would make it to hookup. Very disappointed that I had to spend another $60 + for hose and sewer hose. It appeared to be only sight with hookup in the front of the site. Guy in his 30s ? With beard and glasses in store could be a little bit more friendly. Not very personab.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Months at Virginia Beach KOA, and We'd Do It Again We spent 152 days at the Virginia Beach KOA. That's about five months, so this isn't a weekend review. We got to know this place well, and it earned every star. The staff are phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and so accommodating. Whatever we needed, they found a way to make it happen, always with a smile. Over five months you really see who people are, and this team was consistently wonderful. There's always something to do. The activity calendar is packed, especially on weekends. Honestly, the hardest part was choosing what to do. Whether you're traveling with kids or just looking for some fun, you won't be bored. The park is immaculate. Grounds, sites, and common areas are kept spotless. The pool is beautifully maintained, and more importantly, it's a great place for families to gather, relax, and make memories. Management listens. This stood out to us. They welcome guest feedback and are always asking how they can make the experience better. You can tell they care about getting it right. The on-site store has you covered. It's fully stocked with almost anything you could need, which saves a lot of trips into town. Whether you're staying a few nights or a few months, the Virginia Beach KOA is a home away from home. We're grateful for our time here and can't recommend it enough. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special!

My husband and I arrived at the KOA campground in Va Beach on Saturday Oct 17 for a 3 night stay. We had planned on going to the Outer Banks on the 19th but Mother Nature had a different plan with a nor'eastr hitting the island. We were so happy we could stay at the Va Beach KOA till the 21st. They we very accommodating and it's a beautiful campground. We recommend it highly. *****
