It’s usually a great stay however, it’s disappointing the pool is under construction and the water slide was not in commission our entire stay. Also there were no activities going on. Honestly I will prob book at the holiday travel lodge for our next stay this summer because koa doesn’t have much to offer. In previous years it exceeded my expectations so not sure what changed.

The cabin was cozy, the grounds were well kept, and the bathrooms were clean. My family really enjoyed our stay!

I can not give a five on the account that i called with no answer sent a message no reply and informed staff that 752 was infested with ants and what looked like termites (or a flying insect) and they where inside the cabin in the couch in the kitchen area table drawers and along side the refrigerator. We noticed it second we arrived and all vacation we where the exterminators and it was not good

Not enough to do in the park for older kids. No pool. Need to do more acativies for campers during the week not just on holiday weekends. Camp ground was clean and quiet. Cabin was damaged and was not told about the damage before it was rented again. Were afraid that I was going to be charged for it. Your Koa is more for older folks not young families.

We'd booked this 8 person deluxe cabin for Memorial Day weekend 2023 during Memorial Day 2022. When you book like this in advance, you cannot predict the weather obviously. It was rainy and windy but we had a great time. Clean campground, clean bathrooms and toilets. Front desk was super friendly too. Loved our stay here!

The cabin we stayed in was fantastic and very clean, and it was so relaxing sitting outside on the patio deck. I highly recommend KOA VB….the KOA staff are awesome and the campground is so clean.

We had a wonderful stay! All staff were welcoming and helpful. Campground was very clean and the offered activities quite fun! Only issue we had is we thought we were booking at Adventure Works but really booked at the Adventure Park across the street instead. Maybe if you add KOA to the name of your adventure park it would help prevent confusion.

My son and I came to town for the Virginia Muddy Princess Race. This was the last cabin available. The cabin was nice and everything in working order. It was clean and the personnel we dealt with were professional, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this KOA!

Stayed in the Camping Cabin (Wooded), and was actually amazed how nice it was. We had AC, electric plugs, and room to move around and comfort of being out of the weather, but feeling the fresh air flow through when we opened the windows. Our patio area was spacious and had room to put up a hammock. Staff were friendly. I have to mention that the bathrooms were very clean and neat. Thank you!

The KOA is very nice and we enjoyed our Cabin. Check in was great. I should have questioned the fee. We booked for The Kids Camp buy Friday pay $20 for Saturday, I later discovered they had doubled the PRICE when you booked the promotion! Activities were not and when we ask for a list a female staff member gave us Attitude. When we left before 9 a.m. we couldn't find the key drop off.

Enjoyed Sat evening concert. Pool should have been open for a family themed weekend. Any Deluxe camping cabin with fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker should have flatware, plates and cups.

The grounds were beautiful and very clean. All the staff were very friendly, and helpful. Enjoyed their attention to detail. We all enjoyed our stay. 2 yr old - almost 70. Golf cart was also delightful. Hopefully will be back soon.

This was our second time staying at the Virginia Beach KOA, last year's experience was amazing but this year there was a kick ball tournament the same weekend that we were there for a cheerleading competition for our 8 year old daughter. The amount of partying and language that happened after the 11pm quiet hours was ridiculous, not sure if we will ever stay at KOA again

We came as locals to the KOA for the kickball tournament and had an absolute blast! The cabin was fantastic and worked well for us and our family visiting. Love the outdoor space. The only thing that would’ve made it better was if we could’ve been closer to our family rather than opposite sides but honestly wasn’t that big of a deal for us! Def would stay again!

Only reason not a five was that large group (kick ball) was there Fri-Sat who were a little noisy past 11:00 but not too bad. Thought that we paid almost an extra hundred for those two nights when we had the most sleep interruption of our stay. Not sure what you could do differently in that situation. Even though they were a little noisy late, for the most part they were very conscientious people.

Our stay was great. Everyone was friendly and we had a wonderful time. The only thing that we didn't enjoy was the blinds in our cabin we very finicky. Sometimes when we would have them open and pulled halfway up they would not go back down. Also the water was very touchy ... It would be really hot one second and then ice cold the next and it would repeat like that the entire time of our showers.

Pool was under construction, but otherwise it is a very nice KOA. Cabin was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Grounds are very nice . A lot of open space for kids and dogs. Close to VB

We had a great stay. The campground offered so much to do for our young grandson. We had a wonderful camping site and a cabin very near to us for our daughter’s family. The campground is very clean and inviting.

What a wonderful place to stay! The staff was so nice! Any time we needed anything they did their best to accommodate! Our neighbors were all great! They shower house was very clean and our cabin was also.

Super cool spot with lots to do. Only bad thing is that when we booked they never told us their pool would be out of commission. Didnt offer any better rate, hust told us too bad... we fo love the KOA juat lame service...
