Very well organized and clean camp ground. I was hoping to take advantage of some of the amentity's but ended up not staying as long as I predicted. I do love the Opportunity to come back and rent one of the cabins on site. What a wonderful opportunity for people that are not pulling RVs!

As always we love this campground. We have 2 trips planned for February and one in March. It’s so peaceful and just well managed!! It’s our favorite local KOA.

The staff was phenomenal, the grounds were simply beautiful well kept facilities clean, all visitors should be mindful that they play a pivotal part in the upkeep of the camp grounds as well. you guys ROCK!!!! all of the site I saw were pull through if which the staff escorts and see that you are good before leaving you

We made our reservation very last minute so maybe that is why our experience was not good. Our site was literally in the mud. Sites were muddy/dirty. We trekked mud all through our RV. So messy. First site they gave us the pedestal was so far from our hook up. We moved sites but still too muddy. Other sites around looked liked long term sites all eye sores. The price too high for what we got

We had to pay extra to feel comfortable during our stay. Our first sites were 264/265 surrounded by messy campsites nearby, bags of trash and leaves so high we couldnt even use our picnic table. We were offered other spots that were a little better but still same scenario. Tarps, trash etc. In order to have a better experience we paid an additional 101.00 dollars. It should have been complimentary

Our trip started off not the best. We were placed in the middle of seasonal or Full Time sites that were very unkept made us not even want to step out of the camper other than to leave. We upgraded our site to the more secluded concrete patio area which if we were placed in from the beginning would have had no issue with the stay. Recommend only offering that to nonseasonal to have people return.

I stayed the weekend after Thanksgiving because I was competing in a dog sport. The campground was clean, quiet, friendly. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to visit. Site was level and there was ample space to unhook my trailer and still have ample room to park.

Being a KOA site, I automatically thought we were staying at a 5 star facility. The campsite was adequate. Neighbors were friendly. The restrooms and showers were a huge disappointment. The toilets and showers were filthy. Never saw anyone cleaning or disinfecting anything. Not all showers had hot water. There was leftover sand in them from the summer. It is almost December.

1st stay, we were on a pull thru patio site near the pool. Very nice. We were able to meet real nice people in the same area. This stay, we were on site #41, also a pull thru patio site. When leaving, we couldn't pull out of the site with our 42' MH without destroying the landscaping. We had to back all the back down the road to pull out. It was just us and KOA staff in the area. WHY? Do Better!

This was our first stay at the VA Beach KOA (Thanksgiving week) and we were disappointed that there were no planned activities. Had a park and the little outdoor activity area which wasn't very much. RV sites were too close together, store had very little selection, but resort was clean, public restrooms were clean but not private and were tight fit. Need to have more activites.

I wish I could give this place 50 stars!!! Top notch stay!!! Everyone we came into contact with was welcoming, friendly, and eager to do whatever necessary to make our stay wonderful. Our site was clean and well-equipped. The whole campground was well taken care of. Well be back again!!!!

60 empty patio sites and 4 campers side by side one with yapping dogs at 6am. Campers did not have room to park their car at their own site. I do not understand parking a 39'Class A where tow car could not fit but park a travel van in a 60' site. I will think twice before returning. Please post my comments

Campgrounds were very well maintained, restrooms and bath houses were always clean, lots of fun stuff to do for the kids, and staff were always super friendly. Our daughter lives in the area, so we will definitely be back!

Very nice place and people bonus if you love military aircraft . They fly over often which I enjoy and it was rarely at night

The campsite was adequate for my needs for the most part, though it was annoying that the 30 amp at my site (255) did not work (luckily the 20 amp worked and I had an adapter with me and a 20 amp cord.) Also, I liked the pull-through spot but the port for the septic was waaaay too far away from my camper (I was towing my car with my Class C, but the site assumes that I was pulling a trailer)

The facilities were clean. The showers were odd. Hard to shower without getting your hair wet if you did not want to wash it.

We stayed for 7 months and had a great experience! The staff is friendly and the campground is well maintained. The weekend events were always great. A few downsides: The long-term area gets quite flooded after storms. Thankfully our site was ok, but other sites had a lot of standing water for days at a time. There is no bin in the long-term area to encourage dogowners to pick up after their pets.

This one is very hard for me. The grounds and the buildings were very nice. Employees were also very nice. The problem we had was the ground guys blowing the leaves and sticks at my rv. We all spend lots of money on our equipment and little care was taken by the grounds staff to protect people’s stuff. I understand they have a job to do. But there is other ways to go about it.

I love this place!!! Kids Friendly❤️There is a public shower also. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but we extended 1 more night.
