The pool is lovely and very clean. I would rate it was the BEST LANDSCAPE. Being a plant person, I was impressed with that. I love the "escort to site" feature. One concern was the area where you line up your camper to check in is very close to the pool. Some pool people were walking by our truck and between pool fence and I almost hit someone with my truck door. Store good.

The site was OK. The toilet and showers were clean. But the roads were very dusty and it was difficult to keep our trailer clean because of that. You should use some dust suppressant product to reduce this problem. It is my second time in KOA Virginia and I would reconsider other campgrounds if I comme back.

My main concern is roadway are to dusty. Not pleasent at all when you eating outsider and car or truck drive by it make a lot of dust. WE went to Manny others campground with no pavement and Thery you use different stuff and it is a lot les dusty.. others than that Everly thing was fine.

Beautiful place, friendly helpful staff. So quiet and peaceful. Our first KOA but definitely not our last! Thank you for a great mini-vacay!!!

Except for the constant walk through traffic in our site #133, it was excellent. Numerous times asking people not to walk their dogs next to our site when our dog was visibly upset from other pet owners bringing their pets to the fence.

We had a wonderful time at this Koa, as this was our first time ever coming to one. Very clean property and the immensities were great. The pools were amazing, 10 stars! The campers are friendly and nice. Just a wonderful experience that I can’t wait to come back.

Rv site area compare to the rest the park was unkepted. People storing alot stuff on their site makes it look trashy. Pet owners don't respect neighbors sites with nuisance dog barking. Can't enjoy peace and quiet. The gravel on roads create a lot of dust when vehicles pass. Not a five star maybe a three

Lovely and well maintained campground with lots of amenities. Bathroom were very clean. The only drawback was the constant jets flying directly overhead up until 10-11 pm.

enjoy the well shaded location which is an easy walk to the beach. Nice a quiet and very clean. super friendly staff. had an issue with the discounts listed on your hand-out. They came up with excuses to not honor the discounts or free items. my favorite place to stay when in the area. Thank you

We had a great time over our 2 day stay! The internet kept going in and out. Other than that it is a very nice campground. The camp store had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Every time we come to Virginia Beach we will definitely stay at the KOA.

This may very well be the best campground we’ve been to. The sites are beautiful, the bathhouses clean, the amenities had everything you needed with them instead of having to go to an office to ask for them. The pool has an extended season which was so nice for our April trip where we experienced some warm days. The staff were kind and customer service top notch. We WILL be back! Thank you!

Great campground! The staff is super friendly, the campground is well maintained and very clean. The bathrooms were always clean and plentiful. The sites didn't feel jammed on top of each other like a lot of campgrounds. We will definitely come back!

WiFi is inadequate and kept dropping out. Cable didn’t work. We forgot to report the cable and used our antenna and were able to get a few channels. Otherwise no complaints. Be prepared for jets to fly over every day. It didn’t bother me but may bother you.

Very, very clean facilities. Leval sites, just an all around clean happy place. There's something for everyone in the family.

Nice campground not far from the beach. Sites are mostly level and easy to get in and out. Although it was fairly busy when we were there, the campground is quiet and very clean There are some city sounds and airplanes from the Naval air base nearby but all in all, this is a great relaxing campground. This was our second time here and we're already thinking about our next stay.

Excellent and friendly staff. Wonderful amenities where the whole family can have fun. Convenient location and just an all around wonderful time. Will definitely be back and absolutely recommend!!

We could not use the bathroom or the showers near our campsite 255? Bc it smelled like sewage. There was something wrong with the pipes that the sewage fumes were coming back up through the shower drains and the bathroom drains. It was toxic to walk in there. After reporting to the front someone came and looked at it and then left, but nothing was done. The remainder of our stay it still stunk.

It was the nicest KOA that we have stayed at so far. Everyone was very nice and accommodating plus the park itself was very clean and well laid out

Loved it! We did hear a few jets but we are accustomed to it as we lived at the Va Beach Oceanfront a few years back. We didn’t notice the sound much when we were inside our camper. We will definitely stay here again.

The campground is well kept and maintained. There are 2 pools, and lazy river that we enjoyed. We has a premium site with a 2 person glider and table and 4 chairs. I highly recommend this campground with full hookups and plenty of things for the family to do!

Site super, très déçu que vous n’êtes pas capable de vous adapter pour les heures de piscine car du 12 au 18 avril 2026 la température était au dessus de 80° vous auriez pu la fermer plus tard que 17H00. Vous avez plein d'employés qui roulent très vite avec les voiturettes et qui font énormément de poussière. Pour le reste le site est très propre et bien entretenu

This KOA is only small dog friendly. The dog park is tiny and dogs are not allowed to run or be off leash. Another comment is the sewer hook up is too high.

Tout était parfait. Tout est extrêmement propre : les piscines, les installations sanitaires, les aires de jeu, etc. Le personnel est toujours prêt à nous aider et repond à nos demandes rapidement. Nous y retournerons certainement.

All went well. This KOA pats attention to detail. All of the little things are taken care of.. The pool water was warm as stated.

The sites were spacious and well maintained. Loved having a fire pit in the cement patio. The table and chairs that are on the site are way better than a picnic table. Very clean campground.

The site, #32, was extremely level. The shower rooms were always clean and well maintained. It would be nice to have a shelf to place my soap and shampoo while showering. The grounds are well maintained. The fact that each site has a concrete pad with 4 chairs & a table along with a firepit is great. The interior roads are bit narrow for a 45' Class A coach & make departing difficult.

AMAZING ! What a beautiful well kept campground. The entire place was spotless. The bathrooms were super clean and nice. The jump pillow was a hit w my grandkids. They loved the pickle ball too. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed using it to drive on the nice paved road and exploring the resort. This was our second visit and it was spectacular. The staff is amazing and kind and helpful and happy.

Quick, East check in. Staff checked us in and promptly fixed us to our spot, then made sure we were happy with it before leaving us to set up. Our family thoroughly enjoyed all the activities and amenities. Looking forward to our next stay.

Loved all of the amenities for the kids, pool being opened and heated was AWESOME. Did not like how we had to pay a 'lock in fee' when I reserved 2 sites, under the same name.. also the ladies at the front desk were not friendly at all & were very rude to our kids. I work in customer service, and there is nothing worse than going somewhere and having miserable rude people take care of you.

The “premium “ spots are right in the front where all the traffic is. My truck was hit by someone who never told me(I found the damage on the 2nd day). The cable signal was so weak it was useless. The water pressure barely let us shower. The internet went out for 2 or 3 days. The staff is excellent, professional and courteous. The grounds are very clean. $11 for wood? Next time (if there is on

Nice campground. Great for kids. Water pressure was awful. Took forever to get a sink ful. Even hard to brush teeth. Impossible to shower. 3 couples we were with said the same thing. Needs attention.

Our first time here we stayed in a 4 person cabin but found it to be too small for 2 adults and our 4 legged child (husky) - our second visit we decided to rent a 6 person cabin - though we can't figure out where 4 more people would sleep - there is a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and a livingroom/kitchen with a sleeper sofa (i would guess it to be a fullsize so big emough for 2 more people). The cabin was comfortable for us there was a bit more room since it was a handicap cabin (we aren't handicap- its the one they gave us). We had to becareful with where the shower head pointed or else the bathroom floor would get soaked. The cabin did not have any storage/dresser for clothes - just a small clothes rack to hang your clothes. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will be returning again in December- staying in the 8 person cabin this time.

Very nice KOA, close to very busy road and the flying pattern of the navy base. Coin laundry room. The first one we have seen this year. Asked for a late checkout due to working from the motorhome they said no problem there is no one coming in. I said thank you and she said 80$ and you can leave anytime you would like. Seems like there are different procedures for different KOAs?

We love this KOA. The cabins are clean and well maintained. The grounds are kept very nice. The amentities are top notch. The staff is wonderful. They have a shuttle that takes you to the beach and aquarium. The pool, lazy river and splash pad is great whether you are travelling with kids or not. Just a really nice place.
