We have stayed at this KOA several times. It’s always a pleasure staying there. It’s a good location with nice amenities and with very helpful and friendly staff.

A little tight for our 42 foot 5th wheel and truck. Nice campground. The sounds you hear are acorns falling from the Oak trees.

You have a very nice campground. I stay at KOA’s because I am looking for location to area attractions. You have that for sure. I don’t like how close and crowded the sites are to each other at most KOA’s. I thought that your showers are dated and need updating. I would not hesitate to stay in the park in the future

This KOA is the BEST! Very clean and well kept. Beautiful pool area, and multiple adult/kid outdoor game venues. Definitely big rig friendly, easy in/out and located in a great area of Virginia Beach with many restaurants, shops, and things to do.

The grounds crew took exceptional care of the entire campground. Most of the staff were also extraordinary.

Very well kept grounds and vacilities. Friendly, helpful staff. Loved our spacious lot with the paw pen. Made camping with my 3 dogs very enjoyable. The only complaint that I had was the firewood that is sold at the KOA store simply won't burn. My guess is it's not seasoned wood? Got some kiln-dried wood from Sam's Club and was finally able to burn it by mixing it in.

Very nice facility! Awesome pool and lazy river, lots of games and play areas. Big field to walk the dog. One of the nicest we have stayed at.

Perfect stay beautiful campground and convenient to the areas we wanted to see. Very clean - used the laundry facilities great, dog area perfect for our two schnauzers to walk

staff was awesome. that was the top thing about our stay. they picked up trash all day...and evening!! and were friendly every time we interacted with them! sites are roomy enough and well kept. we laughed at, but appreciated firewood delivery! thank you

The shower bench collapsed and ripped out of the wall when I sat down to get dressed. After calling the emergency number, no one came to our site to check if I was okay. They waited for me to show up at the office and barely seemed concerned, but they had an incident report ready to be filled out. Luckily, I only had a few bruises but I definitely feel that it could have been handled better.

During g our 26 yrs of motorhoming, we have used KOA campgrounds all across America & also Canada. They never disappoint & always maintain their standards. Example, most Canadian campgrounds only offer 30amp service while 50amp service is standard for KOA, a plus for our all electric coach.���

I’ve stayed at a lot of KOA campgrounds and I think this is the best one I’ve ever been to. It has a lot of good sites and a lot of things to do during your stay, they also have nice bathrooms and showers along with a well stocked store that doesn’t close at 4:00 like some others I’ve stayed at.

We stayed at this KOA and this one has been the best KOA we've stayed in this year. We are first time RVer's. The staff is very nice and accommodating, the pool area is outstanding and the campground is meticulously maintained. The camp store has just about everything you would ever need or forgot to bring with you. We will definitely stay her again on our next beach vacation. We were in site #34.

Everything in VA Beach is close to this KOA! The 500 sites are tight - reminds me of tailgating. All other sites are spacious. The whole location is well maintained. Rules are well adhered to and the staff is very active, accommodating, and available. We stayed in a premium site, which was very good, but did not have any trees. Next time, we'll know the layout. Recommended, for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay at this KOA! The campground was very clean, the staff were polite and helpful, and being escorted to our site made arrival easy and stress-free. The morning trash pickup was another great touch. Definitely one of the best campgrounds we’ve stayed at. We would absolutely stay again!

Very nice KOA. Enjoyed the pool and lazy river. The food trucks were great and the trolley to the beach was amazing. Would highly recommend this campground. Very friendly staff.

Absolutely the best. Clean grounds. Perfect accommodations for us as we have pets, the PAWPEN is wonderful, your own "Dog Park". Plus, the staff is spot on. Friendly and experienced. We just booked our first cabin for Thanksgiving to try it out. Thanks for everything. You are the best.

The park is very nice and great amenities as well as location to oceanfront. Very load road noise from General Booth blvd. Jet noise is deafening during the day until about 9 pm daily. There was a power outage that effected the pool, laundry and most of registration building that was inconvienent, People are great as well as overall facility.

Loved the paw pen for our dogs! Every KOA should have a few of them at their campground. The restrooms/shower facilities were close by at keep clean. Even though it was too cold when we stayed, the pool looked fantastic and we hope to utilize it when come back in the future during warmer weather.

Campground was clean, the lots were all well maintained and service was quick and courteous. The campground is close to shopping, gas and food as well as the boardwalk. Super easy after hours check in

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Months at Virginia Beach KOA, and We'd Do It Again We spent 152 days at the Virginia Beach KOA. That's about five months, so this isn't a weekend review. We got to know this place well, and it earned every star. The staff are phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and so accommodating. Whatever we needed, they found a way to make it happen, always with a smile. Over five months you really see who people are, and this team was consistently wonderful. There's always something to do. The activity calendar is packed, especially on weekends. Honestly, the hardest part was choosing what to do. Whether you're traveling with kids or just looking for some fun, you won't be bored. The park is immaculate. Grounds, sites, and common areas are kept spotless. The pool is beautifully maintained, and more importantly, it's a great place for families to gather, relax, and make memories. Management listens. This stood out to us. They welcome guest feedback and are always asking how they can make the experience better. You can tell they care about getting it right. The on-site store has you covered. It's fully stocked with almost anything you could need, which saves a lot of trips into town. Whether you're staying a few nights or a few months, the Virginia Beach KOA is a home away from home. We're grateful for our time here and can't recommend it enough. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special!

My husband and I arrived at the KOA campground in Va Beach on Saturday Oct 17 for a 3 night stay. We had planned on going to the Outer Banks on the 19th but Mother Nature had a different plan with a nor'eastr hitting the island. We were so happy we could stay at the Va Beach KOA till the 21st. They we very accommodating and it's a beautiful campground. We recommend it highly. *****
