it was nice to stay there our first time there the only thing was inside of the cabin they had spiders. It was not cleaned at all. My husband and I both had spider bites in our back. And of all the campgrounds we stay at this has never happened.

Wow la nouvelle zone piscine! Personnel très accueillant et courtois. Heures d'ouvertures du magasin très accomodantes. Belle cabin de luxe. Les améliorations apportées ces dernières années ont vraiment rehaussé l'expérience camping vacances. On a beaucoup aim� notre séjour.

We have stayed at Virginia Beack KOA for many years. We have a family tradition to book the July 4th week every year for the past 8 years. For some reason, this year the cabins were dirty. We saw more bugs inside the cabin than normal. My wife was the biggest roach she has seen in her life. The bathrooms were also not cleaned as often.

Last time we stayed, 5 Stars hands down. This time not so much. AC was hardly keeping up with the heat. 8 people in cabin. Went to get extra toilet paper, told one roll at a time. Men’s bathroom was not cleaned all week. Here’s the big one. Wi-Fi was garbage. No service all week. I asked about it. Told I had to call the third party service. This one kills me. Guys. You advertise it. You fix it

The cabin was clean and the bathrooms were kept up. We checked out at 8:45am the morning of our check out. We got two text and two calls asking when we were checking out. Apparently, housekeeping said we still had belongings at the cabin which wasn't true, we had taken all our stuff. Make sure that you review communication procedures with your front desk and housekeeping staff.

Cabins are getting run down. Floors are extremely dirty. Child's feet are black as coal just walking on them 1 minute or two. Drawers are broken apart. Can not use them. No shelf racks on refrigerator door.

Beautifully kept grounds and play areas . The pool is AMAZING! We stayed for July 4th and took trolley from campground to oceanfront almost every night. Staff is super helpful and kind! 5-STARS !!!!!

Nice campground. Great amenities. Friendly and professional staff. Six person cabin had 1 room ac unit in living room. No ac in bedrooms. It was very hot and uncomfortable. Had to buy fans to help circulate air. Ceiling fans did not help to circulate air. Maybe they are not set correctly. Fire pit too close to benches. Regardless, would stay again. In cooler weather. :) We had a blast.

We had a great time! Unsupervised littles and folks out of floats in the lazy river were a bit of a hazard, but the accommodations and customer service were wonderful. Loved the text updates about food trucks and fun events. Loved the location - close to everything, but still away from it all!

My wife and I love camping and the beach. So when we found the Virginia Beach KOA campground, we knew this would be the right place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The location, the staff, the accommodations and accessibility to the beach were spot on and we had an awesome time! Thank You so much for making our stay at KOA one to remember!!

We stayed from June 27 to June 30, 2024. Staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were excellent. Our grandchildren loved the pool, splash pad and lazy river. Some negatives were our cabin had a room air conditioner unit in the living room. The cold air did NOT reach the bedrooms. We bought fans to help circulate air. And the benches are right on top of the fire pit outside. Just too close.

Great stay at cabin in the woods. My whole family enyoyed so much. Bathrooms were very clean and many activities to do in the campground. We definitely coming back.

This KOA site has been improved a lot with a new playground and additional jumping pad. The trash was picked up behind our cabin this time. Last time I stayed here I filled a big bag with trash in the forested area behind our cabin. The deluxe cabins need warmer blankets. They're basically sheets. The WIFI is fairly slow but mostly workable. Bring your Roku or other device because the TVs are coaxial, not smart. No ovens. Leave your biscuits at home. Bring your own wood if you can. Small bundles are $10. Bring your own propane fuel because the camp store doesn't sell them and you'll need to head down to Walmart. Nice stay other than that.
