Loved our cabin location was awesome! Everyone is friendly, very helpful and constantly cleaning. They text me to let me know about things happening that day and what food trucks were there and times. We love VB KOA

. I have a few issues with the cabin, overall we had a great time. The pool and lazy river was the best. The good trucks were great also. We’ll be back!!!

Great place to stay. Large pools, pleasant staff, clean and lots of amenities. Only one complaint—most of the sites are of good size. Our site was narrow with a large tree and couldn’t open our awning all the way. Lots of pine cones falling on our trailer roof even at night. Hopefully no pine pitch to clean off later.

It was fun and relaxing but not without a few complaints. We stayed in a cabin. 1) was no a/c in the bunk room. My kids were pretty annoyed. Luckily I had a fan. 2) There wasn’t a lock on the bathroom door. That’s just weird! 3) We had no internet. We should’ve received a discount for this alone. I won’t book a cabin again. I may go back in a camper. Nice location and pool.

We had an issue with our cabin on the first night. (Ants). The staff was immediately responsive and sent someone out twice. They also followed up to check on us. The food trucks were really fun and the pool area is amazing! It’s the best KOA we have been to!

Everything was perfect! Our delux cabin was perfect for us, very comfortable and is location was super quiet (cabin 733). All the staff on the campgroung were so nice, impeccable customer service! If I can note 2 small negative points, the wifi really did not work well and we also had a small problem with the temperature of the water in our shower. But otherwise, we really loved everything!

The grandchildren thought the bounce Ballon was the best. The light inside the pool wiring was floating from it seemed to me a little dangerous we reported to pool attendant. The wifi connection was out which the children were not able to connect their games they bought. The park itself was clean. Neighbors beside us fought all night cursing and loud. Trolly was nice to access the beach.

Tout était super à part les fourmis dans le chalet. Nous avons perdu de la nourriture car les fourmis sont entrés dedans. Il y en en avait sur le comptoir, dans le micro-onde, dans la salle de bain, dans nos draps. Nous avons avisé le front desk mais tout ce qu'il y a eu d'installer sont des petites trappes qui n'ont rien changé. C'était très désagréable. Par contre, tout le reste était

The cabin remained hot even with people not in it and was told that it was because the number of people even though the cabin was for 8 people. When asked for toilet paper was only given 1 roll to be sufficient for 8 people, no one ever asked if more towels or toilet paper was needed.

We stayed in cabin 752. There is an ant issue and we all came home with ant bites from sleeping. Not happy about that. We have been coming for a few years now, this was our first time in a cabin and probably the last.

The campground is great for the kids. Many many many cockroaches in our Cabin. They told us they were water bugs, but we killed one and it was definitely a cockroach :( I will not go back but recommend to a friend with camper

Overall stay was good. Awesome to hear and see the aviation activity. We liked the lazy river. The center for activities looked cool. The bathrooms could have used more attention and the front desk staff could have been more friendly, in my opinion.

We drove from Indiana. Other than rain everyday the KOA was very accommodating. Pools , golf carts, all outdoor activities were nice and their communication daily were unexpected and a nice welcoming.

The cabine area is not good To close one on the other Dogs barking all the time We did not like our stay Ants in cabin The pool area is very nice and staff is very good I will leave a Google revew

there were a lot of ants in the children's bedroom and even in their mattresses. We mentioned the problem at reception, they sprayed an insecticide outside but no indoor trap was set up... and we had ants in the beds throughout our stay . On the other hand, the rest of the site was very clean and the employees very courteous.

Hot water in shower would not stay hot due to poor flow rate from shower head when I complained I got a shoulder shrug and was told to live with it. Not very professional. WiFi also sucked. Cabin was clean,

All the upgrades to the pool area and more are great! We love KOA VA BEACH. We will definitely be back.

With the amount of money it cost to stay here we shouldn’t have had to provide our own Floaties and renting a floaty isn’t a better option. The TV should’ve worked. The Internet should be capable of streaming that didn’t work either.. The community fire pit should be available year-round. The playground area. was like a swamp. All deluxe cabins should have cooktops and full refrigerators.

Facilities were amazing and we were very thankful for the AC in the cabin. The staff was helpful and friendly in every way. We already have a booking for next year but have upgraded to a deluxe cabin. Thanks for a great week.

Va Beach KOA was well done and taken care of. Great facility. We loved the pool and lazy river and the community space with plenty of seats for adults and kids activities to entertain them. They didn’t have a snack bar/restaurant, but they did have some type of food truck come every day which was nice.

It is not in any way refreshing to be on vacation and have to listen to the ladies in the store/registration each time talking badly about customers when they leave the store.This had happen each time I went into the store. When it rains our cabin area was flooded made it difficult to get to your car to bring the kids somewhere to still enjoy the vacation.been camping for 10 years not again at KOA

Very well please. The cabin better than the ocean front hotels. My only concern is pedestrian walking, riding bike (especially the kids) in the road.

Even though the weather was awful we still had an amazing time. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were always cleaning, organizing or helping someone. The only thing I didn't like was that guests were passing their bracelets through the pool fence to get other adults who may not have belonged there into the pool when it was already crowded on Saturday afternoon.

it was nice to stay there our first time there the only thing was inside of the cabin they had spiders. It was not cleaned at all. My husband and I both had spider bites in our back. And of all the campgrounds we stay at this has never happened.

This KOA site has been improved a lot with a new playground and additional jumping pad. The trash was picked up behind our cabin this time. Last time I stayed here I filled a big bag with trash in the forested area behind our cabin. The deluxe cabins need warmer blankets. They're basically sheets. The WIFI is fairly slow but mostly workable. Bring your Roku or other device because the TVs are coaxial, not smart. No ovens. Leave your biscuits at home. Bring your own wood if you can. Small bundles are $10. Bring your own propane fuel because the camp store doesn't sell them and you'll need to head down to Walmart. Nice stay other than that.
