Everything was really good even when the refrigerator was not working in the cabin they came right up with a new one and fixed it Adam who works. There was very helpful and even check the next day to make sure everything was good.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin for eight which was very nice two bedrooms one with a queen size bed, and one with two sets of bunkbeds and a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. The house had ample linens and blankets, but not enough dishwear. The Campground is clean and lots of playground activities. My one main complaint was the management of the more like the Gestapo especially one man! Rude!

Shower water was very hot. Needs to be regulated. Bathrooms could be cleaned more often, at busy times we had to wait for few minutes to use it. Guys at small store could be a little more friendly. We could definitely give it another try next year .

The cabin was so wonderful and clean and I love that the cabin have a gas grill. We enjoyed the live music on Saturday. We rented a golf cart and they made it so easy to get around!

I gave a 3 star because the dish rack was dirty, the propane tank was empty and there was not enough trash bags. $300+ per night is like paying a hotel in Time Square or DC, hence, it is important that the service is commensurate of the fee. Provide a sponge for washing dishes. Otherwise, all else was great. Thank you �

Nice cabin, grounds, and pool. First two days of the stay were very noisy, as nearby cabins hosting a large group were playing very loud music and karaoke all day long. It did not make our outdoor area enjoyable, as you couldn't hear or speak without yelling over the music and karaoke. We did have to kill a roach in the cabin bathroom during our stay, so that was a bit disturbing.

Campground was very clean and very quiet for as many people there. Very enjoyable stay. At times needed a few more bathrooms for the cabin and tent area.

Great location with a lot of fun amenities. The trolley makes it very easy to visit the beach without having to worry about parking. The park itself is very clean and family friendly. Great overall experience.

We stayed last year and couldn’t wait to return! Love it there! I do have one recommendation. Add hooks on cabins walls! Just to hang extra stuff ie. towels and bags… thanks!! Can’t wait to return!

Family trip to visit family in Virginia... we spent most of the time in the pool but that is why we call it a vacation. It would be nice to have a spectacular band for the pool area at a discounted rate. Last year the main bedroom was really hot, we brought a fan to blow the ac into the bedroom, it was much better this time.

We rented a cabin for three nights and had a fantastic time. We loved the pool and the very helpful staff.

Incredible stay. Camp store was amazing, pool clean and maintained, facilities clean, always staff available during times needed, fast service! We stayed in a camping cabin and will absolutely book again.

We had a large group of Girl Scouts stay at the VA Beach KOA. The campground was absolutely beautiful, the cabins were great, exactly what we needed. The bathhouses were nicely done, and Hope in the office was so great to work with.

Loved the 8-person cabin. It was very clean and comfortable. We arrived in 2 vehicles and there were 4 cabins in all in our area. We had cabin 752. Our last few days, there were 11 vehicles and no place for us to park. We had to carry our many belongings a long way to load up to leave. As far as the pool area, it was very clean and the water was great!

Good campground, a lot going on and a lot to do right in the vicinity. Sites were maintained and clean. Only downside was our cabin’s door was not properly closing and kept locking us out. Code kept changing randomly. Crew was very helpful trying to solve the issue.

Always a good day at KOA! Since 2010 or so, I have stayed over 10 times. I have brought multiple people there. I love the improvements in the pool area with the lazy river. I miss the activities that you used to have like tie dying shirts and such. Also, I look forward to upgrading of cabins as they are starting to get pretty old!

Very nice place to visit.. my family loved the pool.. the outside provided games and bounce areas was definitely a plus for the kids.. staff was amazing very friendly… definitely will recommend and will be returning.. thanks KOA!!!!!

This was the best camp ground I have ever been to! The cabin was excellent. The bathrooms on property were amazing. The amenities were exceptional. My only wish was there was a playground more suitable for toddlers. (smaller equipment with sand, not mulch, with fence would have been great) But we made it work. But with that being said, I hope to be able to come back next year,Thank you KOA staff

This was our first stay ever at a KOA and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we got there everyone was so nice and friendly. We had a tent site and with the rain over 2 days at our site Scott was so helpful with getting us a cabin upgrade so we wouldn't float away. We would like to thank everyone there for such a great experience we will be back and are excited to try other sites.

We stayed in a 5 person cabin it was a delight, clean and cool has everything we needed. Friendly and responsive crew on premises. Unfortunately weather was very soggy but we still made the best of our stay. They have a great pool area as well as a office/store that has anything you would need also washer and dryer by the office. Very clean and welcoming. Ive stayed before and will stay again. NY

The stay was great and the property was fun! The only thing is the bed bug situation in cabin 614 that made our week itchy. We reported to management and they took action and even refunded me for it. The staff is nice and I love the pool. You have everything you need at this place too. Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We switched our tent site to a cabin midway through the week because of heavy rain and bad weather, and they were more than willing to accommodate us. Highly recommend.

We stayed in a Delux Cabin. Everyone was extreamly friendly both during and prior to our stay. I had a lot of questions as we had never stayed at a KOA before, I sent an email and the response time was quick and all of my questions and more were answered. The KOA was very clean and there are so many activities for the kids.

The recent stay is not as good as before they put us in cabin 601 but they also have a tent site beside us and they are smoking weed and 3 cars parked more than 6 people in one site and they are taking loud as well so most of the time we just stayed in our cabin because the smell of the weed is so strong .Thanks

the service was excellent as always! love the new door keyless entry system! We left early on Sunday prior to seeing your notice so did not respond that we'd left; so maybe send notices the night prior to leaving so I could have responded as left approximately 6:45am and the office & housekeeping would have known and could do anything needed prior... Hannah suggested 'The Shack' - AWESOME!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Months at Virginia Beach KOA, and We'd Do It Again We spent 152 days at the Virginia Beach KOA. That's about five months, so this isn't a weekend review. We got to know this place well, and it earned every star. The staff are phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and so accommodating. Whatever we needed, they found a way to make it happen, always with a smile. Over five months you really see who people are, and this team was consistently wonderful. There's always something to do. The activity calendar is packed, especially on weekends. Honestly, the hardest part was choosing what to do. Whether you're traveling with kids or just looking for some fun, you won't be bored. The park is immaculate. Grounds, sites, and common areas are kept spotless. The pool is beautifully maintained, and more importantly, it's a great place for families to gather, relax, and make memories. Management listens. This stood out to us. They welcome guest feedback and are always asking how they can make the experience better. You can tell they care about getting it right. The on-site store has you covered. It's fully stocked with almost anything you could need, which saves a lot of trips into town. Whether you're staying a few nights or a few months, the Virginia Beach KOA is a home away from home. We're grateful for our time here and can't recommend it enough. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special!

My husband and I arrived at the KOA campground in Va Beach on Saturday Oct 17 for a 3 night stay. We had planned on going to the Outer Banks on the 19th but Mother Nature had a different plan with a nor'eastr hitting the island. We were so happy we could stay at the Va Beach KOA till the 21st. They we very accommodating and it's a beautiful campground. We recommend it highly. *****
