Cabin was a little smaller then I thought it would be. However, everything else was awesome. We didn't spend a ton of time in the room. One other thing, I wish there were charcoal grills at some of the cabins instead of gas.

We reserved the 4 entry cabins for our family vacation. Really enjoyed the stay. Convenient access to activities and shopping. Would have been nice if there was a group area there amongst the cabins. We set up a table and pop up for a communal area for our group. Cabins were well stocked, full size fridge a plus. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great from calling and making reservations to our stay. Cabin was clean and quiet. Grounds were clean and very well maintained pool's were clean and the lazy river was nice. We'll definitely stay again!!!

Everything went well. You need to upgrade the wifi on your property. Very slow or it would kick you off. It is almost useless most of the time we were there.

We love our stay at VB KOA! We come back every year and stay in a Deluxe Cabin. The staff is very helpful. I think that the check in and out process has gotten better and faster. It's nice being so close to some great local attractions. We look forward to coming back.

Rented a paw pen site. Large site, pen and patio. Did not have water off and on throughout visit because of park issues. Rented a deluxe cabin as well. Clean, but ant infested. On bed and in linens. Told the front desk and they said “ants are just part of it”. I don’t think ants should be in the beds, but this park does.

I was expecting 2 beds since it said the cabin was for 2-4 people. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable. The cabin was beautiful.

The cabin was a good space for our family of seven to stay. The linens were clean. The only issue was the water was unexpectedly tuned off the morning we were to check out so we were unable to wash the dishes we used. We received a notice shortly after experiencing no water that said it could take 20 min to an hour to restore. Thankfully no one was in the shower when it happened!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin that slept 6. The cabin was clean and ready when we arrived. The cabin had everything we needed and was thoughtfully designed. The amenities were fabulous My only recommendation is a slightly bigger trashcan with a LID to deter bugs. Also, it's important to know that the loft is only appropriate for young children as it is two cots on the floor and you cannot stand u

We had a great and relaxing stay. We have never stayed at KOA. We absolutely loved the basic cabins. They were a great size and we did make use of the AC & heat on different nights. Our kids loved our campsite and felt very safe and relaxed with plenty to do. The cabins were surrounded by trees which gave us a real camping feel and added to making the site so beautiful. We will be back soon!

As a "lifelong non-camper" it was fabulous! So many amenities, everything was family friendly and clean. The staff was super nice at every turn. We really enjoyed our little cabin and will definitely be back. Such a relaxing time!

It was a beautiful very well kept campground. We rented a Campsite and a cabin. It was very clean, the water was even soft! My hair felt amazing. The pool was warm. I liked how there was cover for the swings and benches around the property. The garbage pick up was so convenient. All of the workers were so kind. We had an amazing Spring Break! We stayed in a 4-person deluxe cabin that was SUPER clean! We loved grilling and making some small meals, but we LOVED the food trucks that were there for the holiday! Yum! My son tried everything! From giant chess, to the airplane playground, lazy river in the pool…but his favorite was the bounce pillow. The crafts, egg hunt, and petting zoo were a bonus!!

The lady that Checked me in was very helpful to me I didn't like the Cabin she gave me so I asked to be Switched to another Cabin it was a Holiday Weekend and they were booked but she kept Searching until she found a Cabin for me in a area I liked and did it with a Smile. I was a Happy Camper and really appreciated her going above and beyond we were in Cabin 726 and will be back

I have stayed at many koas as I am a member, but this particular one was exceptional especially for children. They have an incredible amount of areas to entertain the children, including the pool, that includes the lazy river, an area where they can jump on an inflatable rubber trampoline, and a game area. This KOA is somewhat large but very clean and well managed by the staff.

Nice place. I wanted to extend our stay in cabin 616, but found out right before checkout time we had to move to cabin 602.. and that was stressful, and no one ever checked into 616. Had to leave early because of bee infestation in 602. Still, a nice resort.

Our stay was awesome the cabin was clean and cozy it felt like home away from home. The pool was the best I really enjoyed the lazy river. My girls went zip lining and had the best time. The guides were the best patient and kind. The girls had a blast.

The Staff were very friendly and very welcoming The amenities were awesome. Cabins were clean and bathrooms were cleaned. I had a great two week stay. Even had visitors who enjoyed the pool and near by beaches.

The staff was great! Our cabin was nice. We booked an accessible cabin. Based on the pictures on the VA Beach KOA site, this included an accessible roll in shower. I have a degenerative neuro disease that prohibited stepping into the tub in this cabin. I was unable to bathe there. We were told that the only cabin on site with a roll in shower was 4 person, too small for our family!

Family of 3 + 1 dog stayed in a deluxe cabin for 3 nights/ 4 days very comfortably. Our bed was soft just like I like it. Plenty of pillows in our cabin. Campgrounds are clean and we'll maintained. Guest Services were always friendly and helpful. Must check out the zip lining that's right next door with a few minute peaceful walk (not on a main road so safe for small children to walk too!). We had a good stay. Only down fall, when we arrived 2 of the sheets were dirty. We got those replaced. The splash pad wasn’t open, it’s helpful for kids that don’t like the pool. We had a 2 year old that would enjoyed it, temps were 85. Staff was wonderful as always.

It was a wonderful stay. I informed when checking out the porch light was very Dim & the solar light on the cabin number was out. The only other thing was the obsessive amount of carpenter bees. But overall we enjoyed our weekend.

Our cabin was nice. The pool/lazy river/splash pad area Is very nice. There are tons of things to do.. a playground, jumping pillow, jumping pad, bike rentals , games, a dog park. The location is very good, It is close to lots of activities and the beach!!

Just spent 8 days there. We stayed in the basic cabin. The staff would clean the bathrooms multiple times a day. The entire campground was clean and well maintained. The pools were wonderful. Close to all the fun things to do. We loved watching the planes overhead. 10/10 would stay here again.

Nice and clean family friendly facility. Maintainance was ok but uneven. Toilet and shower facilities are better where the more expensive campers are.
