Great stay for members weekend. 3rd year doing it and I love that there was a movie night! All the food trucks were nice.

My family and I visit almost yearly to this campground. Both the adults and kids have a great time with all the amenities and entertainment. The grounds are clean and well taken care of. The cabins are perfect! We love everything about this campground and always look forward to coming back year after year.

Stayed in a clean AC cabin completely with a grill and firepit i just loved it. The campground was beautiful. The bathrooms were clean. The showers were close and the activities we're quite well planned out. I enjoyed the beautiful pools in vending trucks that served coffee in the morning and mexican food tacos at night. This place was one of the best Koas i've ever stayed at

What a wonderful relaxing week. We loved the lazy river. The cabin was beautiful. And had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable. The camp store had everything. Laundry room by camp store was great . We washed all of our clothes before we left. Night time by our campfire, was awesome. We can’t wait to plan another trip .

I appreciated my time at VB KOA, however, the showers were not satisfactory. Picture this scenario: after a day spent on the beach basking in the sun, returning to camp only to find that not single shower offers cold water. This issue has persisted for the past 5 years, making it quite challenging to endure showers with excessively hot water

It was awesome! My kids and I had a blast! The communication from the front office was awesome! We talked when we needed to and they continuously let us know about all the events going on. Plenty to do. My kids can't wait to go back!

We always enjoy our time here. We drive 6.5hrs to stay each time. We love the food trucks, live music, pool, cleanliness....the only thing i would change is allowing the dogs to use pocket park as a bathroom. just seeing the dogs peeing where kids and people are playing or walking barefoot.

We had an amazing time. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the toilet in our cabin. The staff responded right away and fixed it. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Another great experience. See you next year!!

We have always loved KOA's and the cabins allow us to stay regardless of our ability to tent camp, RV camp or stay in a cabin!

As a frequent KOA cabin guest, I was disappointed with this stay. The many rule changes were bit confusing, but my biggest concern was the cabin’s condition. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, the shower faucet needs repair, and the mattress definitely needs replacing.

Nice and cleam cabin that exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The next time I visit, I will be sure to take in some of the numerous events that were offered.

This was the best camping experience I’ve ever had. The site was clean And the staff was excellent (Andrew, Susie and Jake) just to name a few. Can’t wait to get back.

Hands down the absolute best campground I've ever experienced! From the cleanliness, the set-up, the amount of activities, the trolley access, and finally to the wonderful staff I give Va Beach KOA 10 stars and two thumbs up! We will definitely be back and can't wait!!

Really beautiful park with endless amenities! A family could easily vacation at this KOA & never leave it, or just take the handy shuttle! Nice pool, games, events, music, food trucks, friendly staff! Biggest complaint was condition & cleanliness of cabin. Would LOVE if there were open/occupied locks on the bathrooms!! Plus one bathroom door was extremely hard to close/lock. Otherwise great stay!!

The total stay was very good. We did have a problem with the microwave in the cabin. They did come out and check it out. They did give us a counter top microwave, but that took up the whole counter space. I called them and let them know that was not going to work, we did not have any counter space to do any cooking, not much space as it is. They came out the next day and replaced it with a new one

Very good time. Cabin very nice n worked well for the group. I only ask that they clean the fans n AC filters. Both were filthy. Large dust came off fans like rain, I asked twice for cleaning but no response. Otherwise very nice with plenty of things to do n Trolley to bch.

It is a beautiful campground, clean, well maintained, nice amenities. The cabin while it seemed clean had an awful smell. It smelled very musky and full of mildew. There was a faint smell of smoke also from a certain substance, but I don’t blame the park for the acts of a guest. In addition you can tell there was water damage on the floors since it is wavy and bumpy in spots.

We got bed bug bites and that was not pleasant. Other than that we had a great time. Also there is limited privacy, the cabins are very close to each other.

We enjoy this campground on every stay! Great outdoor activities for young & adult sized kids. Love the cabins! Staff is excellent and very friendly. Splash pad is the coolest! Arrrrgh!

It was super clean and peaceful. There was a decent of things for my daughter to do. The notifications about the food trucks were awesome. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The door sweep on my cabin, was nonexistent. Bugs could get in and cold could get out. I did enjoy the cabin though. There were quite a few doors on the brown bath/restroom building that were a pain to close and lock.

We just stayed in 5 different KOA campgrounds and this one was the best the cabin was in great shape and it was extremely clean the beds were beautifully made and John who showed us to our cabin was extremely helpful and so was the lady at the counter it's in a great location and the trolley was a huge perk for getting into Virginia Beach. We would definitely come back and stay here again

This was our 3rd time here. our stay was good except our air conditioner broke in the middle of the night so it was a very uncomfortable sleep They were prompt the next morning to fix it with no other issues. Another thing is we were hoping for more activities for the kids. When we stayed several years ago I believe they had a activity a night, but I guess now its only offered on the weekend

We stayed in a rustic cabin. By the weekend there was not enough parking spaces for two vehicles. At our cabin. The rustic cabin is essentially tent camping with AC. Thank goodness for that! The pool was absolutely amazing! The camp store great selection of items necessity and fun finds. We really enjoyed our stay only giving 4 stars because there was no common fenced area for dogs that we found.

Well maintained and great amenities. Kind and helpful staff. Bathrooms tended to get dirty quickly because guests were not at all careful to leave them close to how they found them. Would have liked to see some recycle bins.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Months at Virginia Beach KOA, and We'd Do It Again We spent 152 days at the Virginia Beach KOA. That's about five months, so this isn't a weekend review. We got to know this place well, and it earned every star. The staff are phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and so accommodating. Whatever we needed, they found a way to make it happen, always with a smile. Over five months you really see who people are, and this team was consistently wonderful. There's always something to do. The activity calendar is packed, especially on weekends. Honestly, the hardest part was choosing what to do. Whether you're traveling with kids or just looking for some fun, you won't be bored. The park is immaculate. Grounds, sites, and common areas are kept spotless. The pool is beautifully maintained, and more importantly, it's a great place for families to gather, relax, and make memories. Management listens. This stood out to us. They welcome guest feedback and are always asking how they can make the experience better. You can tell they care about getting it right. The on-site store has you covered. It's fully stocked with almost anything you could need, which saves a lot of trips into town. Whether you're staying a few nights or a few months, the Virginia Beach KOA is a home away from home. We're grateful for our time here and can't recommend it enough. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special!

My husband and I arrived at the KOA campground in Va Beach on Saturday Oct 17 for a 3 night stay. We had planned on going to the Outer Banks on the 19th but Mother Nature had a different plan with a nor'eastr hitting the island. We were so happy we could stay at the Va Beach KOA till the 21st. They we very accommodating and it's a beautiful campground. We recommend it highly. *****
