Courteous and friendly staff, very clean facility, wonderful, laundry room, lots of options for entertainment, pool playground, etc. Would highly recommend this campsite super clean

Quick, East check in. Staff checked us in and promptly fixed us to our spot, then made sure we were happy with it before leaving us to set up. Our family thoroughly enjoyed all the activities and amenities. Looking forward to our next stay.

Loved all of the amenities for the kids, pool being opened and heated was AWESOME. Did not like how we had to pay a 'lock in fee' when I reserved 2 sites, under the same name.. also the ladies at the front desk were not friendly at all & were very rude to our kids. I work in customer service, and there is nothing worse than going somewhere and having miserable rude people take care of you.

The “premium “ spots are right in the front where all the traffic is. My truck was hit by someone who never told me(I found the damage on the 2nd day). The cable signal was so weak it was useless. The water pressure barely let us shower. The internet went out for 2 or 3 days. The staff is excellent, professional and courteous. The grounds are very clean. $11 for wood? Next time (if there is on

Nice campground. Great for kids. Water pressure was awful. Took forever to get a sink ful. Even hard to brush teeth. Impossible to shower. 3 couples we were with said the same thing. Needs attention.

Sites are dirty and lack gravel and/or grass. Our site was low and muddy.

Our cabin was clean and all interactions with staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing and clean. We especially enjoyed that it was monitored by a staff member at all times.

Overall it is a very good campground with many new, upgraded, and very clean amenities. We were unhappy with the significant amount of road noise and sirens that could be heard from the sites near the main office, especially at night. In talking with other campers, this noise was much less in other areas of the campground. If we go back we'll certainly request a site father from the road.

We had the best time. We usually tent camp but we were unsure of the early April weather at the time of booking so we opted for a Deluxe Cabin. The cabin was clean, spacious and we loved being about to still enjoy all the camping fun. The staff at the KOA are so friendly and helpful. We come here at least once a year and it only seems to get better.

It was extremely crowded. Campsites were very close you didn't get the "camping feel" or any real privacy. There were also a lot of dogs which was just too stressful for my pup. We cut our stay by 2 days. Firewood was very expensive.

The best campground we’ve visited this year. From the moment we checked in, the people here were fantastic super friendly neighbors and helpful management. The pool is immaculate and served as our daily retreat it’s large enough that it never felt crowded. Everything is manicured and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Highly recommend if you're looking for a top tier experience."

The front staff is very good. The bath houses were very dirty. One had a clogged toilet for the whole day and night and was never fixed or cleaned. There were people pooping in pop up tents and dumping it near our camp site. The whole area reeked of poop. There was a man from the cabins adjacent to us walking his dog next to our camp site multiple times per day allowing it to poop and leaving it.

There were a lot of crane flys, the pool was good. We enjoyed the food truck Cluck Chicken. Kids loved the playground.

This was my first stay at a KOA and the confrontation mindset and poor customer service turned me off so much that I don't think I will ever try another KOA again. I also wasn't a fan of the layout. The most expensive sites are the concrete pads, which have no privacy or spacing between the sites. I can hear every word of every conversation from every neighbor. The other sites weren't any better.

The staff was very polite and helpful just like every other time we have been here . It’s very clean and well taken care of. Would highly recommend to stay here . Will definitely be back. Thanks to all the great staff

Very well kept, clean campground. Lots of things to do for the kids. My only wish is that the pool would have been opened for spring break. When we booked it said the pool opened 3/29, but that changed to April. We would definitely come back and stay again though!

Disappointed that construction was being done adjacent to our site. Was not made aware that would be happening nor even an apology for the disruption. Something like a reduced fee, free firewood would have at least acknowledged that you were sorry about the inconvenience

We absolutely LOVE the V.B. KOA !!! So much to do, huge outdoor activity center, nice large sites w/ shade trees, great location near the beach & shopping etc... awesome beach camping !!!

Our first time here we stayed in a 4 person cabin but found it to be too small for 2 adults and our 4 legged child (husky) - our second visit we decided to rent a 6 person cabin - though we can't figure out where 4 more people would sleep - there is a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and a livingroom/kitchen with a sleeper sofa (i would guess it to be a fullsize so big emough for 2 more people). The cabin was comfortable for us there was a bit more room since it was a handicap cabin (we aren't handicap- its the one they gave us). We had to becareful with where the shower head pointed or else the bathroom floor would get soaked. The cabin did not have any storage/dresser for clothes - just a small clothes rack to hang your clothes. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will be returning again in December- staying in the 8 person cabin this time.
