We had an amazing time. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the toilet in our cabin. The staff responded right away and fixed it. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Another great experience. See you next year!!

It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Your staff is nothing short of excellent. The facilities are exceptionally clean and the grounds are well maintained. My only helpful criticism is the mosquitoes were unbearable. Maybe if you can send one of those mosquitoe trucks that they use to spray your campground regularly. Maybe even install bat houses around the camps.

We have always loved KOA's and the cabins allow us to stay regardless of our ability to tent camp, RV camp or stay in a cabin!

As a frequent KOA cabin guest, I was disappointed with this stay. The many rule changes were bit confusing, but my biggest concern was the cabin’s condition. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, the shower faucet needs repair, and the mattress definitely needs replacing.

I enjoyed my stay but the mosquitoes are terrible. Everyone got ate up really bad. You all need to spray or something. I never had this happen in any Campground I’ve ever been to.

We have been booking the RV site at Virginia Beach KOA for the past 4 years and everything has been great with an exceptional staff. This year however the mosquitos and flies took over the entire stay. There is no way the grounds were treated for pests and bugs. We love to sit outside and enjoy the environment. This year it was not possible.

My main issue with this KOA was the lazy river. The concept is amazing but it is not controlled. Many Unsupervised children, like to dive under the floaters. I find this VERY dangerous. Children can get stuck under a floater and that could be catastrophic. I didn’t know there was a child under me until I was kicked and pushed because the floats weren’t fast enough for them. Our 3 night, 4 day stay was great! The staff was friendly and helpful, the grounds were very clean and the amenities were excellent. I loved the food truck options, the local band that played Saturday night and the pool the most. My kids loved the jumping pillows and playground. I would recommend this KOA and will also be staying in the future.

Nice and cleam cabin that exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The next time I visit, I will be sure to take in some of the numerous events that were offered.

This was the best camping experience I’ve ever had. The site was clean And the staff was excellent (Andrew, Susie and Jake) just to name a few. Can’t wait to get back.

10 years of absolute perfection. Always have a great stay!!! The campground is nicely located near shopping, restaurants, a good enough distance from the hustle and bustle of the "strip." The staff is always helpful and smiling. The grounds are exquisitely maintained. Planned activities, great full hookup services. We love, Love, love this campground.

We had an amazing time at Virginia Beach KOA. The campground was very clean. I appreciated all of the daily texts letting us know what was going on. The option of the shuttle service was nice. I would recommend more umbrellas at the pool to block the sun.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Virginia Beach KOA. The campground was very nice, had lots to offer and most importantly, the campground was very clean. The staff was super friendly.

great - love the activity areas, pools and overall the grounds; the lawn mower doesn't need to go up and down the dirt roads so much, the extra dust and leaving the mower deflector in the up position causes dirt and rocks to fly all over - I don't have damage, but did get hit; some sites need length restrictions on them, made it hard for us to get out

Was looking for lodging to attend the Billy Idol concert at Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater. Stayed at KOA Virginia Beach 5 days for what a 2 night hotel stay would have cost. We brought our granddaughter along and was joined by our son and his girlfriend, all of us enjoyed the pools and lazy river. They took his niece to all the activities and music. They rode the trolley to the beach!FUN

Hands down the absolute best campground I've ever experienced! From the cleanliness, the set-up, the amount of activities, the trolley access, and finally to the wonderful staff I give Va Beach KOA 10 stars and two thumbs up! We will definitely be back and can't wait!!

We had a lovely stay at the VA Beach KOA. Our site was clean and quiet, and plenty close to the pool, which is what we desired. All the staff we interacted with were extremely nice and as helpful as could be. If I had one thing I would suggest, it would be to make the lazy river a non-swimming area. Kids will pushing past and jumping from the sides makes it slightly less enjoyable.

Always a great place to visit. Always see KOA golf carts moving about, which indicates to us a preference for security and guest comfort. I would, though, set a procedure/policy for electric motorcycles. Noticed children running their machines at fast speeds through vacant campsites.

Our little ones had a blast at the pool and playground. The entire park was clean and staff were always friendly. 10/10

It was a VERY NICE campground!! Very clean. The staff there were very friendly and helpful as well!! With it being VERY hot we did spend alot of time in the pools!! We really enjoyed the lazy river we thought that was quite nice!! My only complaint with the lazy river is that its meant for tubess & floating not for kids to swim & push there way thru and swim under the tubes!! That's dangerous!!!

We had a wonderful time camping with our grandsons. It's been 5 yrs in a row now, & they love all the activities available, especially pickle ball, gaga ball, and the jumping pillow. They are requesting you bring back the water slide that was used while the pools were being renovated. It would be a great addition and could be located in the large field behind the pools, open just a few hrs a day.

Really beautiful park with endless amenities! A family could easily vacation at this KOA & never leave it, or just take the handy shuttle! Nice pool, games, events, music, food trucks, friendly staff! Biggest complaint was condition & cleanliness of cabin. Would LOVE if there were open/occupied locks on the bathrooms!! Plus one bathroom door was extremely hard to close/lock. Otherwise great stay!!

My wife and I had a great time at the VA Beach KOA, despite the "on and off" rain showers. This KOA goes out of its way to keep its patrons occupied with day activities for the children; food trucks for all; and live music for the adults. The campground is beautiful, well maintained, and the staff is superb. Highly recommended for families seeking adventure at a campground full of fun!

The total stay was very good. We did have a problem with the microwave in the cabin. They did come out and check it out. They did give us a counter top microwave, but that took up the whole counter space. I called them and let them know that was not going to work, we did not have any counter space to do any cooking, not much space as it is. They came out the next day and replaced it with a new one

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Months at Virginia Beach KOA, and We'd Do It Again We spent 152 days at the Virginia Beach KOA. That's about five months, so this isn't a weekend review. We got to know this place well, and it earned every star. The staff are phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and so accommodating. Whatever we needed, they found a way to make it happen, always with a smile. Over five months you really see who people are, and this team was consistently wonderful. There's always something to do. The activity calendar is packed, especially on weekends. Honestly, the hardest part was choosing what to do. Whether you're traveling with kids or just looking for some fun, you won't be bored. The park is immaculate. Grounds, sites, and common areas are kept spotless. The pool is beautifully maintained, and more importantly, it's a great place for families to gather, relax, and make memories. Management listens. This stood out to us. They welcome guest feedback and are always asking how they can make the experience better. You can tell they care about getting it right. The on-site store has you covered. It's fully stocked with almost anything you could need, which saves a lot of trips into town. Whether you're staying a few nights or a few months, the Virginia Beach KOA is a home away from home. We're grateful for our time here and can't recommend it enough. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special!

My husband and I arrived at the KOA campground in Va Beach on Saturday Oct 17 for a 3 night stay. We had planned on going to the Outer Banks on the 19th but Mother Nature had a different plan with a nor'eastr hitting the island. We were so happy we could stay at the Va Beach KOA till the 21st. They we very accommodating and it's a beautiful campground. We recommend it highly. *****
