We understood the pool was being redone but it was finished and they did not open it ? WIFI was awful and we have an extender also paid for the service for 7 days so we did not have to LOG IN Daily, very disappointing. over all the area is fantastic, beaches super clean and nice ppl at camp ground. pull thru nice and patio but rocks on pull out scary, also trees are leaning a bit, Good time tho.

Nous avons adoré la région c’était une première, le camping aussi mais nous aurions aimer un léger dédommagement pour le non fonctionnement de la piscine pour cette période de canicule nous sommes vraiment déçu de votre oublie de dédommager les gens pour ce manque majeur durant cette chaude période, beaucoup de courriel d’excuses mais pas de geste concrets ���� quelques billets

Probably the nicest KOA we have ever stayed at. Staff was amazing, beautiful sites, lots to do. Overall it was a wonderful experience, we will be back!

Site 237 (where we stayed) was a mud pit after a night of rain. We reported the problem but was unresolved by the time we left 2 days later.Needs gravel added to that site dedperstely .Staff was amazing!! Both in the store and around camp.Enjoyed the concert and will be back when the pool opens!!

Very nice but the pull through was very tight for my truck and camper. not much parking space.

We had a great time both around the Virginia Beach area as well as the campground. When we first arrived and checked in the staff at the desk as well as Andrew the person who took us to our site were all top notch. My only suggestion is look at putting a mirror in the single shower areas that do not open into the bathroom.

The stay was great. The staff was excellent. Was a bit disappointed the pool was not completed yet. It does look like it is going to be fantastic! Unfortunately we did have a few rainy days on our stay but sometimes that happens. The bathrooms are cleaned often.

The campground was great and they were great at service bringing wood and ice and taking the trash. I would just recommend more bath rooms as there was a lot of waiting for the restroom And showers since there weren’t enough. There was an amazing shuttle that took us to the beach. The only other thing is we should have gotten a discount since the pool was out of service which was a bummer!

The grounds were beautiful, the cabins were cozy, wifi was convenient and the bathroom/showers were nice and spacious!

We liked this KOA. We appreciate that it is well kept. We really enjoyed the patio site. The only thing we didn't like was the laundry room hours opening too late and closing too early.

Très beau séjour mais décevant de ne pas avoir pu utiliser les piscines. Beaucoup de sites vides. Du jamais vu. Nous avions complété notre réservation à l'été 2022 afin d'être assuré d'avoir le terrain 135. Lorsque nous avons été avisé au sujet des piscines, il était trop tard pour réserver ailleurs avec les mêmes dates Conclusion: Nous aurions apprécié un escompte d'au moins

The Pool was not ready for mid summer. It was very warm so to pay the premium rates it wasn’t worth it. The shower house was very nice and great pressure. Having transit come to the campground was a plus as it was sure cheaper $9.00 for 2 adults to use an all day pass compared to trying to find parking at the beach. Food trucks was something I haven’t seen at a KOA, so very nice.

The location was clean, fun, and with lots of activities for kids. The staff that checked us in were wonderful! I believe it was Shaun who was very sweet.

We loved the KOA! It was our first time staying here and compared to fancy hotels I will always continue to glamp with the kids. They had such a great time! The cabin was clean, however we did deal with some ants in the top bunk bed where my son slept. The kids ended up sharing the bottom bunk to sleep. The bed linens could have been cleaner, hair.Mattress could use updating. Overall great time!

The campground itself we give 5 stars but we rated 4 due to the people in the cabin next to us smoked pot after dark and we weren't able to enjoy sitting outside much.

It was great. My family got together for a week vacation. We love the campground. The plan is to do it again next year. The is the perfect place to get together and have fun. The location near the beach is a plus.

The deluxe cabins are just great ��� It was very clean and the back patio for a quiet time and lunch was perfect � If i would have to say if something was missing in the cabin……a water hose outside would have been great for rinsing our stuff after a long day at the beach. But overall i will recommand the place to everybody who is looking to have good time �����

Very clean. A great spot not far from the beach. Will go back next year once the pool is open. Would have been a 5 star except for the pool being under construction during the hottest part of the summer.

Very nice place! Just wish they could have accommodated my family of four with discounted tickets to a Waterpark considering the pool was under construction.

I really love staying at the VB KOA Holiday. The staff is truly one of a kind. They always treat my family as family. Mr. Andrew, Mrs. Kim, Ms. Michelle, Ms. Lisa, Mr. Spencer, Mr. Matt, and Mr. Isiah have treated my whole family above and beyond. I love all the activities provided. The Wedgie, free ice cream, and the arts and crafts.

We visited in August 2023 when they were just redoing the pool. Staff is friendly and there's activities to keep the kids busy. This location is right next to a Wawa and Air Force field (keep this in mind for the noise and any pets sensitive to noise). Beach nearby wasn't anything special but there's an aquarium and museums if that's your thing. Wish laundry didn't close so early 😞 Note: DO NOT PURCHASE THE WIFI - it is absolutely garbage. Wasted $20.

Stayed for a few nights in an RV site. Staff was friendly. Nice campground. Happy to have the pool open in late Sept. Band and food truck on Saturday night was great. Would definitely return.

The KOA is overall very nice like most KOAs. Our cabin was clean, did show a tad bit of wear. However, the A/C Unit in the master bedroom of unit 726 sounds like a jet engine, and makes sleeping tough. The others inside are quiet. The kitchen didn't have a can opener, luckily family was close by and I could borrow one. Cable hookups are in the master bedroom, but no TV. Family traveling with us didn't have bikes, so they drove to the food truck at the entrance an pulled in an out-of-the-way spot so we could sit and eat in the nice public picnic area KOA provides, but the KOA police interrupted our dinner and had my cousin move his vehicle. Since the only parking is for 10 min registration, we had to pack up dinner and return to camp. The store closes a bit too early. There is a drive to the ocean, but we knew that. WiFi not so great at the campsites, but the cabin was fine. Lastly, I find that most KOAs lack lighting for night time walking and biking. This one is no exception. All in all, it was nice and I'd stay again. I'd just remember what to bring from home that wasn't supplied.
