The staff was phenomenal, the grounds were simply beautiful well kept facilities clean, all visitors should be mindful that they play a pivotal part in the upkeep of the camp grounds as well. you guys ROCK!!!! all of the site I saw were pull through if which the staff escorts and see that you are good before leaving you

We made our reservation very last minute so maybe that is why our experience was not good. Our site was literally in the mud. Sites were muddy/dirty. We trekked mud all through our RV. So messy. First site they gave us the pedestal was so far from our hook up. We moved sites but still too muddy. Other sites around looked liked long term sites all eye sores. The price too high for what we got

We had to pay extra to feel comfortable during our stay. Our first sites were 264/265 surrounded by messy campsites nearby, bags of trash and leaves so high we couldnt even use our picnic table. We were offered other spots that were a little better but still same scenario. Tarps, trash etc. In order to have a better experience we paid an additional 101.00 dollars. It should have been complimentary

Only thing would be to have more garbage bags in cabins for longer stays. Campground is great and can’t wait to some back.

I’ll have to say I was a little disappointed when I first got there, but shortly afterwards I began to love the place. So friendly and comfortable with the people and the place. I never felt like that after my first reaction. By the end of my stay, I didn’t want to leave. Seriously, I really mean that! Enjoy your stay here just like I did.

First visit but certainly not our last. Cabin was extremely clean. All staff very pleasant and helpful. Store nicely stocked with any necessary items and convenient to many restaurants and larger stores if necessary.

Our deluxe cabin was not. There's a serious lack of heat available for cold temps. Only two small base board heaters that do not put sufficient heat. We only stayed one of our two nights because my entire family froze during the first night. We were forced to go out to eat for breakfast because there was no stove top. Not much of a deluxe kitchen. Keurig was dirty and did not work properly.

Lost cable tv 2 or 4 days. Internet had issues the 2 day as well.

Our trip started off not the best. We were placed in the middle of seasonal or Full Time sites that were very unkept made us not even want to step out of the camper other than to leave. We upgraded our site to the more secluded concrete patio area which if we were placed in from the beginning would have had no issue with the stay. Recommend only offering that to nonseasonal to have people return.

I stayed the weekend after Thanksgiving because I was competing in a dog sport. The campground was clean, quiet, friendly. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to visit. Site was level and there was ample space to unhook my trailer and still have ample room to park.

Bathrooms were filthy and NOT heated as advertised. Water was barely warm enough for a shower. Only 4 shower/ toilet combos open for a fairly crowded camping area. It was ridiculous! Stayed there at Christmas last year and pipes froze. Staff was rude at that time. Emailed owner and he NEVER responded!

Being a KOA site, I automatically thought we were staying at a 5 star facility. The campsite was adequate. Neighbors were friendly. The restrooms and showers were a huge disappointment. The toilets and showers were filthy. Never saw anyone cleaning or disinfecting anything. Not all showers had hot water. There was leftover sand in them from the summer. It is almost December.

1st stay, we were on a pull thru patio site near the pool. Very nice. We were able to meet real nice people in the same area. This stay, we were on site #41, also a pull thru patio site. When leaving, we couldn't pull out of the site with our 42' MH without destroying the landscaping. We had to back all the back down the road to pull out. It was just us and KOA staff in the area. WHY? Do Better!

The KOA staff have been wonderful. The campground is very nice and clean. We have stayed in a cabin twice this year, however, we are undecided on returning for another long trip because the beds have been incredibly uncomfortable to sleep in. This stay our bed made such a loud crunching noise with every movement in addition to being uncomfortable that I moved to a bunk. Very disappointed in that.

This was our first stay at the VA Beach KOA (Thanksgiving week) and we were disappointed that there were no planned activities. Had a park and the little outdoor activity area which wasn't very much. RV sites were too close together, store had very little selection, but resort was clean, public restrooms were clean but not private and were tight fit. Need to have more activites.

I wish I could give this place 50 stars!!! Top notch stay!!! Everyone we came into contact with was welcoming, friendly, and eager to do whatever necessary to make our stay wonderful. Our site was clean and well-equipped. The whole campground was well taken care of. Well be back again!!!!

I loved my cabin in the woods. Everything was wonderful! The bathrooms were close and clean and when I indicated that my porch light was dim, a replacement was there before I got back. A total delight. I will definitely stay again.

We had a really nice time and I loved seeing the changing of the leaves and the lovely pinecones I actually had to send some home. They were so pretty. We flew so, I had no way to put them in my suitcase haha. The campsite was clean and well kept up with a lot of amenities. Go and have fun.

I love this place!!! Kids Friendly❤️There is a public shower also. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but we extended 1 more night.

We have been staying here for the past 3 years and watched the campground evolve from being ok to awesome. It is well taken care of and many upgrades in the past year from the new pool, playground, landscaping, bathhouse updates and new pavement have really added to the beauty and camping experience. The general manager Kieth's passion and enthusiasm to make your camping experience a great one really shows.
