I was very displeased with the quality of the Cabin especially at the price per night. The bathroom was infected with mold severely, I didn’t even use the shower head because it was contaminated with visible black gunk mold. The cabin also had a roach infestation the small German cockroaches, I was so stressed I would bring one back home ended up leaving our things in my car. It was disgusting.

I got bitten by bed bugs or fleas we bought bug spray and sprayed two nights but two of us still got �it we seen small black bugs jumping on us

Overall campground was very nice. Good activities, food trucks, friendly staff. Trolley service was great value! Numerous campsites in campground in complete disarray, junk all over!

We had an amazing time, facilities are clean, grounds well kept, dog sites are amazing, staff is so friendly. 100% recommend. Our toddler daughter loved the fighter jet playground and jump pads.

We had so much fun! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The cabin was clean. We rented a golf cart for one of the days and it was so worth it. The pool and lazy river were great.

Internal cabin and surrounding grounds were covered with ants. They were in the beds, counters and floors, garbage and food. We notified staff who provided spray and changed linens. Neighbors loud after hours-children did not sleep (too close). We do not recommend the KOA cabins. Despite the busy facilities, they staff remained genuinely helpful, answering questions and offering asistance.

I rate Kamp 6.8/10. We stayed at cabin 610. The grounds are meticulously kept, staff are welcoming, and bathrooms are spotless. However, ants infested the cabin, restrooms and showers were stiflingly hot with exhaust fans that wouldn’t stay on, the cabin door was disturbingly loud, and the bed’s relentless squeaking disrupted everyone’s sleep with every turn. Everything was great. Considering the amount of campers that were there, all the facilities were clean. Only thing that was missing was some type of water access for the camping cabins.

I enjoyed my stay but not the site I stayed as there was no grass by the picnic table we stayed at. The heavy rain muddied everything including the floor mat and our shoes on it during our stay and also my electric bike.

My family absolutely loved Virginia Beach KOA. the amenities were great and the staff were wonderful. I could not rate a 5 because on the day it rained really hard our site(359) had flooded and ruined a lot of our belonging that were outside. we had about 8 inches of rain sitting right outside our door. When we looked around no one else’s site looked to be flooded like ours.

We enjoyed our time in the cabin. It could use an additional air conditioner. The campground was well staffed and appreciated the being shown the way to the cabin at check-in.

People were very loud late at night/early morning. There was a dog barking constantly. Just not a good experience. I thought people were to be quite after a certain hour. They were up around 3/4 in the morning being very loud. Won't be staying again that's for sure

Please provide trash bags. Also, please be upfront with your price. You charged me a extra $28 fee for keeping two tent sites together, I think that is a rip off. Also, the drinking water provided needs to have a drainage of some sort. Overall, it is a very nice place.

Staff at store were very polite and informative, (shout out to Elle at check in for being awesome) , clean bathrooms with hot showers. Enjoyed my two nights there, would go again!

We had a wonderful time! Our site was level. All the employees were friendly and helpful. The pool area and bathrooms were spotless as well as the whole campground. We felt very safe. There were employees available if needed. Before we left, we were planning on trip back!

This is the best campground we have ever stayed at. Everything is so beautiful and clean. The pool was so much fun along with all the playground and activities. The staff was very professional and friendly. We love it and plan on coming back again and again.

We had a great stay. The grounds, bathrooms and amenities were all clean and well kept. We always appreciate how visible the staff is at this KOA. This was our third visit total and second this summer. The location is great for a variety of activities around VA Beach.

The office staff is miserable and not friendly at all. No smiles. No nice greetings. No info on activities, vendors, music, food, trolley, etc…. I walked out of there after check in with a low vibe about this campground. Most campgrounds strive to create happy chill vibes and make you feel great about spending time there. We ended up checking out 2 days early.

The staff is very warm and welcoming. We stayed in the 30 Amp Pull Trough. These spots, at $90 a day, are neglected and are in need of grounds maintenance If you can pay the $130 a day price, the park is pristine. There are only 4 toilets for each bath house and they are not cleaned enough. Very pleasant place, quiet even though busy. WIFI is adequate. Would stay again.

Our first time here we stayed in a 4 person cabin but found it to be too small for 2 adults and our 4 legged child (husky) - our second visit we decided to rent a 6 person cabin - though we can't figure out where 4 more people would sleep - there is a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and a livingroom/kitchen with a sleeper sofa (i would guess it to be a fullsize so big emough for 2 more people). The cabin was comfortable for us there was a bit more room since it was a handicap cabin (we aren't handicap- its the one they gave us). We had to becareful with where the shower head pointed or else the bathroom floor would get soaked. The cabin did not have any storage/dresser for clothes - just a small clothes rack to hang your clothes. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will be returning again in December- staying in the 8 person cabin this time.

Very nice KOA, close to very busy road and the flying pattern of the navy base. Coin laundry room. The first one we have seen this year. Asked for a late checkout due to working from the motorhome they said no problem there is no one coming in. I said thank you and she said 80$ and you can leave anytime you would like. Seems like there are different procedures for different KOAs?

We love this KOA. The cabins are clean and well maintained. The grounds are kept very nice. The amentities are top notch. The staff is wonderful. They have a shuttle that takes you to the beach and aquarium. The pool, lazy river and splash pad is great whether you are travelling with kids or not. Just a really nice place.
