Super Great Facility!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The park is clean and full of trees and greenery. There are numerous amenities, scheduled activities and events for all ages, with email notifications to help knowing what's taking place in the park. I won't hesitate to book another stay in the future.

We stayed during the Virginia Beach Funkfest. What a great time. The Campground was full of friendly and lively Rvers. My site was level and met my needs for a 4 night stay.

Our site was too small and too many tree roots. We weren't even able to open our awning because of how small the site was. Other than that we loved it here. Every employee was very nice. The place was immaculate. There were a lot of activities to have fun. We especially loved the two pools and the lazy river. The jumping pillow was a huge hit with our 7 year old grandson.

We have stayed at this campground numerous times. The staff has always been helpful and never a problem with the RV spots. Any dissatisfaction has come from the cabin experiences. I would not recommend the cabins as they are getting run down, ill kept and problematic.

From the moment of registration throughout the entire weekend, the staff was kind, friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean and the campground was well maintained. The food trucks were an added bonus. The pool and lazy river was a really good added attraction.

Awesome campground! Sites were well kept, bathrooms clean and plentiful, and the pool and playground were amazing. The cheap trolley to the beach was a great surprise. Loved the paved roads and attentive staff. All campgrounds should model themselves after this one. Can’t wait to return next summer!

What a beautiful park! The grounds are so well kept! The pocket park and pool are stunning with great location. The trees and privacy of the campground is one of a kind with only a trolly ride away from the hustle and bustle of Virginia Beach. Management and all staff go above and beyond to accommodate! 10/10!

I was placed in a small site for my 43-44 ft motorhome. The site was suppose to be gravel but there was very little gravel and a lot of soft mud. The I guest permanent resident are not monitored for a nice presentable site. Made the KOA look more like a trailer park. I have been at a lot of KOAs but this was the worst.

Very pleased with the campground over-all... just think the showers could improve.. Showers like the gym has maybe. Something more up to date. They have a mildew smell.

Absolutely love this place!!! This was my 2nd time coming. Ended up getting the same exact site as the first time! Everything and everyone was great! Going to be coming here more often!

We had a fantastic time at this KOA if there was anything to improve on would be the noise level at the cut off time 11 PM. I think there should not be a timeframe when it comes to that because loud very loud noise can happen at 9 PM so disturbing that you can’t sit outside your campermusic blasting where you hear it. It from four or five campers down. Louis level should be based on maybe measur

The campground was very well maintained and very clean. The two pools plus the lazy river were very enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The activity areas including the two bouncing pillows were a big hit.

I’ve stayed many times, it’s a great campground. Everyone is pleasant and accommodating. Would recommend going. So much for kids to do. Love the lazy river and pools, that’s my favorite.

The location is the best. Minutes from the beach, shopping, and dining. The grounds were well kept and we liked that the store was open later than most campgrounds we stayed at.

The campground facilities are fantastic, as are the staff. But I was given what is probably the smallest camping space in the entire place for a two-week stay (spot 234). Putting my awning out the entire way encroached on my neighbors and there really was not enough room for both the picnic table and the fire pit. Perhaps it was because I opted for a great 30% off deal for my stay....

The best campground we have stayed at so far. Great pool area and the boy loved the playground. Friendly staff and they were good enough to give a refund with the tropical storm causing some heavy winds. Would definitely visit again.

Had a great time. It was nice to have an escort to our campsite. The staff was wonderful. Campground was clean and is near the Virginia Beach boardwalk and beach area. The trolley was an easy way to get there. Enjoyed the pools and lazy river, the entertainment was fantastic and the food trucks were a nice change of pace for the day. Look forward to camping there again.

This is one of my favorite campgrounds! There is plenty to do and activities for the kids! We had a cabin this time and it was perfect for our little family. I had the best night sleep!

Our first time here we stayed in a 4 person cabin but found it to be too small for 2 adults and our 4 legged child (husky) - our second visit we decided to rent a 6 person cabin - though we can't figure out where 4 more people would sleep - there is a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and a livingroom/kitchen with a sleeper sofa (i would guess it to be a fullsize so big emough for 2 more people). The cabin was comfortable for us there was a bit more room since it was a handicap cabin (we aren't handicap- its the one they gave us). We had to becareful with where the shower head pointed or else the bathroom floor would get soaked. The cabin did not have any storage/dresser for clothes - just a small clothes rack to hang your clothes. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will be returning again in December- staying in the 8 person cabin this time.

Very nice KOA, close to very busy road and the flying pattern of the navy base. Coin laundry room. The first one we have seen this year. Asked for a late checkout due to working from the motorhome they said no problem there is no one coming in. I said thank you and she said 80$ and you can leave anytime you would like. Seems like there are different procedures for different KOAs?

We love this KOA. The cabins are clean and well maintained. The grounds are kept very nice. The amentities are top notch. The staff is wonderful. They have a shuttle that takes you to the beach and aquarium. The pool, lazy river and splash pad is great whether you are travelling with kids or not. Just a really nice place.
