This was our third year. Prior to this year we had cabins that slept at least six. Which was much better. This year we had one that slept four. Three adults and a dog. Too small. It would have been fine for two. We booked very late for the dates we wanted to be there. We will know better for the next trip. Reserve early!

We stayed in a camping cabin and it’s exactly what you would expect. The bathrooms are exceptionally well kept considering the number of people using them. Probably the cleanest bathrooms I’ve ever seen at a campground and I’ve been to a few. The staff are very friendly and it is a great place to bring children.

We have stayed at the KOA two times and both times we have enjoyed ourselves. It’s beautiful, clean, tons of stuff to do and staff are very helpful and friendly.

We had a much better experience this year than a previous visit. Every single worker we encountered was so friendly and helpful. The bus is amazing, so many things for the kids of all ages to do. The pool was clean and well kept. Some of the bathrooms could use a bit of work but it seems that is in the plans as some were under reno so no deductions for that. We didnt want to come home!

We had a great time! Wonderful camp ground for kids. So many activities and the pool area was great! Have the shuttle come into the camp ground was amazing! We saved so much on fuel.

We stayed in the gravel sites, 255 which was level and offered a little space on the patio side with a picnic table and fire pit. Site had good shade. We weren’t far from the shower and bath house which had clean showers and bathrooms. Amenities are awesome with pools and plenty of games to play. Trolley comes often to take you to Virginia Beach and 2 other destinations- we didn’t use the trol

Splendid! So much fun. The kids had a blast and we had a blast. So much to do at the campground and very close to the campground. Jake was wonderful and helpful. Golf cart rental was a lot of fun. Family oriented. Place was packed, but you hardly realized since there is so much space and so many activities. No riffraff at this KOA.

We had such a great time! Everything was clean and the staff was absolutely wonderful. You all have the best staff at any camp resort we have ever visited. In addition, my kids loved all of the amenities at the resort. A few suggestions, our cabins shower nozzle was broken and it was very hard to adjust the temperature of the shower. Also, the pull out couch really needed to be replaced.(715)

I really enjoyed my stay there. I loved the convenience of having my e-bike, due to everything I needed being in this KOA’s proximity. The jet noise takes a little getting used to again, but that’s Virginia Beach �.

Love the place and proximity to the beach. Only criticism is the bed linens and towels in the cabins are worn out.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin for a few days. Lodging was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely stay here again.

in a tent for my stay, put in the field with NO SHADE during a heat wave. all other tents after my arrival were put in shade, my tent was over 100 degrees every day. by Monday night I had a heat stroke and almost passed out, called the next morning to m about my spot and the manager was so incredibly Rude towards me. And when I was packing up none of your staff stopped to ask if I needed help

The amenities and the location were wonderful. Facilities were clean. My only disappointment is how close campsites are to one another. We had a tent and our site was basically in a field. Just wide open with no privacy or nature to enjoy.

LOVE this campground!! Very clean and staff are super friendly. Only suggestion I would make is to add shelves inside the shower so don’t have to keep reaching outside the curtain for soap & shampoo you have to leave on the seat. Otherwise this place is fantastic

I will stay here AGAIN AND AGAIN. Great location the PLANES so much fun laying in the pool watching them go over. Everyone is so friendly. The trolly was CLUTCH. Thank you for a wonderful first time experience in VB!!

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The cabin was quiet considering it was upfront. Very clean cabin and campground. The only downfall was where the lamps above the bed were located. We kept hitting our heads on them. Might consider moving them to the sides of the bed on the walls. But other than that great stay and we will return. Thanks for the mini vacation. Lazy river, worth it.

The men and women restrooms have a horrible smell. We go to other KOA’s and do not experience this odor. The restrooms are clean but the odor is awful,

We enjoyed our first stay at the VB KOA. The pool area was very nice, bathroom facilities were clean and conveniently located. Our only criticism is that we couldn’t pick the site for our 7-night stay, so we wrote in a request for a shaded site. Sadly, we were told at check in that our request could not be accommodated, although there were several shaded campsites vacant over the 7-night stretch

The nicest, most beautiful koa campground we have ever visited. Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. Quiet, immaculately clean campground. Lazy river is our favorite, also enjoy the two pools, splash pad, and unbelievable playground area for campers of all ages. Landscaping and facilities are gorgeous. Sites are all fantastic. We love bringing our grandchildren here year after year. Thankful.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Months at Virginia Beach KOA, and We'd Do It Again We spent 152 days at the Virginia Beach KOA. That's about five months, so this isn't a weekend review. We got to know this place well, and it earned every star. The staff are phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and so accommodating. Whatever we needed, they found a way to make it happen, always with a smile. Over five months you really see who people are, and this team was consistently wonderful. There's always something to do. The activity calendar is packed, especially on weekends. Honestly, the hardest part was choosing what to do. Whether you're traveling with kids or just looking for some fun, you won't be bored. The park is immaculate. Grounds, sites, and common areas are kept spotless. The pool is beautifully maintained, and more importantly, it's a great place for families to gather, relax, and make memories. Management listens. This stood out to us. They welcome guest feedback and are always asking how they can make the experience better. You can tell they care about getting it right. The on-site store has you covered. It's fully stocked with almost anything you could need, which saves a lot of trips into town. Whether you're staying a few nights or a few months, the Virginia Beach KOA is a home away from home. We're grateful for our time here and can't recommend it enough. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special!

My husband and I arrived at the KOA campground in Va Beach on Saturday Oct 17 for a 3 night stay. We had planned on going to the Outer Banks on the 19th but Mother Nature had a different plan with a nor'eastr hitting the island. We were so happy we could stay at the Va Beach KOA till the 21st. They we very accommodating and it's a beautiful campground. We recommend it highly. *****
