Too many unsupervised older teens. 3 older boys tried to coerce our 2 young granddaughters over to the woods. My husband was sitting right there watching the girls so he chased them away. Other than that , it was a great week.

Fun campground. We enjoyed the area and all the festivities going on. It was super easy to get an UBER in and out! Thanks for a great stay!

Very clean campground, friendly staff, plenty of space and not a bunch of kids running around in golf carts with explicit music like in other campgrounds. The Halloween events were very well organized and all the vendors had very nice items available for purchase. Definitely will return with family and friends.

We've enjoyed this Kampground before and this trip was no different. We enjoy the proximity to beaches and to NAS Oceana. See you again in the future!

It was just for an overnight but we wished it were longer! Everything from check in until we left was top quality!

Very nice camp ground. Sites are nicely spaced apart and well maintained. All staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Bathhouses were clean. A bit pricey but make sure to ask for senior citizen or veterans discount.

This is the second KOA I have stayed at and near the end recite an email telling me I could extend my stay at a discount. Then I call to extend only to be told I can't because there is no openings. Please do away with this contact if it is not possible to extend.

The store manager was rude and needs training in customer service ! When an issue arrived her answer and attitude was just rediculous. I manage 30 people never would I treat a customer in such matter

Very nice.606 cabin so greatfull close to bath house as i unable to walk far .i come to koa when i need to go to doctor in va and i live in n.c. thank you so much when koa trys always to give me cabin 606 when can.and i bring my bestest fur baby with me and thats great.thank you again koa.

We have camped 8 years with family for Halloween. This year we decided to change to your campground and regret it. You make it almost impossible for families to be near each other, which is huge for us because we have an adult with polio who can barely walk and two children with cerebral palsy. It just wasn’t as fun especially with a loud music that was blaring starting on Thursday and the 700s

We stayed here during KOA Appreciation weekend and it was busy! Overall, we had a great time! The pool was very busy and looked very fun. I loved the availability of the trolley. The bathrooms were well kept and clean, same with the Deluxe Cabin. The staff were AWESOME at check-in/out and so helpful with providing information about the VA Beach area. We will be back!!

This was our first time renting a cabin. We've been at VB KOA but with our camper so it was great to experience the cabin life. The deluxe cabin with the loft is so perfect with kids - they absolutely loved it! We wish there were more golf carts to rent, they were sold out when we tried to book. Overall great stay.

This KOA is well kept up and has a lot of amenities. Heated pools and a lazy river, although it was too cold to try them out. Sites are okay size, the pull through 30 amp site we were on was quite long, but not too wide. Easy drive to the boardwalk, the trolley would be great in the summer. Highly recommend Sandbridge Beach for a quieter beach experience.

My family rented 4 entry cabins 700-753 with a dedicated parking lot which we paid $20 extra per night per cabin for this location . We had 2 vehicles that we had to park behind the store because others were parked in our spots that were visiting people behind us staying in a camper they had 3 cars on lot and 2 in our lot . This was reported the store manager said for us to park n overflow .

My cabin the heat would not turn on and fridge freezer part was cracked also the cabin parking we had other cars were parking there with no window tag and walking to camp sites one car stayed the whole weekend when parking was for our cabins I did enjoy activities and I did enjoy the set up with our cabins we had rented all four and it was like a private area which was wonderful.

Good adequate facilities. It is doubtful I will ever return due to cancellation policy. I went only to kayak and their cancellation policy is 2 weeks out. Since I cannot predict the weather that far in advance I will not be returning!

Wi-Fi connection was not good! Never had a problem in past stays! I know it was really busy, But if you are going to promote like you do, upgrade it! My last 2 stays I have been on small sites with no room to spread out. I couldn't put my canopy out because of the proximity of a large tree!

That was my third stay this year and it has been great. I plan on signing up for the membership so I can take advantage of the discounts for the many stays I will take next year. The staff was pleasant, the grounds were clean, and there were lots of amenities to keep the kids busy,

I love this KOA but this stay I was truly disappointed I couldnt cookout due to the campfire smoke and other smoke that smelled like a skunk and loud music from one site. Due to all the smoke my co2 sensor in camper went off for hours along with neighboring campers. My Cockapoo has anxiety and loud sensors caused us to sit out in the in my chair in the smoke and which trigger my asthma. :(

Our first time here we stayed in a 4 person cabin but found it to be too small for 2 adults and our 4 legged child (husky) - our second visit we decided to rent a 6 person cabin - though we can't figure out where 4 more people would sleep - there is a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and a livingroom/kitchen with a sleeper sofa (i would guess it to be a fullsize so big emough for 2 more people). The cabin was comfortable for us there was a bit more room since it was a handicap cabin (we aren't handicap- its the one they gave us). We had to becareful with where the shower head pointed or else the bathroom floor would get soaked. The cabin did not have any storage/dresser for clothes - just a small clothes rack to hang your clothes. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will be returning again in December- staying in the 8 person cabin this time.

Very nice KOA, close to very busy road and the flying pattern of the navy base. Coin laundry room. The first one we have seen this year. Asked for a late checkout due to working from the motorhome they said no problem there is no one coming in. I said thank you and she said 80$ and you can leave anytime you would like. Seems like there are different procedures for different KOAs?

We love this KOA. The cabins are clean and well maintained. The grounds are kept very nice. The amentities are top notch. The staff is wonderful. They have a shuttle that takes you to the beach and aquarium. The pool, lazy river and splash pad is great whether you are travelling with kids or not. Just a really nice place.
