It was our first time staying at a KOA campground and we were absolutely blown away by all the amenities!

Its a very boring campground everything is dead still by 9 pm. There's no dj or music we were supposed to have a grassy pad and instead got a mosquito pit. The arm bands for swimming are ridiculous. I love the other campground the holiday trav l park up the road.

This is one of the better KOA campgrounds I have stayed at. Many activities, sometimes food trucks come & the pools are really nice.

We loved everything about this place. A short distance from the beach. And our puppies got their own private yard. we will be back.

The campground is absolutely beautiful! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, not to mention hardworking. After a few bouts of rain and strong winds, they were out there right away, clearing debris and keeping everything in top-notch condition. The amenities seemed endless, with local food trucks adding to the fun! We truly enjoyed our stay!

Loved the 8-person cabin. It was very clean and comfortable. We arrived in 2 vehicles and there were 4 cabins in all in our area. We had cabin 752. Our last few days, there were 11 vehicles and no place for us to park. We had to carry our many belongings a long way to load up to leave. As far as the pool area, it was very clean and the water was great!

Staff very courteous especially the young man who worked the pool area Sunday morning. We had encounters with him several times and he was very kind, helpful, courteous. He deserves to be recognized! Also, a very nice lady who was enjoying her day off gave me a ride from the pool!!! Uexoected courtesy.

This was our second stay, and we loved it just as much. The park is well laid out, so it never feels crowded. Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the text updates about food vendors and events. The Friday night concert was a highlight. One of the best campgrounds we've visited!

The only complaint is the people walking through our site. And it was Adults who should know better that you don't do that.

had a problem with the cable and it was taken care of very quickly. also needed to borrow a ladder to remove a branch that had fallen on top of camper and your staff helped me out with hesitating.

One of the cleanest camp grounds we ever stayed at . Plenty of staffing and a great pool area. Would definitely recommend it .

As a return customer (yes, last experience was 5 stars), my kids and I had a blast! I would like to recognize the staff, engaging people and expressing top notch customer service! we had an awning break due to rain one early morning. The on call/emergency number staff Tyler(?) was awesome �. Stood and worked in rain for 2 hours to help me - Thank you KOA ���

Good campground, a lot going on and a lot to do right in the vicinity. Sites were maintained and clean. Only downside was our cabin’s door was not properly closing and kept locking us out. Code kept changing randomly. Crew was very helpful trying to solve the issue.

Always a good day at KOA! Since 2010 or so, I have stayed over 10 times. I have brought multiple people there. I love the improvements in the pool area with the lazy river. I miss the activities that you used to have like tie dying shirts and such. Also, I look forward to upgrading of cabins as they are starting to get pretty old!

Very nice place to visit.. my family loved the pool.. the outside provided games and bounce areas was definitely a plus for the kids.. staff was amazing very friendly… definitely will recommend and will be returning.. thanks KOA!!!!!

We always enjoy coming to the VA beach KOA. Everything is clean and everyone is nice. Our last stay, Jake was amazing in helping us get in the campsite correctly and helping us find things.

The Virginia Beach KOA is a GREAT place to stay. The pools and lazy river are top notch. Our kids greatly enjoyed their time in the pools and in the lazy river. There was plenty of games for the kids to play in the playground area. The store and main office had a lot to offer. Staff was always friendly. The trolly to the beach was a nice amenity. Bathrooms and laundry area were nice and clean.

This was the best camp ground I have ever been to! The cabin was excellent. The bathrooms on property were amazing. The amenities were exceptional. My only wish was there was a playground more suitable for toddlers. (smaller equipment with sand, not mulch, with fence would have been great) But we made it work. But with that being said, I hope to be able to come back next year,Thank you KOA staff

The Virginia Beach Holiday KOA was wonderful. The campground was well maintained, well organized, and the staff has amazing customer service. The daily food trucks were a surprise treat for us and they rotated daily. I would highly recommend this location and stay again!

Great staff, probably better for younger families with kids, grandkids, but they spend lots of time planning bands, food trucks, kids playground but very quiet during quiet times. Very nice

Great campground, love that there is plenty to do including the amenities and planned activities! I would recommend staying for more than a weekend to enjoy the campgrounds and the beachfront.

We had a great stay! First time camping in a tent with kids and it was so fun. The pool was amazing, the store was great, and the customer service was fabulous. Nice clean bathrooms and showers. We always could find what we needed. Definitely will plan a future trip here

I love the campground! The tent site is very roomy and easy to access the bathroom. Not a far walk to the pool either. The staff is very nice and helpful too.

We had a nice time even though it rained 4 of the 5 days we were there. Even though it rained there was someone mowing the grass area at our site early every day. That was very aggravating considering we had our granddaughter with us and she was woke up. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the pool area was nice and clean.

This was our first stay ever at a KOA and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we got there everyone was so nice and friendly. We had a tent site and with the rain over 2 days at our site Scott was so helpful with getting us a cabin upgrade so we wouldn't float away. We would like to thank everyone there for such a great experience we will be back and are excited to try other sites.

We stayed in a 5 person cabin it was a delight, clean and cool has everything we needed. Friendly and responsive crew on premises. Unfortunately weather was very soggy but we still made the best of our stay. They have a great pool area as well as a office/store that has anything you would need also washer and dryer by the office. Very clean and welcoming. Ive stayed before and will stay again. NY

The stay was great and the property was fun! The only thing is the bed bug situation in cabin 614 that made our week itchy. We reported to management and they took action and even refunded me for it. The staff is nice and I love the pool. You have everything you need at this place too. Can't wait to come back!

The camp store is awesome and even has adult beverages and great gifts! Pool and lazy river very clean and warm. Wave bus is great way to get to the beach and a 3 day pass cheaper than one day of beach parking! Staff very nice. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We switched our tent site to a cabin midway through the week because of heavy rain and bad weather, and they were more than willing to accommodate us. Highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Months at Virginia Beach KOA, and We'd Do It Again We spent 152 days at the Virginia Beach KOA. That's about five months, so this isn't a weekend review. We got to know this place well, and it earned every star. The staff are phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and so accommodating. Whatever we needed, they found a way to make it happen, always with a smile. Over five months you really see who people are, and this team was consistently wonderful. There's always something to do. The activity calendar is packed, especially on weekends. Honestly, the hardest part was choosing what to do. Whether you're traveling with kids or just looking for some fun, you won't be bored. The park is immaculate. Grounds, sites, and common areas are kept spotless. The pool is beautifully maintained, and more importantly, it's a great place for families to gather, relax, and make memories. Management listens. This stood out to us. They welcome guest feedback and are always asking how they can make the experience better. You can tell they care about getting it right. The on-site store has you covered. It's fully stocked with almost anything you could need, which saves a lot of trips into town. Whether you're staying a few nights or a few months, the Virginia Beach KOA is a home away from home. We're grateful for our time here and can't recommend it enough. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special!

My husband and I arrived at the KOA campground in Va Beach on Saturday Oct 17 for a 3 night stay. We had planned on going to the Outer Banks on the 19th but Mother Nature had a different plan with a nor'eastr hitting the island. We were so happy we could stay at the Va Beach KOA till the 21st. They we very accommodating and it's a beautiful campground. We recommend it highly. *****
